A very efficient shop that kept me updated the whole repair process. They not only matched the paint perfectly but they did a great job on it as well. Took a little longer than expected but still satisfied none the less

Cat, Steven, and Jerry were very helpful and their attitudes were the best! Steven always made sure to check in with me on the status of my car , very professional. Upon picking up my car everything looked perfect, they did an outstanding job! I would recommend to many, very quick and efficient.

Had some damage to the front drive side of my vehicle. They fixed it a week ahead of time at literally a quarter of what two other shops with similar ratings quoted me. I was very happy to get it fixed for way under budget quickly and it looks perfect. They even detailed the inside when I picked it up. Couldn t be happier with them. Zachary was my contact and he kept me informed during the entire process. Only negative would be that they re not open on weekends but like I said they finished a week ahead of schedule so I guess it didn t matter.

I had a mechanical issue with the driver seat that my local DCH Kia Service center wouldn't assess and said the issue would require a full seat replacement for $3k. So, I filed an insurance claim to have the issue assessed since this was a first time issue for me. I was able to bring it in to Caliber and have them assess. The assessor said that the problem was too loose bolts on the front seat mechanism that I was unable to locate myself. He very nicely tightened them added loctite and sent me on my way without me needing to work through my claim further. This took about an hour to assess and fix and they did it for me at no charge. I feel super lucky that I didn't listen to the dealership and decided to file a claim and go through Caliber Collision. I've had a handful of claims over the years with Caliber and I always receive very friendly and top notch service. Unless something changes I will always use Caliber as my body shop for insurance claims requiring damage repair. The front desk staff on this day, 10/25/23, at 8:30am were great and so was Zach. I can't recommend this place highly enough

Excellent customer service! Edna deserves a raise! She was so pleasant and consistent in keeping us updated with the progress of our vehicle. They competed the work 11 days sooner than projected! I would definitely recommend them.

Caliber Collision in Temecula did a great job fixing my car. Kim was my service advisor who always kept me updated on the status of my car. She met with my insurance advisor quickly and I like how she sent a text of each phase of repair. Other shops can take up to weeks for repairs...Kim had my car out just under a week. My car looks new again. Impressive! Will definitely use Caliber again.Service: Body & Trim

Had our car here for a little over two weeks to have a couple of areas repaired. We were kept apprised of status from beginning to end. We actually were able to pick our car up a few days earlier than the promised date. There were two areas that we noticed while doing the walk-around prior to taking back possession. Edna had the shop buff them out while we waited. Stellar customer service from beginning to end!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are super wonderful and kept us informed the entire time. The receptionists were great and always were polite on the phone. Zach was our estimator and he kept us updated, returned the car before the projected date and also gave it back cleaner and nicer than when it got there inside and out! It was fantastic knowing he cared and he explained everything very thoroughly and I know more about my car and learned a lot from Zach which was fantastic he took the time to explain it to me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The shop caused damage to my vehicle twice when it was there for repairs. The first incident I was completely understanding about. The shop informed me that they nicked/tore my tint on one of my windows. They told me that they would replace it free of charge.The second damage incident was completely avoided. If someone had used their customer service skills and had called me to for a spare key to get into the vehicle since one of their employees had locked the keys in the vehicle in the first place ( alternate solution ); but instead of that, the shop FORCED their way into the vehicle and damaged the door locking panel. The service advisor was completely unprofessional because when I expressed to her that I was upset about the damage that was caused to my vehicle, and gave her an alternate solution that is mentioned in this review. The service advisors words back to me was I will take it into consideration for next time. Making me feel that my vehicle was unsafe and would be damaged in retaliation. Due to this, I informed my insurance which afterwards the service advisor called me telling me it was essentially my fault that she got in trouble with her bosses due to the fact that she led me to feel that she was trying to deceive me and my insurance company by her words. So I informed my insurance company once again. The service advisor told me that due to my actions I started a nasty email chain throughout her company about her actions.Due to the damage that was caused by the shop. My car was kept for an additional week. Where as the estimate that I was given midway of my repairs would have had my vehicle ready 4 days earlier. I will never be taking my car back to this Collision Center company again. This company is completely and utterly unprofessional due to its employees. This is not my first time running into a bad experience with this company. I tried to give them a second chance but never again will I take my business to this reckless company that is Caliber Collision. I hope this review helps the company to better understand its customers needs think before they take actions that cause damage to their customer s vehicles. Customers should not have to experience additional stress about their vehicle when it is supposed to be in safe hands by a so-called trusted company with high standards as it s claimServices: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I had 2 insurance claims one on frontend from road debris and another on back side panel from where someone hit me while I was in store. They estimate both repairs would be about 2 weeks i got car back in 9 days. Zack was good about keeping me informed. I reminded him about having alignment checked which added a day. My subaru Impreza was smiling when I got her back all fixed and clean

My insurance company recommended this shop and they did a fantastic job on my Infiniti. Tony called me every T and TH to update me on progress. Jerry, the appraiser, was great too.
