Bought my A5 sportback from Millard and had a great experience. He made sure I had the perfect car and checks up on me often to see if there s anything I need. He and Brandon were both very helpful with any questions I had, but ultimately Millard s maroon pants are what sealed the deal. Very stylish salesman. Justin is also very quick with any service done to the vehicle. 10/10 recommended Audi Temecula

Audi took great care of my car when I was visiting the area and had an unexpected issue with my car. They let me bring the car right in without an appointment and resolved my issue quickly. Jerry and the whole service department were awesome!

I have been coming to this dealership since they opened in Temecula. It s a beautiful dealership and the service center is top notch. I have been helped by my service advisor Adam for the times I have taken my Q5 for service. He s very professional, no upsells and gives me the lowdown and options that I should consider going forward. It s always a great experience visiting this dealership. While there, don t forget to visit the coffee bar while relaxing in the customer lounge overlooking the showroom. I will continue to bring my Q5 here and future Audi cars.

I have to say that Audi Temecula is one of the best service centres I have ever worked with excellent customer service, friendly people that smile that are willing to do anything to make sure your car is in excellent driving condition. I want to give an extra shout out to Adam, who is one of the best service centre personnel at Audi Temecula that I have ever worked with such a wonderful person, kind and caring to all his customers

Made my appointment was greeted at my door. Within minutes of sitting in the waiting room I received a text about the progress of my car. The next 30-45 minutes I got a video about it. I have always received the best service since day 1 which was 2020.

This dealership is outstanding and Jerry, my service advisor is so professional and polite! I'm sad to hear my sales rep. Andrew has moved on, but I continue to drive from Valley Center to Temecula for all my service. Can't say enough good things about my Audi and this dealership!!!
