Don't give this business your money! Honda Temecula referred me to this business, but I regret it! A-1 Glass got me an appointment quickly, but the $469 cost for my 2019 Honda Pilot's windshield felt high. The installation was done okay, but the rubber seal was messy, making the molding look crooked. Had to return for repairs, causing a big inconvenience only to find out they could not do anything to fix it! Also, they broke my car freshener during installation, didn't tell me, and left it broken. Now, I don't trust their work and hopefully my windshield doesn't have any leaks in it.

Thank you Fernando your the best and a breath of fresh air, he's fast friendly and professional I definitely highly recommend him and his shop 5 stars. He removed some old windows from my chopped 49 Ford Shoebox and hardware that So Cal Rods and Customs of Temecula (SEAN) left in their after installing new windows and they so called forgot to take the old windows out and gave me a hastle to remove them after getting windows installed with them. Well Fernando came to my house and removed them in 10min. and hardware what an amazing phenomenal guy I can't thank Fernando enough.Go to A1 Auto Glass they are the BEST.

I drove down to the Temecula area with my fianc� for a few days to solidify plans for our wedding that will be in my dad s backyard, and I had a big crack in my windshield. This company came recommended by my dad so I decided to get it fixed while we were there to avoid a ticket - I guess a ticket would have been cheaper.It was especially windy so when I heard some extra wind noise after the new windshield was installed I didn t think much of it. On the drive home - almost 8 hours away - I realized that something wasn t right. I called the owner of this business and he asked if I could drive back down so he could fix it, which I told him wasn t possible as I couldn t miss more work. I asked if I could get a partial refund since every shop in my area said they wouldn t be able to fix it, to which he agreed to work with me.Instead he s given me the runaround for 2 weeks saying he ll call me back when he s in the shop. 3 times he said that, and so now I have to assume that he has no plans of doing the right thing.Money is really tight right now so it s a huge bummer to be out hundreds of dollars for an improperly installed windshield. Luckily a shop in my area gave me a good deal when I told them what happened.

The owner of the shop, Fernando, is one of the friendliest people working in auto glass. He s extremely professional and does his job amazingly. Great quote and in and out within 30 minutes! Am definitely going here for all my windshield needs.

My wife called them in the morning to schedule an appointment for having our driver side mirror replaced and to look at tint options. They said to come by at 4 in the afternoon.I arrived at 4, the place is all dark and locked up, so I call the # listed, he says he got called out to a job in Perris and apologized, and said he would call me back shortly when he was done and would look at my vehicle at my home when he was returning from the other job.I was happy to hear that and looked forward to doing business with them. However, now 3 hours later I ve received no calls from them whatsoever.Poor customer service, and disappointed, because the dealership where I bought my vehicle recommended them, and good reviews so far. But I guess things change....

I was referred here from the Temecula Kia dealership to have the front piece of my panoramic roof replaced. The individual I spoke with was very professional. The repair took less than an hour and looks great. The price of repair was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to others and return here for any future repairs!

This is the goto shop of Gosch Ford in Temecula. The owner, Fernando was awesome. He was able to get me an OEM windshield without an increase to the quoted price. Thanks again for getting me done last moment and the quick professional job.

Been going to this place since I started driving sometime around 2000. Fixed my windshields and tinted my vehicles. Low prices and professional work. I keep my rides until the wheels fall off and the tint they use has held up. My previous car was totaled so took my new vehicle in for a ceramic tint. Good work guys.
