Very efficient. Great customer service.I ordered tires online. Tires arrived in three days. I was able to set up an appointment right away.I arrived for my 3pm appointment. By 3:46 pm I got a text(while I was shopping at the warehouse) informing me all four tires were installed and ready for pick up. Great job you guys! Thank you for saving me time and money.

Some of thier staffs have unfriendly and even rude attitudes toward their customers; that is somehow understandable due to their huge workloads. However, a technician named, Art was arrogantly lying, playing BS, and trying his best to refuse additional service requirement when they failed (or were lazy) to program/reset all 4 tire pressure monitoring sensor (TPMS) positions after a set of new tires installation; that is totally unacceptable.Also, the appearance of my newly installed tires aren't looking good either (see photos below); it seems to me like a very questionable workmanship about thier tire mounting skills.The reason why they still got 2 Stars in this reviews is a Tire Center supervisor, Aaron who did his best and sincerely corrected everything he could by himself.

This was the only location that had the tire I needed replaced. I drove 1.5 hours from SD to their location. I showed up at 5pm and they assured they would take care of my car. I was out of there by 6:30. I was exceptionally happy that they were able to get my tire replaced and in a timely manner. The staff was so friendly and I am glad I ended up there!

We brought in our car for a flat tire repair after getting our back tire punctured by a screw. It was just before closing but they still took care of the repair and were very kind and professional. Really made what could have been a stressful situation so quick and easy! Thank you!

Super fast and very professional! They got me in right away and installed 4 new tires on my friends car! Highly recommend!

Don't go here!!!! We called ahead and made an appointment a week in advance, gave them the make and model of our cars. We were told they would definitely be able to help us. When I tried to confirm our details by calling the location I could NEVER get through. I tried easily 20 different times throughout the week and for whatever reason they NEVER answered. Fast forward to our appointment and low and behold they don't have any tires in our size. When I asked why they had assured us they did at the time we made our appointment they said " I don't know. I guess I can order them now, it'll take a week or so to get here." As we sat there the phone kept ringing I politely asked if he wanted to answer it since we weren't in a hurry. He said "nah no need." Well I guess I now know why I could never get ahold of anyone. So unprofessional. We ended up going to American Tire Depot 10 minutes away and immediately got help. We were in and out in an hr and it was cheaper! Never going to Costco Tires again.

They are use to be very reliable and fast service but right now they are too busy with everything. Went there cause I got flat tire and In order to be seen I need to book an appointment because they are too busy as what they said. Book an appointment and said they cannot repair the tire and have to do replacement and I was ok let s replace it but they don t have the size of tire of my car in stock so they cannot replace it. So like I went there 2x drove for 30 miles and nothing happens.

Costco tire shop has been helpful on multiple occasions. I only buy my tires from them. They usually don't have my tires on hand. It takes about a week to get them in. Then they take care of all the tire needs until the next time. The employees have always been helpful even though they are very busy. Yes, it takes some time for them to be able to work on the vehicles, but it's due to the volume of people using their business. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Did an online order for a set of tires. Website said about 5-10 business days. Didn't hear anything or receive an email about the status after 9 days. So tracked the delivery and UPS site said it was delivered 5 days after the order. Called Costco temecula tire center and they said hasn't come in. After more research found out the order was returned to sender and refused by Costco. Went there and they confirmed 4 online orders were refused... including mine and didn't offer any corrective action after that. Now this was already paid for and they refused it??? Raised hell and got the manager. He said he would reorder and remove the install charge. I told him this is unacceptable and they better rush order it.Fast forward 2 days later. I call and ask about the status. He (Aaron Duckett) tells me it will be about 3-5 days. So that's about 15 days after I order online. I was irrate and demanded to speak to his manager.His manager apologized about the botch up and blamed it on UPS. Then said, "No fault of yours. " Umm...never said it was my fault...whatever. I blew up and he said that he asked Aaron if there were comparable tires in inventory and to comp me those installing them the same day.Long story short. Waited 11 days to get my tires past the proclaimed time estimate. Had to spend my own valuable time to do research and find out they botched the order that was fully paid. If i didn't follow up and hound the guys I'd be still waiting for tires that would never come or would receive up to a month later waiting for them to contact me that they received them.If i could give zero stars or negatives i would. They didn't care about the customer already giving his money to them then turning away their order. Piss poor service. My advice, call to make sure they have your tire size. If not, don't trust them to order it... they just may refuse a delivery leaving you to do your research and find out they're screwing up. Go to the lake elsinore Costco. I haven't had a problem with them. Just tried temecula because it's a couple miles closer... never again.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Derek and everyone else who helped us in a difficult situation. Driving home with my girlfriend from San Diego to Moreno Valley yesterday I hit a piece of metal and had one of my tires get destroyed. Despite it being late in the night, Derek was going to get me 4 new tires (since I needed all of them done anyway) and get them on before they closed... The only hiccup stemmed from me not having the key to take off the locking lug nuts... After I went to Toyota to get that this morning, the guys there this afternoon got the old tires off, and the new ones on in just a couple hours despite them being very busy... Being that we have a 4 month old son, we couldn't be without our car long and we are so unbelievably grateful for the kindness and true care we received from everyone at this Costco Tire Center... I'm sorry I can't remember all of your names but we are so thankful.

We stopped by to get our tires filled with Nitrogen and Jimmy was very helpful. Even when the other staff didn't bother to address my husband after he had been standing there patiently waiting and being ignored. Jimmy came up and helped us out with no problem. He was very friendly and polite. Thanks Jimmy.

I love Costco and its products. The tire center employees are respectful and efficient, however the service is slow and frustrating when you have an appointment and still have to wait in line for a while to get taken care of. It lloks like their front dest operation need a bit of loving.

I had bought two tires on 8-05-18 and realized a week later that my NICE valve stem covers were missing on the new tires. I live in Orange County and was getting tires when visiting friends in Menifee. Any how, they made me bring the car back to show them. Which was stupid. I was told that they would order me new Mini Cooper valve stem covers and call me when they had arrived. It is now 9-21-18 and no call. I have tried calling 4 times today and can not get through to anyone! Word to the wise. If you ger tires there take your nice valve stem covers off beforehand!!!! They replaced mine with ones that look like they are for a bicycle tire.

Tried to get ahold of the tire center this weekend so I could purchase a new set of tires for my car. The phone just rings indefinitely, no answer or even answering machine.I proceeded to call the administrative front desk option, which got me in touch with a lady... Who was very rude to me when I asked why I couldn't get through to the tire center. She said she would try a "different extension" which needed in the same result as my last try with indefinite ringing...I called the front desk again, and said that didn't extension work, and asked how I was supposed to get ahold of the tire center which hours said they were open. Lady was even more rude this time, so I told her I would take my new tire purchase business elsewhere.Horrible customer service. And cost the company a thousand dollar tire purchase as my car takes high end sport tires.

Service is slow. They always seem understaffed. However the staff is friendly and helpful. it's best to get enough appointment, but the online appointments are much more distant than the appointments that you can get in store.

Extremely rude employees that do not want to work on your vehicle. They told me an appointment wasn't required for service, but gave me the stink eye when I walked in 45 min later. Avoid this place.

No customer service, period! Anything you want to do, prepare for 2+ hours wait time. Regret so much that I bought tires from Costco.

Each time I have been here service has been fine. Yes they are very busy. Got to come in early otherwise expect to wait.
