Edwin and his team of service providers were friendly and professional. I felt comfortable that they were efficient and thorough, while also not trying to sell me any unnecessary or expensive services. Edwin also told me about the complimentary top-off service which I had not been aware of previously.

It was our first time at the Tarzana location. They were AMAZING . I'm so happy we chose that location. We were in and out in less then 30 minutes. I was happy with the service and the price was very affordable. Also they let me use coupons from an email I received. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you.

The staff at the Tarzana location is tremendously friendly and efficient. They had my oil change and tire rotation done half an hour after I arrived. Thanks to Carlos and the whole team!

I visited this Jiffy Lube location where the assistant manager, Carlos, seemed unprepared to provide detailed information about the service I needed. He wore a uniform indicating he's a general manager, but caution is advised for services beyond oil changes.

This branch of Jiffy Lube is excellent with courteous staff. They took time to explain the various aspects of the process to do maintenance and oil changes. Their waiting area is clean and spacious.

I wanted to get an oil change here but can't find any info on how much it would cost. You can not get an estimate unless you upload a picture of your VIN number. Why do they need me to upload a picture of my VIN number in order to give me a price? I can give you the make and model of the car.

Friendly, timely, honest service. It's hard to find a trusted mechanic and these guys do a great job. It's obvious that the staff care about the customer and take pride in their work. I will continue to take my business here and recommend others do the same.

From when I arrived to when I left the attendant. Carlos was very attentive and informative as well as kind. If he wasn't letting me know what was going on with my car, it would be someone else. The service on the car was very quick and I was even helped out in getting a discount for the service. I'll be coming back to this specific jiffy lube again in the future.

Employee recommended I replace the passenger side reverse taillight, I refused because I had a spare at home. When I checked, all lights were working fine. Approximately 1 hour wait for oil change and they did not seem busy.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Total rip-off place. I had a $20 off coupon for a routine oil change. Waited an hour and a half. Worker tried to upsell everything from wiper blades, air filters, and brake fluid, even though my brakes are new. I asked for the $62 oil but the manager said they were "out of" it, so the next option was $82. So I asked a separate worker if they had that oil there and he said they did. I asked him if I could still get a discount even with the different oil being put into my car and he said that he would ask the manager. Came time to check out, so I asked about the $15 discount that he had mentioned before. He told me that he forgot to ask the manager but since the job was done, I would have to pay full price for the full synthetic blend oil. Then, to top it all off, he asked me if I knew how to put the oil change sticker on my windshield or if I wanted him to do it. Very rude and condescending. I told him that he could do it because never in my life have I had to put my own sticker on. I will not return to Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change. They did an inspection, which we didn t ask for. They pulled out our car s cabin air filter to show us we needed to change it out. We said we d get to that later.When they finished the oil change, we noticed a loud fan-like noise. They said this happens when debris falls out when they take out the cabin air filter.We appreciate the discount they gave us, but we now have to get the car looked at for this problem, which shouldn t be happening when you take your car here for a simple oil change. Saw a similar review from someone below.The waiting area is quite nice and the associates were very friendly, but I don t think we will be returning.

Came in just for an oil change..when the job was finished I went to start my van and a check engine light appeared....for an extra fee they were willing to diagnose the reason for the light...I shouldn't have to pay for a problem caused by Jiffy Lube......after going to my regular mechanic he found that Jiffy Lube had unplugged the air intake temperature sensor and never plugged it back in or didn't know they did it...either way it's kind of unacceptable that they caused the problem and then couldn't figure out what they had done.
