Excellent service. I had 2 flat tires last week, and I came here twice, for both of them .One of them - they were able to fix, and the second - I had to replace it.Jose and his staff were very kind and professional. They are also very honest. They charged me for the new tire, exactly the price I was asked at a very known tire shop (without knowing it). I really recommend this place.

Extremly unfriendly unprofessional Manager on duty.Poor performance of requested service .Requested problem was not resolved at all but I end up paying over $900 for issues I never intended originally to do . I need to take my car to BMW official repair center to take of my existing problem.My time and money was waisted . Conduct of Manager was insulting , I will Never consider this facility again and I do not recommend them to any one .Althought they do not have knowledge ,tool or authorization from BMW to reset a faulty break sensor but they claim they do .

Had an appointment today. When I got there first thing from the manager mouth was we are so backed up what do you need . He was very rude and looking for any excuse to get me out of there and not work on the car today. I told him the problem and he said the problem is the breaks and he gave me a verbal estimate with out even looking at the car or driving the car. Then he said they don t even carry the part he has to order the parts. I asked if he can identify the issue by just me telling him the problem why they did not tell me that over the phone when I told them the problem and tell me they don t have the parts but he was not having it and walked away.All I have to say is wow whatever happened with the customer service. I bought all my tires here in past and did all my oil change but going forward I m going to Hanks tires or American tires next door and oil change I ll go to Jeffy lube.This was the last time I ever stepped in this nasty place.This guy is disgusting and rude.

Loved my experience few years ago but I went back recently and and they over price me on 4 tire replacements ($1200). I went to Firestone and got better price ($900). Unfortunately I will never go back to Mountain View Tire.

I am disappointed in the new management and changes this company has had over since they were bought by some other big company!Customers matter, along with the best prices!

Used to come here before it was under new management. Kept coming because I m a loyal client. Guess after a 3 hour wait with an appointment is where we go our separate ways. New management sucks, new workers suck. I m out

Well done! Needed a nail taken out on a Sunday afternoon. Shop was busy but manager Jose told me I could wait and they'd fit me in. No problem, appreciated the honesty. Repair done well and as promised.

Jose needs to be fired! He should not be practicing medicine and trying to diagnose people depriving them of their right to service. If the owner really cares about issues people are having there then they should fix them instead of writing a comment at the end of all the negative reviews. Now I see why this place has more negative reviews than anywhere else around. Complete idiots working there. Unfortunately Goodyear selected this as the closest place to me when I pre-purchased from them. I scheduled the appointment and even called them directly to confirm. The person said I could come in earlier if I wanted to but I knew I wouldn't be able to and showed up at the scheduled time. Person I spoke to on the phone the day before, Jose, said they wouldn't install it and he wouldn't refund my money (so I could go somewhere else). He knew this was pre-purchased when I spoke to him previously but made one excuse after another and then tried to blame it on me. Rude, neanderthal. I will be returning to Hank's tire just down the street. I have a road trip scheduled tomorrow and if something happens to my truck it's on their backs!

Went to America's tire down the street and they had an hour wait. I decided to try Mountain View and they were busy too. They called s mechanic off the floor to come help me, not knowing what I needed. Told him about the nail in the tire and he dropped everything and got to work on my car. Nail was fixed quickly and professionally, I watched the whole process, not a quick fix, a true tire repair!The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and refused to charge me for the repair. Luckily I had some cash to tip the mechanic! You've definitely earned my business and will be returning with all of my cars!

I've been coming here for about 15 years now. I've always been impressed with Mountain View's honesty and professionalism. Sure, auto service and repair tend to be expensive and annoying; but these guys take a little bit of the sting out of that. Their prices are competitive and definitely less than the dealership for the same quality work. My brother is a mechanic (just too far away to work on my car, unfortunately) and I've frequently asked him about what I've been told and charged here -- and Mountain View consistently checks out with him. The upshot: this shop has been good to me and I've found them trustworthy and competent.

Fantastic customer service and super fast tire repair. I got a screw in my tire and luckily Mountain View Tire was right there. I pulled into the shop, was greeted by Mario right away and took care of business (and they were very busy, by the way). Mario is super friendly, honest and genuinely wants to make sure his customers are taken care of. They patched my tire and put air in all tires. Within 20 minutes I was back on the road. Thanks for the help, everyone. What could've been a bad day, turned out great because of the positive attitude!

Outstanding customer service ! Quick & easy oil change , got my brand new tires installed all on a walk in notice for my emergency travel from LA to TX.Got quickly accommodated!!Was in and out!Second time I ve been there for my Mustang 2015 GT.I will continue coming here for any service. Highly recommended this place and their amazing staff!Thanks guys !

The manager, Juan, who helped me was so polite and extremely quick. He got the starter for my Honda right after I walked in and they installed it within 2 hours!! Literally 2 other places were telling me I would have to leave my car overnight and charge me $150-250 more than they charged me here!! They have a new regular!!!!

Made me feel like a friend, and not as a cash register. Ma&Pa Family friendly atmosphere which I truly appreciated. Work done was terrific, my 2005 Sonata runs like a jackrabbit. Excellent customer and auto service!

These guys are awesome. I've had some repair work done here and had them install new tires for me. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they have always been helpful in giving me a good estimate as to what the issue might be and the approximate cost.

I went in to have them do some custom work to my Jeep on some electrical fans. They did it fast and at a great price. They also didnt charge me for extra parts they put on. I have went to them 4 times in the past 4 years, for tires repairs and they fixed 2 for free and fix the other run flats for a great price.the service is always quality. I do alot of my own work, but if there is something I need done that I can't do, or dont have time, I will not hesitate to take it to them. Ask for Mario.

I had to get four new tires. I really didn't plan on getting them just because I went in for a tire repair. Anyways they gave me a great price with a discount and of course I got them. I'm really happy with the service. They were fast and the guys were all nice.

Good staff and their pricing is is the medium range for labor though some parts seemed a bit marked up which is normal for many auto businesses

Juan Huezo does an outstanding job for Mountain View Tire. Every time I get my car(s) serviced he is so friendly and informative. Also, he gets me out of the shop in record time. Today, he gave me a first aid kit for my car that he made and paid for himself. He is a very thoughtful and efficient person. I highly recommend asking for him if you go to Mountain View Tire.

I take my dying car to a competitor down the road. The laundry list comes to $1600. Ouch. I take the car to Mountain View Tire & Svc, and the same list comes to $900. Hmmm, one of these guys is NOT trying to rip me off.Always excellent service and excellent work at a fair price. I trust these guys to get the job done right.

If Google would ve given me the option to take this one star off , I definitely would.I honestly always write some great reviews for every good place I visit at but I felt like I have to let everyone know how bad this place is.I have never seen in my entire life a bunch of dirty liars like in this place.First I went to get my brakes done, and I could still hear the noise so I went back to check it out.They told me to drop off my car and that they will check it , so I told them I m going to get some errands done but I was actually right next to it watching them all along .those liars didn t even touch the car and just called me 2 hrs later to come pick it up!I have disputed the charge since I honestly don t think they have even fixed my brakes at all from the beginning. DO NOT GO TO THIS HIDEOUS PLACE.

I called them on 4th of July to ask whether they re open or not.The guy on the phone told me that they re gonna close in 20 minutes. I told him that I ll be there in 5 minutes and if he thinks that s late I can go there tomorrow. He responded that I can go there now and they can take a look at the tire. When I got there, someone came out of the store and told me that they are already closed and they do not accept any more cars.When I told him your colleague told me to being the car and I just want them to take a look at the tire, he repeated the same sentence that they are closed and they cannot accept any more cars.I understand that it was 4th of July and I did not want to hold them there, that s why initially I called them. If they had told me to wait till tomorrow I would have not driven just to hear that in person!!!!

I stopped by to get my air conditioner serviced and the guy quoted me $129 to diagnose the system. I left and went down the street to Firestone and they quoted me $44. What a big difference in price! Do you research before paying their overpriced services.

Mario and the team were honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Tire hole was large, but they said to repair and see if it leaks before replacing tire. In and out in 15 mins. I llbe back for my tire and auto repair needs.
