This place specifically the owner Diane Fernandez has had my paperwork for several months and paid for the services ahead of time and told me they would get back to me in the next few days....never happened. Its been several months with repeated phone calls no returns on voicemails or texts and they still have the paperwork to my vehicle. Not a place i recommend. Poor customer service. They have fully taken advantage of me and have taken my money and dont even have the audacity to call me back or answer my calls. If i could give it no stars i would

Have been going here for the past 3yrs and registered 3 vehicles. They are very knowledgeable, provide excellent service, and very quick. Would definitely recommend

I wouldn't recommend this place they have been having my paperwork for my car for months I have been calling leaving messages no response I need my paperwork back

Super quick and easy to register my F150! Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Rapid Auto and avoiding the DMV.

Every time I need help with auto registration this place is AWESOME ! Fast service / friendly and helpful ! Beats going to the DMV and waiting for hours in line ! My wait time here has never been over 5 min EVER! The owner is Taylor and she goes out of her way to help ! THANKS

Don t go here! Went to register my boat and the lady at the front desk couldn t do it at the moment bc she wasn't qualified to do boats yet and if I left it she could do it following week. They never answered phone calls or text like the lady asks me to check back w/her. It s been over a month now and still no registration or tags in the mail. She is holding it at the office. Don t trust this place they are liars and take adanvatge of customers. They will give you the run-arounds stories/lies. Too bad I have to pick a star or else it s a negative star. Learn from from some else s experience -stay area from here. Worth going through DMV even if it takes a little longer. I m going back along with police to get my documents back.

I have bought a couple cars while living out here and transfered them into my name using this business. I don t think I even spent more than three minutes in here haha they are so fast! Makes you wonder why anybody would even go to the DMV with a gem like this in town. Really impressed with them! Seriously me and the woman working were laughing last time I think it was under three minutes and I was out of there finished! I ve noticed I get my titles way faster as well instead of going to the DMV. Super awesome guys keep up the good work! Great price definitely worth it!

I love this registration service so much! I love how they were very quick and so friendly this might have the best customer service in tehachapi ! If i were to buy another truck i d definitely bring it here !

Very friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile. I would recommend this business to anyone seeking a registration or title transfer in Tehachapi. They have other services but that's how they helped me, and it saves the trip to another town too!

We went in on a Friday afternoon to transfer and register an out-of-state motorcycle. Diane had things taken care of for us super fast and painlessly. Definitely would recommend their services.

I had a huge problem with getting my 5th wheel trailer registered in the state of California, so I gave this place a try. From the moment we called them they where helpful, they even came out and took all info off trailer @ no charge. From start to finish was about an hour. I highly recommend this business. If I would have let the DMV do this it would have been a nightmare.
