What I appreciate most about All Pro is having them take care of my needs and being honest, when I m in a vulnerable position with a damaged vehicle. Brian and his team did a fantastic job on my vehicle and communicated about the expense throughout the process. They were transparent and way more reasonable than two other shops I went to for estimates. And they didn t have my car for multiple weeks. They want to get you in and out.I highly recommend them whether you re using insurance or not. They did a phenomenal job start to finish.

Took my Tesla in after crash destroyed front driver fender area. Brian and team were very professional and great communicators. They took care of me, my rental and did a fantastic job on the restoration of my car. Couldn't have asked for better service and 100% happy with the work they did on the car.

Up front they were communicative and kind, days after they transferred our car without notice to a junkyard/ auction house and never allowed us to retrieve our personal belongings nor navigate Hyundai leasing and auto insurance fighting over ownership of the vehicle. When I showed up to pick up items, they essentially laughed at me and informed me that car had been gone for weeks without notice Be warned or ask even more questions up front

I have been using All Pro services for many years now, different issues with different cars over the years.I have to say that every time it was a pleasure working with these people.Eric was the one always helping me, and last time it was also Daniele and Brian.These guys are professional, kind and welcoming. This place was one of the referrals I had from my insurance. I didn't like it. My initial visit for photos and estimate was enough for me not to want to go back. The guy who took the photos was rude. I just ended up going somewhere else. Then i hear from my insurance that All Pro Collision wanted to modify the estimate and upcharge. My vehicle was not even with them, it was at another body shop literally being completed and ready for pick up.-ALL Pro- "Very Shady" -This was for my 2022 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited.

Greta experience with them and highly recommend them. They made sure to get the work done as soon as possible and even though I had some small issues after they fixed the car they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the final product. Brian always kept me up to date and sorted everything with my insurance. I had a bunch of aftermarket parts on my truck and it was no problem for them to fix and work around all the modifications. Highly recommend them. Great service.

Brian is amazing! He takes such great care of me and my car, which offers so much relief. This shop has a whole staff that demonstrates professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency, and a warm heart. Brian, Eric, and their crew - they really are a blessing!

I highly recommend this business.Todd and Brian were extremely professional, carrying and took away all the hassle of dealing with my insurance company.They made sure that I was updated on the progress of the repair and completed the vehicle on time. AMAZING! I found All Pro Collision through my insurance company's preferred vendors in the area. Although my vehicle was a Honda and they were working on everything from Range Rover's to Audi's and Porsche's, the still took my vehicle. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when I was asking about initial estimates and what damages could possibly raise the estimate. They kept me in the loop with emailing supplements and text messaging. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I even met the owner.Best service I have ever had getting my car repaired.I really cannot say enough. I would bring my family's cars here to ensure they are well taken care of.Advice for anyone bringing their car here, there is additional parking in the ally.

Excellent customer service is an understatement. Rarely will you find a company that goes so far above and beyond what's expected to make sure the customer is taken care of in every way and gets the best value and care possible. I am sincerely impressed. And the quality of their work is at the same level and has a lifetime guarantee to back it up. I'm so impressed I'm immediately dropping off my girlfriend's BMW at All Pro to have them repair the minor body damage she got from a parking accident because I know it will be in good hands and I absolutely trust the quality and integrity of their work. How often can you say that about an auto body shop? If you need collision repair, All Pro Collision has my highest recommendation.

Called 4 times and got no call back after being told oh we will call you back.POOR SERVICE!!! Dirty location too place is filled with smashed cars can't even park anywhere or walk safley city should ticket this location walking past damaged vehicles is a hazard what if a bit is sticking out and my leg gets a cut!!! Junkly location Junkly staff go else where.
