Recently, I had an exceptional experience at the dealership. Justin A., the service consultant, delivered outstanding customer service. He conducted a thorough assessment and presented two options: Plan A if the diagnostic result was favorable, and a backup Plan B in case Plan A didn t resolve the issue. I truly appreciated the transparency throughout the process, including detailed photos of the problem area. Justin also provided regular updates and recommended necessary maintenance for my vehicle. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience commendable.Another aspect of concern was the expense associated with these repairs. It would be beneficial to extend special considerations to government employees beyond the standard 10% discount, especially given the repair cost creep up over thousands of dollars. Look forward to working with Justin A. again. Thank you!

By far the best car buying experience in my life (including Tesla). Hassle free and honest people, no hidden agenda. Moe worked a deal for me over the phone and matched the agreed upon numbers when I got there. Megan and Moe helped me set up a surprise bow for my wife and treated us like family. They definitely earned a life long customer with me.It was so good that I wrote this review, I never do this lol

My purchase of a 2024 RS E Tron GT was a great experience. Millard and Priscilla were great to work with on this deal. Millard and I have been trying to make a deal for over a year and I am happy I could purchase locally. The entire staff is friendly and eager to serve. I always take my Audi's in for service with Jerry and have had nothing but great service.

I have purchased many cars in my life. I had one of the best experience, if not the best. Sales manager Rick Dominguez was very helpful, courteous, and professional to all of my needs. Audi Temecula sold me a 2024 car with a puncture in the side tire. They were not upfront on damage to tires and rims on their disclosure video and pictures on the website and walk around video. You can not trust them! I can t believe they let that car off the lot in that condition!

I was an out of state buyer (New Mexico) with a lot of questions. Megan Br�ning patiently answered them all even sending photos and videos to clarify things when necessary. I never visited the dealership, making the purchase entirely remotely. I can recommend this with confidence as the 2018 Q5 I bought arrived exactly as described and pictured. Megan helped with the out of state shipping as well. I was comfortable trusting Megan and the dealership with never even setting foot there. You can buy an Audi from this dealership with confidence!

Great car buying experience with Audi Temecula. Christian was awesome and so was Moe & Derrek. I was able to negotiate the price of the vehicle via phone, text and email, it made it very easy for someone with a busy schedule. We knew what we wanted and what a fair price was and they were able to accomodate us. We were in and out of the dealer very quickly and I never felt pressured to pay more or to buy extra dealer add on's. It made for one of the best buying experiences we have ever had buying a car. Bought a vehicle from them in October. 3 months later and have yet to receive copy of title so unable to register the vehicle.Played phone tag with them this whole time and every time they tell me that they had sent everything to lender BofA already. Today i had learned that apparently there was an issue with the previous owner and they havent even got the title corrected. Yet they have been telling me to deal with BofA this whole time for no reason.I cant drive the damn car because my temporary tag expired and i cant register it either. At this point i am not even sure if i even own the damn vehicle despite paying for it 3 months already.Finance manager Priscilla is very rude and doesnt care about my situation.GM wont return my call, i think next i will have my attorney involved...

By far one of the worst experiences I ve had at a dealership in my life. They tell you anything you need to hear over the phone to get you to come in just to waste your time.They lied to me on the phone saying I was good to go and was all set to purchase my car. By the time I had got in to the dealership they had came up with instant excuses.Brandon the sales manager was very rude and conducted business very poorly. Smart remarks and snarky attitude.I was surprised how they ve even been able to sell cars with how poor his marketing skills were and not being able to calmly mediate a situation. That simply told me off the rip this was not a salesman that deserved the commission of my purchase.He seemed offended that someone younger than him could afford such a vehicle.Hopefully this warning shows you guys enough about this place.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP/ DONT DO BUSINESS WITH BANDON

I took my brand new S3, which I also bought from Audi Temecula, in for the factory resonator delete last week. Felipe Cante was my service advisor and he assured me the work would be completed that day. I am more than satisfied with my experience at Audi Temecula. I definitely recommend this dealer for your next car purchase or you next service!

Hats off to the team at Audi of Temecula. Lorenzo in sales was professional, highly knowledgeable on all aspects of the brand and most of all promoted a no pressure environment. Having purchased many cars in the past but never an Audi, the whole experience at this dealership was top notch. The sales manager Moe was straight forward, did not push the deal and ultimately we agreed on a price that was beneficial for both off us. We are extremely happy with our experience and love our new S5!

I had a BMW X2 M35i that I was absolutely not happy with and I had contacted Brandon, a sales manager, at Audi Temecula regarding an S4 that I was interested in. He went above and beyond to acquire the exact vehicle that I wanted, having it transferred from another regional dealership. I mulled around after corresponding with him for several days on whether to trade the BMW in for the S4, and ultimately I decided to do so. I came in unexpectedly, without an appointment and was greeted by a friendly, young salesman named Michael Rieger who was SO incredibly customer-service oriented and amazingly knowledgeable about cars. Another gearhead who gave me a ton of advice on the S4, talked cars and life whilst we waited forever and a day at my credit union to gain the cheque needed to finalize the deal. Once back, I was again greeted by the sweetest finance manager named Priscilla and I was on my way with my 2021 Daytona Grey Pearl S4 Prestige. I am overall super happy with the purchase and could not have had a smoother experience with everyone involved. They were super personable and made me feel at ease in a place where people normally don't feel at ease! I'd buy another vehicle from these people in a heartbeat!

Audi Temecula has gone above and beyond with servicing all my Audi s. I have tried Audi Carlsbad and did not have a nice experience. I have since moved to San Diego and still have my car serviced at Audi Temecula.

Took my car in for service today, and as always, they did everything in an expeditious and professional manner. They went the extra mile and gave my car a much needed wash! . Justin was extremely helpful and spent ample time explaining the services needed. Brett/ the manager was also nice and helpful. I love my Audi Temecula! 2

Very professional here at Audi Temecula. We worked with Nickolas and purchased a used SUV. He gave is space to check the vehicle out and didn't pressure us. His follow up was timely and better than several other dealerships we visited. The purchase experience was smooth and we are very satisfied.

Having purchased my 2020 A4 from a competing dealership, I typically have my service done with them. However, I was in a pinch and needed faster service so I decided to give Audi Temecula a try. Jerry Karnes in service was great to work with. I also was in need of new tires so I purchased them with this dealership as they came with a parts warranty and were the same price as Americas Tire.About a week ago, I ran over a piece of metal on the highway, the tire popped the next day as I woke up to a flat with a giant hole in the tire, I gave Audi Temecula a call. I received a call back from Jerry personally who ordered the tire, expected it to be in by the afternoon, and let me know if it didn t get there in time he would get me a loaner for the weekend (this was on a Friday). Typically my experience is that loaners aren t available last minute but it was nice to hear that he would be able to get me one if absolutely needed given the urgency. I m a Realtor and needed a car for that weekend for work.The tire came in time and was installed same day, I only paid for labor to install the tire because of the parts warranty covering the cost of the tire. I came back Monday for an alignment as it was needed and they happened to be running a coupon on a 4 wheel alignment that matched an offer for a competing dealers service special. Great customer service from Jerry as my advisor.

This is a great dealership and really easy to work with. They are not like some of the other Audi dealerships where they try to force you to get into a new vehicle. I came there to look at a vehicle and after crunching some numbers I went home to think about it and see if that would be the car that I would wanted to purchase. Well two days later the car was sold but the manager Brandon contacted me to let me know that he had another vehicle that was a year newer with 1k miles less and gave me a great deal on that vehicle. I came back in with my trade in and in no time I had my new vehicle. I am very pleased with the transaction/purchase and will defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market to buy an Audi. I would like to give a special thanks to the GM that found the other vehicle for me as well as Megan and Brandon in assisting me to make this happen. A++++

I would like to preface this review with that I have never written a review before. Last week I brought in my 2011 Audi S5 that wasn't starting. Now let's start with the pro's:1. The customer service (especially Adam) were great and very attentive to all my concerns.2. I received a 10% discount on the replacement of my master cylinder.Con:As a customer you go to the dealership for their premium service and I can not agree that I experienced this. When you pay for a premium $250 diagnosis(double from most mechanics I know) you would expect that all the problems your car has will come to light. Sadly they did not. Although Adam did mention that there may be other repairs afterwards, He did not say it could be something as simple as a starter. Checking the starter relay myself took me 15 minutes and a stripped wire. Safe to say, this should have been checked before doing anything with the master cylinder. By simply attaching a power probe to the starter relay Audi could have made a $250 diagnosis worth it. After spending roughly $2000 on a new master cylinder my car was still not starting and they wanted roughly $5000 on top for the new starter. I had enough and took it back to bring it to a different mechanic. Although I am sure they do good work there at Audi, I do not think that the premium you pay is proportionate to the service you receive. If I want guesswork to be done on my car I can go to any mechanic in town. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Went there to look at the new A4 audi.Ended up leaving with the new Audi A5 4 door. I had an amazing experience, Andrew was a wonderful salesman no pressure and excellent knowledge. I wish I could give him more than a 5 star rating.
