I wanted to call out both Javier and Rob, they both were excellent and professional during the entire repair process and were always available to help me with any concerns I had during the repair process. I really appreciate it when businesses and staff go the extra mile in today's economy, and it really does mean a lot in today's world.This team is great and committed to quality and it shows in their process the entire way through. They care about getting your car repaired the right way, not fast and easy or cheap but done correctly and the right way. They will provide you details if you ask and help you understand the process along the way.I got my car back today from the repairs and I am very impressed with how everything came out. My car is basically like brand new before the accident I had where another driver hit my car from behind. This team is top class and I highly recommend them, you won't regret it either should you choose them to repair your car!-Chris

We were referred through USAA auto insurance. We worked with Rob and he was very attentive. He did everything he could to make the vehicle look the way it was before the accident. When we went to pick the vehicle up, there was a small issue, but he and his guy immediately dealt with it and we didn t have to wait more than 10 minutes while they fixed it. I would highly recommend using crash champions.

Crash Champions was one of the companies my insurance company referred me to after a fender bender. I reviewed their website, along with two other companies. After careful consideration I decided to go with Crash Champions. I was very pleased with the whole process. The communication was great. They made the process very easy, including obtaining a rental car. I was able to leave my rental with them when my car was finished and they took care of contacting Enterprise for me.Overall, it was a great experience. My car looked brand new, and best of all is the lifetime warranty on the work. I have already told friends where to get repairs done when needed in the future.Five stars for sure!

Really appreciate the guys I got to work with and that fixed my truck very communicative got done well and in a timely matter feels like I never had an accident in it! I wanted my trucks in the condition it was in prior given it is a brand new truck and that s exactly what I got !

I was extremely satisfied with the service and repairs at Crash Champions. My service adviser Rob Petrozza was thorough in his explanations of the repair process. I was given daily updates during the repair process. Rob's impressed me with his customer service and the repairs were expertly done. I would definitely reccomend Rob & Crash Champions.

Customer service was very good. The regular updates were great except we were consistently told the 19th and then suddenly a week early we're told it will be ready tomorrow. Early is good but we were planning the whole time for the 19th and had to rearrange our schedule to go the next day. The paint work is pretty good, I saw some extra clear coat on one spot and some drips under\behind the lift gate. Probably the thing that bothers me the most was that Crash took it upon themselves to paint a panel the silver paint of their choice when the OEM panel should be an unpainted gray. Now it doesn't match the front gray piece and now it's obvious to a keen eye the car was in an accident and repaired.

My Lexus RX350 may have accidentally killed a member of my local synagogue and his vehicle in Temecula, CA (old traditions, new opportunities ), and the resulting damage to my car (hereafter referred to as Panzer) made it borderline totaled. But Lenin at Crash Champions took my tank, gave it some tender loving care, and gave me a brand new, shiny car . The Panzer is ready for another tour of Paris thanks to Crash Champions. The repair work was done great had a door and fender replaced. Only issue was dirt or particles in paint. Paint and clear was sprayed good just had particles in it only real complaint. Whatever you do, do not go here. Worst experience from a body shop in my life! No communication and poor repair. I utilized this shop because they were recommended by my insurance. My vehicle was at the shop for almost two months. I had to continue going back and forth to take a look at my vehicle more than 7 times because of additional issues (scratches and dents not there before, poor paint work, sloppy warping of parts) it was a complete nightmare. Contacted the corporate line and he stated maybe it was "the pictures taken" as if the dents somehow were there but the picture didn'tcatch it. I will never use this place ever again and I hope no one else has to put themselves through this either. Find another shop that actually puts the customer first and doesn't treat you like a number.Service: Painting
