I went here today to get my car smogged. The service was pretty quick despite them being super busy, and everyone was very polite. The new person upfront was especially kind. Even though it was her first day, she seemed very capable and helpful! She even asked me how I'd prefer to be addressed, which is always appreciated because not many people ask me that. 10/10 place to go for your car & for some nice interactions as well!

Your work was great. I had many bad experiences before going to dons, and my cars motor was shot. You were honest, fast, and reasonably cost. Thank you for doing all you could!Don t waste your time going anywhere else!If I had started with Dons pro Technology, I would still have a car!

Professional, curtious, quick. The vibe of the staff was pleasant and comfortable. As a service technician of the past twenty years myself I can't imagine anyone could ask for more. Will most likely be my permanent "go to" smog facility.

Don's is one of the busiest places in town, yet their customer service is amazing! I took our car in to be smogged & was taken care of & accknowleged as soon as I walked in the door. I sat & watched as they cared for each & every customer the same way Even the guys coming in from the garage were the same. A job well done by all! I highly recommend Don' Pro Tech.

I came in for a smog check for the first time to Don's, what I experienced was professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Though there were two people ahead of me, I waited only 25 minutes. Thank you.

I arrived midday on a Monday for smog check. There were a couple other customers ahead of me so I was prepared for a lengthy wait. I was in an out in about 45 minutes. Highly recommend! Great fast service!

Don's Pro Tech mechanics and management have impeccable service all while looking out for the best value! I was even encouraged to make disission of similar available services at other associates to save money. These folks are the real deal when it comes to community minded local business with the customer's best interest!

Don and his team are aways so friendly and efficient when it comes to my car. The service is fast and thorough, and when I'm m sitting in the office they are always pleasent. I will be taking my car to them for whatever they can help with again and again.

Needed to have a smog check performed. Staff assisted us right away. Back on the road in about 20 minutes. Several customers arrived for a smog check while we waited so it can get busy.

Don does not take accountability for his mechanics Incompetence or lack thereof. Don't have your to pass smog repairs done @ Don's Pro... My experience has been unsatisfactory. And Don's pro I will take the necessary steps which are my only current option because you don't honor your work which made my car worse, shaking & the check engine light came right back on b4 I made it to the stop sign ... See you in court. And you do not know everything so the rude and condescending tone is unnecessary and very unprofessional.
