Spent $1000 on new tires. Shop staff left 2 valve stem covers off. They under tightened a wheel sensor, tripping the dash light on way home. They also under inflated one tire by 3lbs. Spending this type of money you want piece of mind the job will be done right. The employee helping me answered the phone when I called, and pretended he didn't know who I was, when I'd just worked with him 30min prior.

Amazing how many things went wrong with my tire install. They were great and convincing at the counter but didn't deliver on their promises. It was especially frustrating that they left my car unlocked, with the window down, in the parking lot when finished (I left the car for the day and didn't pick up immediately). They lost one of my valve stem caps (I had a nice set of 4) and replaced with a cheap plastic one that wasn't even the same color as the ones I had on my car. They promised to give me a set but that didn't happen (I didn't check before leaving but my window being down distracted me). Will not be using this place again.

Showed up minutes before closing. We rushed to get there since we had a nail in a tire and needed new tires. Barely arrived and after quickly saying our situation, they understood and took care of us. They were able to get us in and out of there quickly and were very kind despite us having them work past the hours to help us out.

Really great place, one particular employee stands out, his name is Dave and he has delivered nothing but excellent customer service and has helped me out multiple times. I am pleased to say that I will be continuing to receive service from here at anytime :)

Stopped by for just an air check. A very helpful young man by the name of Aiden came to help found one of the cores in the stem was leaking air, fixed my flat situation. Will definitely come back because of Aiden.

I had trailer tires installed on my camper today. America's Tires had the desired tires in stock. It took them about an hour to balance and install. They used floor jack in the parking lot to lift the trailer. I had special requests which they happily accommodated. I asked they not use an impact wrench to tighten the lug nuts, I requested that I do the final torque on the lug nuts. I asked to direct them on where to place the floor jacks to lift the trailer. I appreciate their willingness. All technicians that helped me where nice, friendly.

I have lived in the Temecula area over 20yrs. Today I needed air in my motorcycle front tire to get me home. The assistant manager would not let anyone help me nor would he. I am retired military living in the area if you need emergency help don't stop here! Piss poor leadership! That assistant needs to be removed from that position! A very weak leader in that position, their competitor next door helped me right away!

I ve purchased tires from America s Tire for over 15 years. Typically they do an excellent job. I m giving them only 4 stars because after this visit I saw that 2 tires looked dirty and all the wheels had dirt and grease on them. I returned to the store and they apologized. They replaced the 2 tires and made sure all the wheels were cleaned off. Customer satisfaction is important and I was happy that they rectified the issue.

BEST PLACE IN TOWN TO BUY TIRES! I would recommend you make an appointment. It took 30 minutes for them to put on my new tires. I am pretty sure they have the most competitive prices in town too. I will be back next time.

Front Help with Concerned, as I ask for prices that is reasonable for my SUV and the wait time was one the mark, plus the guys that are installing my tires , it's like being at a NASCAR "All Hands on Deck" Out Standing , 4 Diamond Service with Pride , Passion & Professionalism.

I am posting this review not because my service was perfect, but because it wasn't this time. And unlike most companies you deal with nowadays, they owned up to the mistake and made it right immediately. They were kind and helpful. I will only come here for my tires! The entire crew here is amazing and sweet! fast and efficient! I would like to give a great big shout out to Grant for helping me today with replacing a leaking tire for me! This place is generally fast paced and reasonable. They have a good selection of tires to choose from. They carry high mileage through low mileage tires at many price points. They will rotate for free if you make time.

I am very happy with this company. They blew away a competitors price quote by $400.67 for the same set of new tires. I could not believe the difference. My daughter needed a new set of tires (all 4 ) . I originally went to Ramona Tire, but we thought the quote was very high. My daughter went to America's Tire down the road, and I was surprised by the difference in price. They really took care of her and treated her right . I am grateful for companies like this that do business with honesty and integrity . Thank you, Americas Tire of Temecula

Can t say enough about this place. I ve had issues with tires I bought elsewhere that they were happy to help with. I bought a used older car with the tire pressure light on. Turns out the spare underneath was low and they went through the trouble of checking all the sensors for me and fixed the issue. Thank you Long who helped me out making sure my new car had a working spare.Robert the new store manager took care of me on the issue with the tire I didn t buy there and got me a great deal on a new set of 4 tires. It was on my Tesla model 3 which has very expensive tires. He gave me a great Michelin which performs better in the rain for $70 less per tire than the stock Tesla ones.Service is very quick every time. They text you the status along the way which is nice. Wouldn t take my car anywhere else for tires.Thank you Robert and Long.

LADIES BEWARE!!!The sales rep that helped me out today tried to rip me off. I called the day before to get a quote on 4 new tires and when I got there the sales rep told me I had only one option of tires that was almost twice as much as the quote I received. After listening to his speech I told him what I was quoted yesterday and magically my car had a second tire option of tires and he could do it but the price increased. I told him no that if he does not honor the price they gave me that I am walking away. Finally got him to honor it.I will not give this company my business again for attempting to take advantage of a single female.

Amazing customer service! They were able to get me in the same day and were able to patch a tire i was told by the dealer was unrepairable. They literally saved me hundreds! I'll be looking into the road hazard protection program they offer.

Had a flat. Needed new tire. Turned into a bigger ordeal since I had also damaged the rim. In short: Chris, the manager, was professional, personable, pleasant, knowledgeable, compassionate. Great experience for a single woman like me. And despite the additional hiccups, I got my car back in the time as originally promised. Aside from the money I hadn t planned on spending, it was a very pleasant experience.And .. had a new experience that required me to get a new tire. I just love these guys! Grant gave me a reduced price on my sensor simply because he felt bad about what had happened to me. He was in no way obligated to do this. I didn t ask him, he simply offered to give me a better deal. I m pretty picky and have no problem letting my frustration about businesses be known. But these guys get 6 stars from me! Thank you!

Can t say enough good things about this place and staff I came in with a flat last minute on a tire that couldn t be fixed due to baldness and was given a great deal by Rafael. He and his staff looked out for me on the price and work and they have a lifetime warranty! Definitely Recommend and thanks again

I came in for a quick tire pressure check due to the light coming on and let me say Manny was a great help, he let me know what was going on. Not only that but he is very funny. I think he definitely deserves a raise!!

Recently bought 4 tires for Mitsubishi Galant. Very professional and make good recommendation but he let the customer make a logical discision basebon budget & needs. Special mention to Shaun for helping check the low tire pressure sensor.
