I had an unfortunate encounter with a nail in my Vespa tire and found Tim's information on Google. Tim was the consummate professional, and assured me he would take care of everything. Tim arrived the next morning, picked up my Vespa, and returned it fully repaired and cleaned within 2.5 hours. He pays attention to detail, takes pride in his work, and treats vehicles as his own. If you own a Vespa, I highly recommend Tim's exceptional services. I will definitely be using Tim's services for my Vespa as long as I'm living Los Angeles county. Great service, highly recommended!

Tim is an absolute gem and true gentleman! Knowledgeable, kind, and honest mechanics are extremely hard to come by. We bought our Vespa ET4 from Tim and we only trust him to work on it. His prices are fair and you know that you're getting the best quality of work! He's reliable and his customer service is second to none. We're just so grateful to have found him!

I cannot recommend Vespa Mobile Repair highly enough. Tim is simply great! He is responsive, explains everything very clearly, and offers very reasonable rates for repairs. He really goes above and beyond in every way. Tim came by to check out my stalled Primavera mid day Monday and I got the bike back running like new Tuesday night. A+++ service.

I just picked up a used 250 from Tim and he was super informative, left me feeling really confident that I was leaving with a vehicle that he would continue to care for. He s the kind of guy that you feel immediately good about working with because he personally cares for all of his work and customers. Even offered to drive me home if I didn t buy it. If I could give Tim more than five stars I would. He is super knowledgeable, very friendly and beyond fair. My scooter wouldn't start - I had neglected to start it for about five months - and Tim diagnosed the issue, came to my house and fixed it. Beyond being a great mechanic, Tim is also very friendly and genuine. A really good guy. I highly recommend Vespa Mobile Repair!

Tim was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I had bought a used Vespa as a surprise for my husband s birthday but it needed a bit of work to get it started. Tim picked up the bike and delivered it- cleaned and working beautifully - the next day, just in time for the surprise. He was commutative, trustworthy, kind and such a pleasure to work with. And his services are super affordable (which can t be said of the Vespa dealership). I can t recommend him enough

Tim! Wonderful experience. My scooter sat for 2 years and wouldn't start. I was so worried that I would never ride it again . He was so nice and walked me through the steps he would take to fix up my ride. From one day to the next my scooter was working at 100%. I am so grateful for the expert advice and service. Genuine courtesy and kindness. Thank you Tim. Glad you were there for me. I now know I have an incredible expert I can count on for any and all future service for my scooter.

Tim is an expert, responded quickly, and was so friendly. He was willing to drive an hour to my house to take a look at a scooter I had recently purchased. He was very professional, positive, and knew exactly what he was doing. Within the hour, he had everything good to go and ready to ride! I will definitely reach out to him for any Vespa needs and highly recommend him to anyone.

I have trusted Tim with all my Vespa needs for several years. This guy knows scooters. He fixed up my Vespa LX150 when nobody else could! Tim is reliable, timely, and honestly just a pleasure to work with. Not only are Tim s prices beyond reasonable, but he does the most incredible work. He truly cares. Tim is honest and kind. Fun fact- our whole family makes sure that they are home whenever Tim comes to do tuneups because we all just likes to chat with him! Seriously! Tim is the best mechanic I ve ever met. Tim is a life saver!!!I was taking a road trip whenI blew out my motor on a Sunday about an hour or so outside of LA. Tim came out to pick me & the Vespa up and take me to the dealership in LA. He stored the bike for me, completely rebuilt the engine, and ensured that it was safe and secure when it was shipped back to me in Austin.The entire time Tim was upfront and honest with me about the potential costs and communicated with me frequently with any updates His work is incredible. The bike runs better than it did before. He's super knowledge and experienced with Vespas. In addition to superior professionalism, Tim is a great guy. I truly appreciate the work he does and for the person he is. It's good to know that there are honest mechanics out there.I just wish he were here in Austin.

Tim was wonderful! He honored his appt eventhough he got delayed and came to my house after working hours. He got my scooter started and then proceeded to give me a lesson about my scooter and how to ride it safely and how to maintain it. He seems to know everything about all different makes and models of scooters not just Vespas. I have a Kymko 125 Agility. He was honest and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I believe that he would fix a scooter probably better than a shop for a fraction of the cost. Tim is a kind hearted guy who cares about his customers and wants them to be safe and happy. I will continue to call him for all of my scooter needs. Thank you Tim!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Tim and his team for fixing my Vespa! I drove home from work and the bike would not start the next morning. I called the company on Sunday morning and Tim arrived within the hour to help me. He diagnosed a new starter was needed, but unfortunately more parts failed during the repair.Tim graciously repaired all of them and my bike is now running better than ever!To make it even more unbelievable he would not let me pay for the labor to fit the extra parts!I cannot recommend him more highly. He is passionate, communicative and fair and I will recommend him to all my friends.A true gem in this day and age. Thank you - Richard.

I don t really know where to begin.. My Vespa GT 200 shot out on me at 5am the other week. Stranded, thinking i was just out of gas, i waited until 7:30am to call Tim at Vespa Mobile Repair. He had a fully booked day, busy and having to run all over town, but could tell I was in a pickle and made the hour drive to me despite his busy day ahead He ended up picking up my bike, diagnosing the problem (something that was completely out of my control) and called me every day with updates until it was ready. He dropped it back off to me all but 5 days later in tip top condition.Tim, my new friend, is not in customer service. he is in customer excellence. I have truly never had an experience with a vehicle that left me wanting to be a better person myself, as corny as that sounds.10/10 go to for anything bike related. this man knows his stuff and is one of the kindest people i ve crossed paths with.

Tim, and Vespa Mobile Repair was an absolute lifesaver! My Vespa was recovered by the police after being stolen, and finding good, honest help for a Vespa in LA is nearly impossible.Location: I was skeptical at first because Tim is in North Hollywood and the Vespa was near LAX at an impound lot incurring charges. He picked me up that night and brought me to the lot to release the bike (drove me to an ATM when my credit card wouldn't work), dropped me back home and took the Vespa to make the repairs. He was super personable and patient despite the long process at the impound lot.Price: The key and ECU needed to be replaced. The Vespa dealership was going to charge $850! Tim charged less than half that AND helped me out personally by taking me to get the bike saving a fortune in Uber rides and towing.Service: Tim not only replaced the ECU and key, but noticed the steering wasn't straight, fixed that for free, removed about 50 stickers from the body that were put there by the people who stole the bike I cannot imagine how much extra work that was, gave me a helmet (since mine were stolen) to get myself home after the repair, cleaned the entire exterior at no charge! He let me know all the fixes that may be coming down the road I could tell my brakes were on their way out and the clutch sounds like a mess, but at no point did he pressure me to take care of it now, letting me know that he's there if I need the help. All of this only took about 24 hours!Tim is an all-around fantastic guy, and after owning a Vespa in LA for several years am happy to know that there is someone I can bring it to that does great work and I can trust. Five stars all the way!

I can't recommend Tim enough! He came to pick up my Vespa in his truck and dropped it back off, gave me a quote upon examining it and stuck to it. He checked the oil immediately without me voicing any concerns about it and found that it was very low and brought my scooter back with the oil changed. My Vespa looks amazing and brand new and runs beautifully, and I will definitely be using Vespa Mobile Repair to service it in the future if you have a Vespa in the LA area, you should as well!

Tim was almost hard to believe he was real. Tim took exceptional care of every aspect of fixing my Vespa from picking it up fair estimates and open communication from start to finish.Don t get ripped off at the dealer. Tim is real fair and very professional

It felt like I won the lottery when I found Tim at Vespa Mobil Repair. We talked, I set up time to bring in my scooter . The next day, he was in the area and asked if I minded if he came by; I didn t mind. He suspected what the issue was and brought a new battery with him and now I m back on the road!Tim knows what he s doing, is a genuine human being, is honest, kind and compassionate. He has my highest appreciation and recommendation.

I ve owned a Vespa 300 for many years and found Tim through referral. He s done all my services over the course of my now 60,000 plus miles and I couldn t be happier. Tim is amazing! And very quick and knowledgable! Took the time to drive all the way to Castaic from Reseda to pick up my Vespa that hasn t been running in over 3+ years, gave us a price estimate and delivered it next day! His prices are very fair! Will definitely be taking our Vespa to him for any future needs AND will recommend him to everyone I know!

My Primavera 150 hadn't been touched in over two years and I'm looking to get back into riding it. I called Tim @ 8:00. He arrived at 1:00pm same day. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He took my bike with him to his shop, fixed it up (and cleaned it up), sent me two invoices (I told him to send me a "high-end" and "low-end" estimate) that were both unbelievably reasonable and returned with my bike fixed up bike in less than 24 hours. Even more impressive considering he operates out of Encino and came to me in Culver City. I will ONLY go to Tim for my Vespa needs moving forward. Thanks, Tim!

This is the second time Tim has helped me out. The first time he came all the way to Santa Monica to have look at my ET2 oil leak and made sure it was properly connected and gave advice on engine cleaning and use of oil - and this was free of charge.The next time I had a problem with the engine randomly stopping he came out on a Sunday to take the bike away for a service and soon spotted the problem of a broken piston ring and very old spark plug. He fixed these, took it on a 1.5 hour ride to make sure it was running smoothly and not overheating, cleaned it up and retuned it to me a day later - it has never run better. It's almost 20 years old and runs like it did when it was new. Tim really knows his stuff, communicates very well, doesn't overcharge and is a pleasure to deal with.After years of using different Vespa service agents, Tim is now my guy. He has even suggested that we could upgrade the engine from 50cc to a 70cc engine for not a lot of money, which is a great option. Use Tim, you'll be glad you did.

Tim is the GOAT. The man has the skills of all the Dwarves in Norse Mythology. I have a 13 year old Buddy Pamplona 150. It had sat behind a couch in a house for over a decade. It was dusty, flat, dried up, and unusable. This man, with whom I BARELY just met at the time, picked it up in his truck and had it running THE NEXT DAY. Not only is he a genius in his craft, but he s genuinely one of the nicest people I ve met in a long time. Best prices too. I highly recommend and will be coming to him from now on. Thank you Tim. You re the greatest.

Tim, the owner and repair mechanic of this business is very responsive to your scooter issues. I called him to check on my Piaggio since it won't start. He came, tried to start it and it worked! He said the problem could have been the gas tank created a vacuum which prevented the fuel from moving thru the line, all you need to do is air the gas tank. I wanted to pay him for his efforts to come to my residence but he declined. Tim can be trusted and easy to work with.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! If I could give 100 stars, I would. Tim is absolutely the BEST!!!! I will never go anywhere else. He is not only willing to help, he goes above and WAY beyond to make sure you are treated fairly and respectfully. He is very honest, hardworking, and a sincerely joyful human. Tim is fantastic. I have a Chinese gas powered electric start 150 cc scooter. I called him for help with starting and running issues and although he doesn t like working on unreliable Chinese scooters, he could tell I was frustrated and was at my house in 2 hours diagnosing it then loading it up on the truck to take it back to fix. Done the next day. Brought it back purring like a kitten. Honest . Knowledgeable. And not a crook! Truly wants to help. Let him!
