Great guys working at this store! Was on a road trip, the undercarriage cover was coming off of my car. The guys gorilla-taped it up for me so I could drive back to Oakland. Really went above & beyond!

This store went above and beyond in saving myself and family from being stuck by bringing a part directly to me. I am very appreciative and will seek out NAPA first and foremost whenever I need a part from now on. Thank you guys.

Big Auto parts store with a small town feel. Get to know your specialist and build a rapport with them while you build up your vehicle. They might be able to suggest some modification, alternative or just idea you may not have thought of in your difficult quest to repair your vehicle. They carry odds and ends that other stores may not. Overall experience was good for me the many times i have gone during my breakdown.

I always go to Napa for my auto parts. They have knowledgeable people that actually have worked on a car before. You may pay a few bucks more for the part but you get quality parts. Wide variety of parts even for my 72 Plymouth Duster.

The guy was really nice, he built a custom size battery cable for me and sold the right battery for the job. Finally he carried the battery out to my truck.Thank you,Jim

Napa Auto is the place I got my start in automotive repair. Good place to get what you need. If they don't have itThey can get it and they will do a good job . The people are hard working friendly

These guys know their stuff, have the best prices, and if they don't have it in stock they can get it for you in a day or two at the most. Great service and clean well stocked store.

Employees totally ignore me the whole time I was in the store and when I was ready to checkout. I walked out and never went back. I shop at AutoZone which has the best customer service.
