A great shop with good customer service either in person or over the phone very attentive, 8/10 they answer quickly and not have you wait on hold. Unlike autozone always have you on hold

This is the best O Reilly in town! I m a loyal O Reilly shopper and the service today from Asst. Manager Austin and CS Rep Alex was top notch and the reason I ll only be shopping here in the future. I was stressed about my brake issues and they helped me solve with ease. Total pros and will definitely be back thanks to them!!!

I'm tired of the BS from my local AutoZone and finally went to O'Reilly for parts. They were prompt, answered questions without problems and got my parts quick and correct. How hard is it to get apower steering belt for an 05 Scion Xb.? Extremely hard if you went to AutoZone. O'Reilly will be my go to place from here on in.

Andre was really sweet. Ran out of DEF while driving to work, stopped by O'Reilly to get some and he helped me add the DEF to my car so that I did not have to. Great service!

Bought a battery and pair of pliers from here and never even took them out the bag. Returned them two days later and the clerk tells me they can't take them back because they were used. I explained thats impossible as they never left the bag from two days ago and the guy points out a faint smudge of oil on the plastic. I just conceded as I realized they probably were previously returned and just hung back up on the floor for the next person to buy and be stuck with. Pretty petty and inexpensive issue but that was my first and last time ever stepping into a O'Reilly's.

Very good spot amd customer service and good parts to go get from here and very reliable warranty parts you need and good spot to always come get parts near you don't have to travel far if ya live far or 15min from you still go here.

Guy on the line was rude. It s a simple no, yes and thank you that s needed for customer service. If the customer is nice to you then please be nice back. It s that simple.

I called O Reilly I was looking for a steering wheel pulling tool I was hoping I could rent it or purchase it. the person that spoke to me over the phone wanted me to come in to see if it would be the right tool and fit. I gave him the year and the make and the model but he could not assure me and I finally After I questioned him several times he finally said yes yeah we have it. it took about 10 minutes. I asked him how much it cost to rent it and he said $69 for 28 hours. for that price I will build my own thank you very much. I have a drill press and some stock steel, and a couple of screws thank you. I give you half a star for your terrible customer service

Staff members are great, I recommend Oem part's cost more but has a better fit also known as direct fit. And sign up for rewards card. And finally those big AC units are out of the store

First time I got turn down when I asked if they can do price match. For some reason it just this store that makes a big deal out of it. FYI people autozone does price match even with walmart so you can save some money on motor oil

I remember when guys working at auto parts stores were really helpful and generally knowledgeable about what they're selling, now it's just kids that no nothing about cars and couldn't care less about the problem that may have brought you there.And no public restroom. Why not?!

Love costumer service in this store they know what's going on. Had to change my clucth for a ford ranger 2005 stx 3.0 v6 but mechanic wasn't sure if need to change the "rear main bear" but the guy was so secure to said " u need that" .. So o bougth it. When the guys was putting everything together he figure out the transmission will need the "rear main bear"

Great place to get parts AND advise for your auto repairs needs. Jesse rocks at this place. Excellent service. Prices are great compared to similar stores around the area.

Most of the employees are nice except Ramiro he s very rude, disrespectful and doesn t know how to do his job, not only sold me the wrong part also refused to give me information about a part he said he was too busy to help me with that, this guy need to get customer service training and learn on how to do his job, I went back to exchange the wrong part he sold me , i was help by Jose very nice and professional.

Me, I am mechanical kind of person. A gear-head of sorts and I use to love Chief Auto Parts. Then auto Zone took out Chiefs so naturally I went with Auto Zone. Well, up until now. Look, as for a chain auto parts store O'Reilly has auto Zone beat by miles! I went to O'REILLY because Auto Zone wanted to charge to rent tools plus a deposit in excess of the actual cost of the tools. At O'Reilly the deposit was half and no charge to rent. Auto Zone employees are snobbish and rude, however, O'Reilly has employees that immediately do their best to help you get back on the road. Exceptional service, for sure.
