I bought a coffee here this morning 4-8-2022@ 7:10 am. For $2..69. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Mi issue is that coffee is VERY bitter and this morning, barely warm. I walked back into the store and explained to the lady my concern over the terrible tasting coffee which I could handle but not that it was barely warm. She said it s because the milk is in the fridge and I said well I didn t use any, and she said well I don t make up the prices around here so I ll never stop here again.

I am from Melbourne, Australia, and visited this Shell in Lake Tahoe in September 2022. Unbeknownst to me, I left my driver's licence in the store. I was completely blown away when I received a package at my home address last week containing my licence which had been sent via Air Mail all the way from Lake Tahoe. My sincere thanks to the staff/business who went to the trouble and expense of returning this to me. What a wonderful example of kindness and community. I wish the best to all involved and recommend others travelling to the area to stop and fill up here - from memory the hamburgers were a real treat!

Stopped in to gas up and put chains on car. Wife went in bought snacks, saw sign saying bathroom was out of order, asked bearded attendant behind counter if the bathroom was completely broken, attendant rudely replied with raised voice "What's the sign say!", wife replied, "Ok, well, I was just checking, no need to be rude." Attendant replied, "Get the hell out of here!" His friends at the counter snickered and smiled as they looked on. Some people are classless!

Two young guys work the pm shift are the best, very helpful and polite. 2 older guys that work days are very snobby and rude to people

Expensive gas. The air pump area has so much glass that one can hardly get close to put air in the tires

Probably the rudest bearded guy I have ever seen. When I told hime the coffee was out his response was "Yeah, so what? " complete and total jerk.

Para abastecer neste posto entreguei Us$100 ao senhor que estava no caixa, avisando que iria encher o tanque. Abasteci o equivalente a Us$ 30 e quando fui pegar o troco, um rapaz e este senhor queriam me entregar apenas Us$ 30 quando o valor real seria de Us$ 70.Ap�s muita insist�ncia e percebendo a minha irrita��o por insistir no meu comprovante, resolveram admitir o erro.Tomem cuidado.. � um posto de combust�vel com uma cambada de safados!!!
