Purchased new Vossen HF-2 through PK, I couldn t be happier with how they came out. Paul walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. These were the first set of wheels I have ever purchased so I was intimidated and had a lot of questions which I m sure was annoying but Paul stayed professional through everything and reassured me. I highly recommend this business for their transparency, fair pricing and professionalism.

Paul and the whole team is amazing. They took my Shelby GT350 and put on some Carbon Fiber wheels with precision and care. I can trust them with everything after seeing their skill with the wheels and I highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about auto performance. There are no posers here.

Exceptional customer service, impressive technical knowledge and very reasonable prices make a great combination! I needed some high quality but not outrageously expensive 20x11" rims to mount M/T ET Street SS 305/35-20 drag radials for my 2017 Procharged Camaro--and I wanted them to approximate the style of front wheels I would run at strip. Paul provided top notch consulting and suggested newly released MRR M560s. He took the time to understand my requirements and priorities. The M560s looked sharp in gloss gray, the price was right, their dimensions were right (offset), I was familiar with the brand (I use MRR017's for my staggered street set) in terms of quality of construction, and shipping was free. I placed my order and was able to use PayPal to advantage to expedite processing. Wait time was minimal and I was able to specify shipping to my installer of choice. Communication was up to snuff - order tracking was provided -- which is handy. My expectations were exceeded in all respects. If I need to order more rims -- then I know just the place the choose.

Very professional group. I ordered a custom set of wheels and Max communicated with me back and forth until we got the order finalized. He kept me apprised of submitting the order and the vendor accepting the specs I wanted. The wheels were done a few weeks ahead of schedule.Very good and highly professional communication with Max. I knew what was happening and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend these guys for a wheel purchase.

I don't normally write reviews for things other than food, but I had to make an exception. Everyone I spoke to at PK auto was phenomenal. Amazing customer service and they are more than happy to help you, while being very knowledgeable.I don't want to butcher the name of the guy who helped me, but every interaction with him was awesome and I ended up getting some amazing rims thanks to his diligent work.

Although I m located across the country in Florida, I ordered custom wheels and tires from Paul at PK Auto Design and I could not be happier.Paul spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone explaining the various types of forging processes. As a newbie, it was interesting learning about the different kinds of metallurgical processes involved in manufacturing the various products offered by his company.Paul explained the pros and cons of each type of wheel and tire and helped me decide on my purchase.My wheels and tires arrived extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. Paul not only has a passion for cars but also takes excellent care of his customers.I will only be purchasing wheels and tires from Paul going forward and cannot recommend him enough.Thank you for the fantastic customer service.

PK auto was amazing to work with. Akio helped design the perfect offset for my car, provided pictures of several other similar cars as reference and personally called me to let me know when they were shipped. Hands down one of the best places to do business with!

This place is great, I dealt with Paul the whole way and he knew exactly what I was looking for, knew my car specs and what offset would be best, and he put together a package ready to roll and shipped to Florida at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service and the expertise is second to none. Go with this place and you will not be disappointed.

Legit shop with Awesome staff! Brought in my Subaru wrx here to get alignment and suspension done. From start to finish they were nothing but welcoming and awesome. They made sure that I was happy and well taken care off. They will check, check and Fookn Check your car to make sure that everything is properly installed and running the way it should be. If you need a shop to go to then this is it. These people do WONDERS! I was lucky enough to have met some of their staff. Paul was fantastic to work with, he made sure everything was great and shared with me his experiences as well as knowledge. Pier was Great! He made sure I was well taken care off and that my car was where it needed to be. Akio helped me as well, he pin pointed what was needed to be adjusted and got everything buttoned down. I had a Great experience with these Gentlemen and I will not hesitate to come back or recommend their shop. Definitely an honest shop as well, which is hard to find. No hidden fees, over charges or random up-sell. Straight forward and honest. Again, Fellas... Thank you for the work on my car!!

Wonderful painless experience. I didn t know exactly what spec wheels I needed for my car and Akio from PK contacted BC on behalf of me got all the specs and info I needed. Got the wheels ordered and they were perfect. Couple months later I lost the center cap and Akio sourced one for me and got it to me for free!! One of the best experiences I ve had with a company. Awesome customer service!! 100% recommend.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever received. Steered me away from their company because they thought I wouldn t be happy with the fitment of the wheels I wanted. Long story short I changed my mind about which wheels I wanted, went back to PK and they helped me out. Extremely knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Awesome business!

The customer service was great. Max was very helpful and responded to the questions I had. The only issue i had after receiving the wheels i ordered was the rear wheels weren't what I exactly wanted. Before I placed my order I was shown a picture of the wheels on the same car i have. Its exactly what i wanted except for when i received the wheels, the rear wheels were a bit different. Now Max did explain why the difference and I totally understand, but I wish I would've been informed of the difference so i could've gotten exactly what i wanted. Im not saying its his fault. There was just some misunderstanding. The wheels do look good. Im just hoping they'll look good when mounted on the car.

Awesome Place!!! Great knowledgeable Staff. The staff are car people, and really know their stuff. They knew my car info/specs for wheel fitments with out having to look it up in "the computer". I was truly impressed. They promised to get back to me on wheel availability before end of business day, 1 hr later I get all the info I needed, great personalized customer service

Paul is a true professional at what he does and I've had nothing but expert service from him and his staff. They did the rear oversized factory replica Hellraiser wheels which he designed for my Charger hellcat to run 315's without any issues or rubbing and also did a bilstein leveling kit and nitto ridge grappler 35's on my Ram 2500 with same day service by appointment for me. All at very reasonable prices so definitely check them out on any performance related work you are planning to do on your ride.

Best place to get anything period. I have talked to Sean numerous times and every time I talk to him, he does not seem bothered at all. His service is top notch and I find Sean very knowledgeable in his field. Without forcing me to get more expensive wheels, Sean provides options. I can not wait to get the rz21s that I have ordered and I will be ordering more performance parts from PK Auto Design as long as Sean is there!Thanks

Needed AirLifts installed on my 1998 Ford Explorer. Called several places that AirLift said are Authorized dealers. In the end I went with PK Auto. Paul at PK initially answered my call. He was extremely knowledgeable about my specific Airlift, was on a first name basis with the Airlift company so I felt confident that he understood the correct procedure of installing my Airlifts. We are dealing with my suspension and that is my safety when driving. I did not feel comfortable having someone installing the Airlift by "just" reading the instructions. Paul knew the system intimately. In fact Paul was so knowledgeable about installing Airlifts, he noticed that the accompanying instructions were missing an important step, he called Airlift and made them aware of the missing step. That made me feel 100% confident I was getting a knowledgeable and professional installation.Last, I will say Paul was professional on the phone and in person. Kept me posted as he was going along every step of the way. He took 30 minutes longer then he said he would and when he told me why, it was because he wanted to do a safety test of the car, drive it, check for air leaks, check that the air pressure was holding etc.I was more then happy to give him the additional 30 mins, it was for my safety! When done, he walked me through how to use my AirLifts, he gave me a complete safety tour of the proper use of my AirLifts. He could have thrown it on and turned it over to me, but he wanted to make sure it was 100% SAFE. A shop who cares is a rare find, Thank you (Basima) Paul.....
