Price is high. $60 for a smog. It didn't take long and staff is nice. If we didn't have a vehicle that gets low gas mileage, we would have gone to Bakersfield and gotten it for $40

I came in to get front brakes replaced due to squealing. This shows you why I exclusively go to P and N now...they inspected front and rear and told me I didn't need brakes. They just charged me adjust them and cleaned everything for me and now the squealing is gone and it brakes better. P & N has integrity, honesty and everyone there is a ROCK STAR!!!! Thank you so much P & N.

Came in for a smog and was welcomed by a very nice secretary at the front desk, polite and professional. The waiting room is clean with plenty of room. I highly recommend getting work done here.

I have trusted them for how many years now,they always have a fair price and good service, friendly secretary untill i went there today for a change oil and want $108 for a regular oil,i mean even if labor taxes included still over pricing..

I have been getting my oil changed, tires rotated & smog done on one of my vehicles for more than a few years now at this establishment. I have never had an issue getting in quickly & never have issues with their work. All staff are very nice as well.

Dennis was great. Smogged my car in 20 minutes and was kind enough to try and figure out which tire sensor was malfunctioning. 5 stars for sure!

Friendly, great customer service! For how many were waiting for a smog ahead of me, they had me out of their pretty fast. I definitely recommend them above anyone else. Also they are very affordable!!

We were in a bad situation during our family vacation because our family van started overheating after a long drive uphill. We were extremely worried our vehicle was going to explode, so we had to find a mechanic shop as soon as possible. Luckily sifting through google maps I came across this and one other location. To be timely both me and my dad went to both of the locations as soon as possible and when I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk who gave me general instructions on what to do in the meantime while she asked her mechanics if they would be available. Unfortunately they were not available since when we arrived we were so close to their closing time. They did give us directions to the nearest hotels, because after a small diagnosis of the issue they said we should not drive an overheating car up the mountain. The next day the mechanics checked the car so fast and fixed it within three hours. Overall a great place to stop if you are looking for a repair.

Fast, friendly, efficient, and the price is right. Nice people, clean waiting room (I love the fact that clean pens are in a "sanitized" holder). Ambience is that of the auto shop you remember when you were a kid. First time here, and they've won me for life -- or at least once every two years, when I need a smog check.

Super fast, clean and relatively inexpensive. Not necessarily the most professional front desk employee as she and her significant other were quite obviously arguing about something until he stormed out without saying another word. while I waited in the waiting room. A little awkward. But you know; everyone has bad days I suppose.

Manny helped us. Outstanding service and very fast & accommodating! We re not from there and were in a hurry due to being military and on the way home at the end of vacation. Manny went out of his way to investigate a problem as soon as we pulled up while he was busy and then to squeeze us in the following morning on a really busy day. It was very affordable and he s tremendously pleasant and professional. We drove the car from Tehachapi to Georgia with no further problems. If my family & I end up moving into town there eventually - he will be our choice for mechanics! He s an asset to your business and very appreciated!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I wish I could give this shop more than 5 stars. I am driving cross country today and my car broke down on the interstate right above this town. Not only was my car packed with luggage but I had my dog with me. Crystal was so kind and polite, she went out of her way to ensure that my dog and I had everything we needed. She even gave me directions to parks to take him too. Everyone in the shop was extremely attentive and worked hard to get me back on the road. Manny was the mechanic that fixed my vehicle and he did a great job and my vehicle got me to my next stop without issue. They were honest and I never once felt like they weren't competent to fix my vehicle. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who needs a vehicle serviced. They are amazing!

Great place to get your car repaired. Or smog checked. Employees are informative, helpful and knowledgeable. I trust them to get my repairs done quickly and correctly.

This is a busy Smog testing garage and appointments are not available due to this. Bring your vehicle in early and plan to leave it for a few hours. To my surprise I was in and out within an hour on a Monday. My only contact was with the office and both people I spoke with with very nice. Clean looking garage and waiting area.

Very friendly and got the smog test done quickly. Cost was competitive and they didn't charge extra for a pre-2000 vehicle as some of the other shops in town do. I have had other work done here in the past and never had a problem. Highly recommended!

P&N is always very friendly, trustworthy and helpful. I can always count on them to do good quality work, usually faster than they estimate. I ve never had a bad experience with them and recommend them to all my friends.

Was looking for the lowest price for a "Smog Certificate" and P&N was the lowest priced shop. I was amazed at how fast their service was!! Their waiting room was sparkling clean and I enjoyed a cup of coffee. Definitely would use them again!!

P&N garage is a professional, reasonably priced, and service oriented garage. I have taken my vehicles here for several years and I am always pleased with the services provided. The front staff appears to care about the customers needs and not about billing for unnecessary charges. I would highly recommend this establishment for your automobile needs.

I have had both my cars in for smogs and oil changes on several occasions and the price is always more than fair and the wait time is always at a minimum. The people and the service are great. They don't try to over sell you stuff you don't need and explain every thing in terms you can understand.

I have went to P&N Garage for years now and they have always done excellent work at very fair prices - not to mention that they get the job done as quickly as possible. They are my first choice when I need any kind of service for my cars.Highly recommended.

Took ford Focus in and had a Alternator and Battery replaced. The total bill was $532.00 a little expensive in my opinion. After that had a electrical problem, they kept it for a number of day's and kept me informed everyday on the problem. They finally got it fixed at no charge. Very good people, they have my business.

Service is great, my monitors weren't reset and they advised me to drive it around and then when I got back they checked to make sure it was ready and kept sending me out till it was. It made me feel like they genuinely cared.

My car wasn't passing smog because my dip stick for oil was missing (weird). P&N went above and beyond to help me get the situation handled. Excellent customer care! Thank you!

Had a distrbutor put in ok they got it running but timing is still off left 2 plug wires off breather not tighend down left a. c. line off across the engine the timing is supposed to be 25 degrees top dead center and only at 23.5

P&N has always been my go-to. I've heard bad things but I always dismiss them because I've had nothing but good experiences with them for the 7 years I've lived here, despite changes in management and staff. They call it a smog shop but I've taken every car issue I've had to them and they take care of business for me.
