First very honest. I had my 06 GMC 2500 diesel in for repairs at the GMC service in Temecula after four return visits they kept telling me it was a new problem. Mike diagnosed it and found no issues with the things they told me. My truck has never run better after bung at Advantage Mike is the best and he save me a few thousand dollars. Highly recommend.

Best experience at a mechanic s ever. They didn t charge me to check out the weird noise I was hearing and everything got done quickly. Truly a hidden gem! Highly recommend!

We definitely did not have a good experience here. Would not recommend at all! Kinda felt like mike tried to take advantage of us! Charged us a lot for very little work to be done. Car wasn't even fixed.

When searching for the right shop, I wanted to find someone who actually worked on cars, not just a front office guy managing a herd of inexperienced YouTube mechanics.Michael is an honest, no B.S. kinda guy and I appreciate that. I discovered Advantage Automotive in search of a mechanic that would assist me in a bumper to bumper pre purchase inspection for a used vehicle that I was going to purchase from a private owner.After calling several locations I contacted AA and spoke with Mike. Not only was Mike a knowledgeable mechanic he was able to accommodate my immediate need for the inspection and he was very transparentand kind.I met Mike the next morning with the owner of the used vehicle and I was provided accurate, professional and timely service..As a single female looking to buy a used car was very nerve wreaking because there was so much I didn't know. Mike was honest and made me feel that I was in good hands.Based on the inspection I did not buy the car.Mike provided me with several recommendations of local car dealership. The best ending to this story is i was able to buy a car and made a friend in Mike! I look forward to my continued business with AA

In my opinion, Mike and his team are top notch professionals. Our car sat idle for much of the last year due to COVID so going on a road trip was bound to bring some issues to light (and they appeared alright). Despite us having the dealership closest to our home give us the green light for a road trip, our transmission control module went out. In my opinion, Mike under promises so that he can exceed his customer's expectations. What we thought was going to take a day to fix, turned into an overnight repair (the parts were delayed from the local GM parts supplier). Mike made sure that we can alternative transportation secured so that we could continue with our family activities until the repairs were completed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Mike is just a good old fashioned shop manager. Easy to work with, won't sell you something you don't need. Totally trustworthy. So hard to find that nowadays.

These guys are fantastic, Mike and Mat get it done! I've been coming here for a year now, the prices are great and I would definitely reccomend to anyone! Even Bought my 1st car here and it's still running smooth! Came by for an oil change today and shared a few jokes. Definitely your Go-to guys

Mike and crew did an amazing job on my car. Replaced engine in 3 days and gave me a great price. No need to look any further, Mike and crew by far best mechanics in town

Knowledgeable, Professional and Fast. I have taken my Nissan to the shop on more than one occasion and Michael and his crew diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. If I needed to, I would take my car there for service again and recommend it to anyone that want courtesy, honest service. Thanks, again

Extremely unprofessional. From Mike the manager to the entire staff. First of all he told us to bring my car by for an inspection the first day and so we did and when we got there he sent us away and told us to come back another day, that they were too busy VERY rudely (mind you, we had an appointment). So we made an appointment for another day at 10AM. We walk in that day and waited about 30-45 minutes to be seen. Finally he took my car back to do an inspection & while we were waiting, we look into the car bay and see some staff members smoking cigarettes inside and outside the cars they were working on.. made me very uncomfortable. Anyways.. we came for an inspection to get the green light to sell the car which I had previously taken to Pep Boys to get it all checked out and everything was perfect they gave me a green light.. I totally understand the buyer interested wanted to get the car checked out again together, so then we did & I really wish we didn t go to this place.. then come to find out he drove my car off the lot to some car wash, sprayed it down with water he said he did this so he can find scratches and dents (which there were none) now with my car covered in water spots he proceeds to take the women, who is interested in buying the car, outside and speaks to her without my knowledge and before he spoke to me. It is completely fine to talk to a customer but during a business transaction you d expect the buyer, seller & mechanic to be in the conversation during the business talk. Who knows what he told her. Then he quoted me $1500 to fix an information display in my car and says in front of the buyer interested, I wouldn t buy a car you can t see the mileage on . Mind you the buyer previously had said she was perfectly ok with everything and that she is very interested, even left me a deposit. I informed her I would take it in get everything checked out and pay to get it fixed also pay for an oil change before I handed it over to her. I then called Honda dealership and they helped me through the process of fixing the screen and steering wheel. The Honda service department told me this .. When the battery died the information system defaulted to off mode to turn it back on they had me factor reset the entire instrument cluster (holding a button on the dash for 10 seconds) everything works 100% now. They were even confused why the Mike the mechanic guy couldn t figure that out for himself.. they were so kind to tell me if I sell it and anything goes wrong to have the buyer bring it in and they ll check it out. After all that, I took it to two different places to have it double..triple.. checked and everyone gave me a thumbs up and gave an A+ on everything. I proceed to update the buyer and tell her if she would like to take it to another mechanic together and get it checked out again that is totally fine. She told me she then wasn t interested in the car and she will have to pass (due to what Mike the mechanic told her). I am extremely disappointed at this point because this car is a really great car and has never had any problems with me or the previous owners before me. This man obviously doesn t know anything about cars and couldn t diagnose a problem on a Honda, really? I will never recommend this place to anyone and will NEVER return!!

We have been using Advantage Automotive for over a year and trust them with all of our vehicles. We have used several other shops in the area and they are by far the best and most affordable! There have been many times that they have gone above and beyond and NOT charging us an arm and a leg in the process!

I found my new trusted mechanic. I felt confident when leaving and I knew I got a great deal on the work preformed on my car. Me and my babe definitely found our trusted mechanic. I brought my Acura TL in and had some work done to correct the other work preformed by some other crappy mechanic in Murrieta. They were able to trouble shot and find the problem and had it fixed by the end of the day. My car is my kid. Fact I might love her more then my kid. (Jk) the treated us like family . I know my car is in good hands here. Keep up the good work !P.sI would wait 45 mins ( though I didn't have to). You guys are to awesome!

Holy mother of Jesus!!! This place is amazing. Took care of me on a last min call. Same day. Words cannot express how pleased I am. They have amazing customer service and they enjoy helping out of the can. The crew was genuine and honest. I would recommend bringing your vehicles here. The name of the owner is Micheal.I know him for a year or so. He was my mechanic. I trusted him. When I had an issue on my car, he said its no more good and would be costly to fix it! he lead me to left my car and let him sell the car for me. I left My pink on the dashboard and leased a car. later for some reason I had to leave Temecula and move out. i haven't heard from him for a while then I called him up. He said he cannot sell the car, it doesn t worth, so that I can come down and get my car. I drove to his shop and he said that just wait here until I close my shop and we go together to parking lot after 7:00 pm. I waited and then he said that I go pick up my daughter from school and come back. He left and never answered my phone call and no news from him that day either!! I called a police and I text him and I said that I called a police and he said that he doesn't care and I signed a pink slip and I sold a car to him. I figured that out that he cheated and signed my name and sold my car!! I opened case against him but for some reason i was not able to show up in court, i was out of state! This guy is cheater and he stole my car. I don't recommend him at all to all of you.

I took my SUV to Josh with a fuel pump problem that another garage had supposedly fixed. Josh was able to diagnose the real problem quickly and fixed it. I then took my other car to him and he found the problem and informed me that there was a recall for that model and that I could take it to the dealer and have it fixed for free. He could have fixed it and charged me and I would be none the wiser. With that simple courtesy he has earned a customer for life .

I was in the market to purchase a 1996 Chevy Impala SS. The seller was coming from San Diego and I was coming from Chino, CA. The seller and I decided to meet about half ways from one another. But before we did any monetary transactions, I wanted to have this vehicle inspected by a professional. I am not from Temecula area so a literally googled "automotive mechanic" in Temecula area and many came up but for some reason I chose this shop. I made the best decision ever. These guys are the best. They looked at it and recommended certain things and only charge me $50. You can't beat that. On top of that, the owner said that the $50 was going straight to the tech that looked at my car. I said to myself "what a cool boss" In short, I gave $50 to the tech and another $50 to the shop owner because I was so greatful for their help. Too bad I live in Chino or I would certainly make this shop my "to-go-shop". KEEP THE GREAT AND HONEST WORK GUYS!!!!!

Totally unprofessional mechanic. First takes my car to drive test it (20 min) without asking me. Second- you get paid to do your job as a mechanic, not to share us your personal feelings.I'd take my car anywhere else if I'd known.If there was lower than 1 star I would give to this place.Anyone need more details please feel free to contact me.

I am basic home mechanic kind of handy man, after I broke my Mercedes Benz my last resort is went to Avantage Automotive, Michael is the first mechanic that I know in my life he is experienced, honest and best price in town. I was driving since 16 and now I am 60 year old I hope I can drive another 20 more years and I keep him for life. Thanks Michael.

This place is awesome. Here's the deal: they are slammed, as any good auto shop (which is hard to come by) should be. I don't want to see any reviews talk about their Facebook page says they are permanently closed. Which would you rather them focus on, running their Facebook page or running their shop? They are busy but always figure out a way to get you in and they always do great, affordable and timely work. When these guys left their old Mechanic jobs to start their own place, I followed them! Go here!

Josh was awesome! I brought my Lexus SUV in, which most shops see it coming and say "Cha Ching!" My brakes were squealing even though I had recently had then replaced at Big O, took them four visits to fix them right..ughJosh inspected the brakes and found nothing wrong but made some courtesy adjustments to try to stop the noise since the rotors and pads were still good. Problem solved! They could have told me anything, but they chose the truth!!!

Extremely unprofessional.Scheduled an appointment on tuesday at 4pm (only day I was available this week) and proceeded to turn me away and told me to come back on thursday later in the week because he was "too busy at the moment" really Mike? How unprofessional can you be? No worries though! I'll be sure to spread the word that advantage auto is "too busy" to accept anyones business. Thanks!
