Called for a quick winch tow when my car got stuck in the snow 3 minutes away. Quoted me $800 for the "bad weather" on a sunny day. Called a different tow about an hour away, took them about 5 minutes to get me unstuck, and at a much more reasonable price. Heavy price gauging, especially in winter. Do not even bother calling them when there are better places in North or South Lake Tahoe that will get to you quickly for a fair rate.Service: Car towing

We needed a 6mi tow. They said they had drivers available and it would only be 30-60min. We didn t receive a call for 30min and this person must have been a 3rd party outsource because then they asked for all the same information. 2.5hrs later we still never received a tow and after calling back they just canceled on us. I had to call my bank and report fraud to get a refund.

They wanted to charge me $490 to tow my car five feet away when it got trapped in the snow. Talk about predatory pricing! Avoid, avoid, avoid this business.

They tried to renege in the deal I had paid upfront and ask for more money. Terrible. Luckily got a different company
