The technician came out promptly on time diagnosed a problem with my RV One of my slides would not go in. He told me what the problem was. And proceeded to fix it. The technicians name is RC and he is the best I ve ever seen at working on RVs and his rating should be a 10. And I would not hesitate to call 911 RV repair again they re the best

RC came out to fix a problem for me and ended up fixing the pull out as well. He's very knowledgeable. My problem was fix within a hour and a half. He'll also walk you through the process. We'll definitely be using him again. Highly recommend!

Was in a real bind when my converter went out late in the day before Easter, but 911 responded sent RC out he arrived at 6:50 in the evening and replaced the converter very quickly. I gave 911 5 stars because of their quick response and very professional. Will definitely call them in the future

Great service, they worked on my dog grooming van, a leak from the tub to the grey water tank. And I learned they can service my generator, AC unit, water heater and oil change my sprinter van. Will be using them again in the future. I highly recommend. Thank you!

RC was wonderful to communicate with from my first call. I had been having a lot of trouble getting things fixed in my rv and also covered by warranty. RC has handled both very well. He has followed through with all communications in a thorough manner so I knew exactly what was going to happen. On top of a stellar work ethic and skill, he is a good, honest person. The little things, like he took his shoes off, took the box from the ac to the trash, and walked through and gave me pointers on how to really take care of my rv. New to this area, I m so thankful to have found him. As a woman doing rv life for bit with my daughter as she chases her dreams in the equestrian world, having a company like this to rely on, means a lot. Oh, and he has a great sense of humor too.Highly recommend!

They came out the same day to fix our water leak. Fixed it quickly and my son had to deal with the tech who was amazing!!! They even left the old parts on the sink since we couldn't be home to see be sure the work was done. I will with out a doubt be using them again in the future!

Class C RV: RC completely sealed our leaking roof, serviced our generator, water heater, refrigerator and got the deadbolt door lock working. RC was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable of all things RV and I would highly recommend him.

The technician was on time and worked efficiently. He found that there was more damage than expected when the wind blew off a vet cover, and fixed everything very professionally. I will definitely use 911 RV Repair again!

Called them for an emergency repair to the awning arm that pulled away from the coach wall. Came out within 24 hours and fixed within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend. When I expressed my feelings about there ridiculously high service charges, $375 for service call in the same area, $180 an hour and fuel charges, they were argumentative and very unprofessional. I believe that they have friends giving them high ratings, because I can't imagine anyone dealing with them being happy. UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE: We actually had someone fix it, their service charge was $125 and $75 an hour. Easy fix and $200. Get over yourself, you repair RV's for a living!

My son and his friends were taking our rv on a road trip and I needed to make quite a few repairs, i wanted to make it safe for them and make sure everything was working properly. RC was able to complete what I needed done before the trip very quickly and efficiently. He fixed everything, I basically have a new RV. He explained everything that needed to be fixed, why and showed me pictures of the damage. I contacted 911 RV Repair after a series of electrical problems followed by an alarming amount of smoke coming out from under my kitchen sink which made my A/C stop working on a 90�+ day - I had my nine month old son so I was very worried about the heat & couldn't wait until " sometime tomorrow" for other RV repair companies. I was so happy the electrician quickly arrived and explained what happened & why a part needed to be replaced. He had a replacement on hand, installed it in like five minutes, had everything running again, & even gave me some general maintenance recommendations on his own time. Considering the house call fee, replacement part cost, mileage, and hourly emergency rate, it was VERY affordable. Thank you so much for rescuing us!

This was first time I used 911 RV Repair and Servicing and was very pleased with their work. They came to my house to service my travel trailer. Made some minor repairs. The tech (RC) explained in detail and took pictures of all the work he performed. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone with a RV for service and maintenance.
