They are so helpful! I have been here for spark plug replacements, brakes pad replacements. I do my parts directly from honda dealership and take my parts and they do the labor. Have always been treated nicely and they are honest about repairs.

I have been wanting to write a review for Bird for a while now. We had started using Bird back around 2012 or so after we had lackluster performance from other mechanics, and had even been conned by someone down the street. I am the typical woman who doesn't know very much about vehicles and am therefore often taken advantage of. I saw Bird had good reviews and took the chance. I was so glad I did! Every single contact with Bird has been wonderful. They are truly the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever encountered. Their prices are very reasonable and they always go above and beyond to take care of our vehicles. There have been so many times where I get the total for my visit and I say "that's it?" They never try to get you to do work to your vehicle that you don't need or want. They always try to get you the best price. I needed tires one day and when I was ordering them, the guy explained the prices of the tires and helped me get the best price. You would think that it would be in their best interest to give you the higher priced ones, right? Not them. Unfortunately, we recently moved out of the area and so we can no longer use them. I really wish I could just take them with me where I am now.If you are looking for the best, most trustworthy mechanic and tire place in the area with the best prices that actually try to take care of you and your car, just go to Bird Family Tire and Auto. I'm very knowledgeable about vehicle mechanics and I do most repairs myself. However, I was in the Temecula area from out of town and my alternator went out. I had limited tools on me...and limited time. My tow truck driver recommended Bird. It's always nerve wracking feeling out of my element and at the mercy of an unknown vendor.I couldn't be happier with Bird! They got my vehicle in right away, confirmed my diagnosis, ordered the part, and had me on my way in 90 minutes...all at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend.

I had a positive experience taking my BMW to Bird Family Auto, which I consider to be one of the best auto shops around. They are honest and reliable, and efficiently fixed my upper radiator hose at a lower cost than I expected. I appreciate their service and intend to return. I needed a place that would replace my cracked passenger mirror using a part I purchased myself. After checking multiple places, they offered one of the lower rates for labor and were one of the few shops willing to use a customer supplied aftermarket part.

My car is currently sitting at 84,000 miles, I came in and did CV axles and Control Arm Bushing at around 54,000 miles my CV axles were installed wrong and the tech leaked all my transmission fluid out, They didn t let me know that the fluid leaked out. So I continuously drove my car around on low fluid which destroyed my transmission. My car has a sealed system so there was no way for me to check if the transmission fluid level. Luckily I was able to get that issue taken care of and the cv axles were installed properly. (They used previous axles that bird had put in. Note that this was a dealer that installed these axles again properly) The driver side cv axle had to be replaced once again at 82k miles, my guess is bird used a low quality part. Now I m having an issue with the control arm bearings that they replaced because I m told that they were installed incorrectly and the rubber on the bushing seem to be smashed. This should not happen within 31k miles. DO NOT GO HERE THE MECHANICS DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE PARTS THEY USE ARE CHEAP!!! GREEDY OWNERS!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Awesome service and quality work. I called in for a oil change and tire rotation after getting off work early one day about 130 thinking I had no shot and they squeezed me in and it only took about and hour and half. I bring all my vehicles here and will continue to for any situations.

These guys are legit. They replaced my engine on a 2010 Ford Focus S and that has been almost 9 months ago and I have had no problems whatsoever with the new engine. They also changed my oil for free shortly after the engine was replaced as a courtesy. I will go back to them for sure with my future needs.

I've been going to bird family auto repair for the last 15 years and they are hands down the best most HONEST mechanic in town. I recommend new customers to them daily. Leo, Nick and Jim are just good people and very educated on fixing all types of cars. They even repaired my hot rod. I highly recommend them.

True and honest mechanic. I have gone to many places and this is the only place that knew everything I asked about and was willing to go out of their way to help me with any problem even if I was just asking questions about working on my car my self. That is why they have gotten my business for the last year and I've gotten few things fixed by them and everything is 100% always leave happy.Recommend it to everyone who wants honest work done.

I used to have Jim work on my car when he was at another shop. when i found out where he had went i started using him again. thank goodness hard to find an honest person in the automotive industry. he has been so helpful with looking over cars we were purchasing to fixing cars we own. great service from great people!

With dozens of options out there, Bird Family defenitely stand out. I have used a few local shops for personal and business vehicles, but Bird is our go to. Great customer service, prompt, and knowledable staff. Their reviews shows it and here is another 5 star.

My wife was told about Bird Family Tire & Auto from a friend and when our jeep overheated we took it to the closest auto shop and they proceeded to tell me that the engine needed to be replaced along with the heating coil, radiator.... and that it would $8,000 or more that it would be an open checkbook to fix the jeep.We had the vehicle towed (AAA $0) to Bird Family Tire & Auto and THANK GOODNESS!They assessed the issue within a day and with a hose replacement, new fluids and an engine block test I was on the road again.We recommend everyone to bring there cars here for all your needs LOW PRICE, FRIENDLY, HONEST service. A rare combination to find when getting a vehicle repaired.Thank you ALL at Bird Family Tire & Auto
