Absolutely the best and easiest experience at this Tehachapi Jiffy Lube. The guys took care of my car easily quickly and didn t try to sell me a bunch of extras and i really appreciate the awesome customer service.

The staff was professional and friendly. They gave my car a thorough inspection and didn't try to recommend any service that I didn't need. It was my first visit here, but I will definitely return.My only suggestion would be to enable a system where the customer would be able to pay from their car, but that won't keep me from returning.I am impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of their staff! I got in and out fast!

Highly professional, considerate, polite, fast service. Ron helped me and afterward personally showed me everything in the engine, and that everything was closed up and ready to go! He answered all my questions and overall was extremely professional and great. Thanks Ron!

Professional & thorough. Few days later I had a slow leak from our truck tire, went back by there. The technician removed tire (we had run over a screw) & willingly put spare on - would not accept a tip. Good job!My only complaint is JiffyLube should remodel the bathroom

Absolutely freaking horrible how are you going to lie to somebody's face saying that the tires cold and you can't put it on? By the way I'm a jet mechanic I would have done it myself!!! So right now I have to go out there and make sure every bolt on that tire is freaking tight because I don't trust them absolutely not!!!!!!!!!!!

Very pleased with the service I received today at JiffyLube in Tehachapi! I called ahead of time to make sure it wouldn t take up all of my Saturday for an oil change. The guy on the phone said it would be quick and typically takes 15-20 minutes surprisingly enough, I was able to pull right in to the service lane and immediately begin service to my vehicle.Even more, the tech noticed that my PCV valve on my Jeep was destroyed and spewing oil everywhere. To my surprise, he offered to put in a new valve for me if it was available at the neighboring auto parts store. Must be my lucky day because there was one available and is now being installed. These guys didn t even know I have a long drive planned tomorrow the technicians could have just saved me a lot of grief!Highly recommend and I will be taking my vehicles here moving forwad.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Was impressed with price of tires and got a free oil change. They did not put valve caps on. Usually they show me air filters, didn t but said it was fine. Said they vacuumed, but didn t. Wished for better.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Decided to get an oil change early. I'm so glad I did. Been having problems with my windshield wipers and one of my headlights was out. Been on my mind but didn't seem to have to time to go get it done. Jiffy lube spotted these and took care of it all in a timely manner. Outstanding service, the manager is extremely knowledgeable and very professional and helpful. The other techs were also very helpful, and the service was quickly done on my car. I will return again! This place does a decent job with oil changes, checking fluids and filters. Of course they will definitely try to upsell you. Good communication and very respectful handling of customers. Don't forget my window as sticker.

I went in to get my car inspected for Uber, and they saw a couple things that needed to be done for it to pass. They told me what it was without going through the actual inspection so I didn't get a fail on my record, and I fixed the things, brought it back and it took 10 minutes to get it through the inspection and I was on my way. Quick, friendly, and helpful. What more can you ask for?.

Luckily there was no wait when I arrived. Talk about finishing in a jiffy! 15 minutes!! Windows cleaned, floors vacuumed, all levels checked. I am very happy with the service.

Quick and reliable work for oil change, fluid levels, filters, and tire and brake checks. They can rotate your tires but if you have a flat tire, they may or may not have your tire size.
