Guys never go here they charge 6x as much for used tire. I feel bad for any woman who walks in this shop

Aram and his team has been consistently amazing, professional and fair since I started coming here in 2011. Moved back to the area in 2021 and li and behold they had my record on file, remembered the make and model and everything.There is no BS here. They tell you exactly what s wrong with your car. If they can find a less expensive way to fix your car to reach tip-top shape, they ll let you know. Fast dependable and they really care about customers. There s no better garage in the valley - go here!

Between his round robin of underpaid and under qualified mechanics. I always had to bring my car back for same repair I just bpaid for . Aram also likes to sell used cars from his shop . Aram sold me a BMW he claimed ran well only getting rid of because of wife. First red flag was it wasn't registered to him. I brought car back to him several times with issues he always explained away. Took to AAA for for inspection, has bad radiator thats rusted and leaks, 3 different oil leaks ,broken motor mount, bad battery, broken control arm , plus various smaller items . I didn't have car checked out before purchase because I trusted Aram, huge mistake I am still paying forServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I went to this place about a week a go, for the 1st time. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a great experience. I needed some brakes replaced on my mustang and Star West took care of my needs. I am very pleased, the price was right and the customer service was good too. The owner/Manager Aram even gave me a complimentary bottle of hand sanitizer. I'll definitely be back.

Aram took great care of me and my car s flat tire... quality service, helpful advice, and clean lobby and bathroom facilities. The mechanics replaced my tire quickly, even though I just dropped in with my flat tire. This location was recommended to me by my AAA technician.

Brought my car here for tire replacement, alignment and other car related stuff. He was straight up and honest. Was able to get everything done within my time frame. Aram Bedrosian and his team of mechanics consistently provide excellent and thorough service and repairs at a fair price. Aram is very honest when explaining options and repair priorities, and helps reduce costs by using rebuilt parts when possible, while maintaining the quality of the work. Aram is friendly and a true gentleman who takes pride in serving his community. He even texted me a photo of an old worn part that he replaced today! Highly recommended!

Been using them for over 20 years.. After trying a couple of other shops in order to save money over the years; I am sure... Great Value and Great Service... Honest guys. Zaven is my man!! The owner is a nice and honest guy.

I highly recommend Star West Motors! I needed to have some work done on the vehicle that my teenager drives last minute. I took the car to Star West Motors & Tires in Tarzana on a referral from a friend and they were able to complete the service the same day. The owner Aram could not have been more helpful or hospitable. I trust the work that was done and that my daughter will be driving in safety. I highly recommend Aram and Star West Motors & Tires for any repair needs.

These guys went above and beyond. I had a broken Jack and a flat tire, they came out to my house. Fixed the tire and then I drove to the shop and had some additional work done at a good price. They were fast, courteous and the price was fair.

Aram is honestly the best mechanic ever.. Honest and trustworthy... I wont take my car to any other place.. Money well spent to finally have my car running like it should.. When no one else could figure out what was wrong with it! And Thank you for always treating me with respect.

Blew a tire on the highway and this was the closest please I could find, I brought my tire over to them and they got me a good condition used tire for a great price and had it ready for me within 20 minutes. Incredible service and great job, highly recommend.

Ruined $500+ in tires with a completely unprofessional botched alignment. My regular tech was appalled that these people let me leave their shop. Star West, if you want to consider yourself an alignment shop, train your technicians better and do alignment correctly.

This was such a great experience at a auto shop. I felt welcomed the owner and staff were friendly. They met and exceed my needs. Please go here for all your car needs you will not be disappointed.

$55 for a patch is absurd. Patches are $25-$30 I've had them done for $20. $25 for a plug is on the high end. I've had them done for $15.

aram and his staff are really great. have been coming here for years. now I no longer work down the street, but come from agoura just to have all my work done here. fair,honest, never worry about getting ripped off here.

Aram Bedrosian and his team at Star West Motors are the best. Some places treat women like they are not auto savvy. At Star West, they service my cars and cater to me like I am family. The internet WIFI service is one of my favorite features when I stay to wait for car maintenance. They also have fresh coffee and pastries and they are close to the freeway. As a business woman, I highly recommend this shop.

The business owner wouldn't give me a receipt for the tire job they have done for my car. I don't know why?I have a tire protection plan which requires the itemized receipt in order to get a refund
