I had a breakdown up the road, and this was the closest mechanic. My car isn't something they typically work on, but out of the kindness of their heart, they let me bring it in. They had a lot full of cars and were literally putting an engine in when I limped in.The time and the care they took to look into my vehicle and get it road ready was nothing short of incredible. I cannot recommend Cranks Auto Repair enough!

Thorough, fair pricing. Trustworthy and great follow-up. They seem to take great pride in their work and it s obviously important to them that their customers are satisfied.We had a small issue that required follow-up.The owner drove to my home to make everything right.I m impressed

Great, prompt, and absolutely professional services.Alan is the only mechanic around here who is trustworthy and knows exactly what he is talking about. I know that my car is in good hands when I leave it at Cranks Auto Repair.

There aren't enough stars to give to Crank's. They are a small but mighty auto shop. They can handle any repair and they really value their customers. They don't try to upsell you and they do not pressure. I travel a greater distance than shops much closer to me because I trust them. They are now my go-to auto repair shop for everything. 5+ stars!

Great experience overall. Spoke with Alen and he told me to come in the next morning. His quote was around 30% less than what I was quoted for other places, he took the car and within a few hours, he called me to come pick it up. Work was done professionally and at a very fair price. Will definitely return for my future neds.

One of the biggest reasons I hated fixing my car was because of mechanics! They try to screw you over....until I met Alen. He was so nice and honest. I will forever come to his shop. He has a lifetime customer and I will have my family go there as well! I always get nervous going to shops but he made my car brand new again!

This place is so great! I was worried when my check engine light came on that it was something serious and expensive to fix. Alen explained everything to me and it ended up being something kind of serious but not so expensive to fix. He s extremely fair and doesn t overcharge. I was pleased with what I paid. It was a very different experience than I ve had before at places. I highly recommend his shop. I ll be doing my oil changes and maintenance here from now on. Let me just start off by saying that Allen and Serge (Hope I am spelling it right lol) are the most knowledgeable, kind, and helpful humans I have had the pleasure of meeting.Usually, when you take your car to a mechanic, the last thing you expect is compassion and empathy. I have a 2015 Ghibli and not very many shops like to work on Maserati's. I have taken my car to Cranks on multiple occasions for different issues and Allen took my car in with no questions asked.Recently, he replaced my AC compressor and got my AC to blow ice-cold air. He fixed the car within a day and the price he gave me for parts and labor was BEYOND reasonable. He has been so helpful, and always checks in to make sure everything is good with my vehicle.These guys have really taken the anxiety out of me dealing with my car issues. I really thought I would never say this but, I think I finally found my forever shop lol. If you're looking to be pleasantly surprised with the "shop" experience, make sure to visit this place!

This is a great auto repair shop. They don t try to upsell you and their pricing is fair. Friendly customer service and on time. I have been to a lot of different mechanics and this one by far is the best.

I first found this shop looking for a budget friendly repair on my bumper and then it became my to go to place for advice, annual services, part replacement etc... Fair prices, friendly staff and timely service. I am satisfied with the service I have received. If you're looking for a lifetime body shop to relay on, I would recommend to check out this place!

I brought my car in recently and it needed a lot of work. Alen and his team were very professional and honest. He basically treated my car like his own, fixed everything, told me all the prices before hand. Car runs like new. Very Happy!! Thank you Alen & Team!

Great place highly recommend! Very Honest and reasonable.I needed an emergency weekend mechanic to fix my brakes and rotors for my road trip on Monday they were the only place opened on Saturday that would see me last minute. Alen, the Manager there was great! Gave me different performance option based on my budget and and an "over estimate" upfront Took my car in and within a couple hours I was good as new. I even paid a little less than I expected. I'll definitely be coming back to get my other brakes replaced.

I came in because my car was overheating, Alen took a look under the hood and knew right away what the problem was. After replacing my leaking water pump, within 24 hours I was good to go. I have been going to Crank s since they first opened. They are the absolute best! Their prices are fair and reasonable. Whether it be for a minor oil change or a major repair (they have done both for me), they will take excellent care if you and your family. I recently had them replace my transmission and they did an excellent job. Alen will take great care of you and make you feel like family. I give them my highest recommendation!

Cranks auto repair is amazing! They take really great care of their customers and I would be more than happy to go to them again. After reading many positive reviews on Yelp about the great service at Crank s Auto Repair, I decided to go talk to them about having work done that had been recommended by another shop. After test-driving and diagnosing my 2004 Camry s condition, Alen recommended instead that I have him replace my car s head gasket. He also did a complete check-up of my car and topped off all the fluids. His final charge was only $220, which was $50 less than the $270 estimate he quoted! If you re looking for a great mechanic you can really trust, Alen will save you a lot of money and hassle. Now I know firsthand why Crank s Auto Repair gets such great reviews! Mohammad is exactly the honest hard-working man archetype! He fixed my brother's struts and did an excellent job and also in timely manner. The prices are also very reasonable and more than anything, you can tell Mohammad is proud of his work and he's trying to do a good job. Overall, great place to get your car serviced or repaired. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent service and very professional experienced technicians. I brought my car in for 100k mile service and Alan did the service for hundreds of dollars less than the dealership and without having to be without my car for the entire day. These guys were fast and completed the service in under an hour. I definitely will be back again.

Called in advance to check if a repair could be done and was told yes. Left work early and drove 45 minutes to have the same guy tell me they don t do that type of work. Complete waste of time

I got my nephew's car fixed here and they did an excellent job. The car engine kept cutting off, so we were worried that it was a transmission issue. However, Mohammad was able to troubleshoot the problem and we didn't have to spend a lot of money on replacing the transmission! He's a very honest guy and does a great job!
