WARNING avoid this shop. I got my car back after 5 weeks the rubber seals between the hood and headlights were missing now my hood shakes bad on the freeway and the chrome grill was stained or just recycled from a junkyard . Gordon said "that's how Honda sells them " which is highly unlikely. I expressed my concern to Gordon all he did was string me along . It's been a month and Gordon keeps saying he will schedule me in next week ive gone to the shop 3 times already. For Caliber collision being the top rated shop in the valley Gordon is giving that place a bad reputation. For them claiming they restore the rhythm of your life its more like give you another headache after a collision. CALIBER COLLISION doesn't take pride in customer satisfaction. I recommend you INSPECT your vehicle before signing anything because after you sign they don't care about any concerns you might have since they've already been paid. I know I experienced it first hand

Working with Brenda was such a a good experience. My car was at the shop for almost a month and Brenda kept me in the loop about the process the entire time. I didn t even have to call once to ask about my car, that s how attentive she was. My own insurance didn t follow up with me as much as Brenda did! As far as my car goes, I picked it up in way better condition than when I dropped it off. They did a great, great job! 100/10 would recommend the San Fernando Caliber Collision to anybody!!

The service is not good as they did not take care the interior of my car while they worked on painting my car. I think the cost they charged from my insurance was over valued vs the service provided. Misinformation was given. Did not call when the car is ready. I have to call them to check on the status of my car. The time they gave to complete the work is not even fulfilled. Car hood lifted about 1 inch above hood line at back corner near hinge. Was not adjustable to amount of gap, laterally, as before repairs were made and hood is significantly more misaligned than prior to repairs. Repairs were done on opposite side of car and are unrelated.

My kid was in crash , flew in from Chicago to deal with car, gieco site showed this place as closest , called told them car model and issue, sure have it towed here they said. Week later found my car at impound lot in burbank , no call , no communication , when i called they said we dont work on bmw s. They just rejected my car and no one bothered to call or tell me, that should be illegal.Service: Body & Trim

Customer Service nears some help. Took car in for a estimate, only to get turned away because they did not work on my type of vehicle even though the insurance had them as a recommend shop for my car. But I had to call them back, because they did not return the call to inform me until days later as they promised to call me same days after I took my car to them for the quote. Gotta keep your word if you want customers trust.

The staff is very friendly and professional, which was great. The paint job was ok. I had an emergency and had to go out of town, so I had someone pick up my car. When I got home a few days later, I noticed a few spots where the paint was running, and you could see the streaks and the paint bubble on the bottom of the front bumper. Also, now my windshield wiper reservoir leaks when I full it. It never leaked before. Other than that, the place seems like a good spot for budget auto body service.

I walked into this place at a recommendation of my friend for an estimate they said they could take care of me for an estimate and the entire crew was very helpful especially Gordon he was very thorough in helping me and I highly recommend this place and if I go through with the repairs I will definitely choose this shop

It is very good service and surprise me not only fix my car body damage parts (my request) and also clean my whole car inside with perfume and outside like a new car and new tires. Caliber Collision has the friendliest staff I ve ever met. They are helpful, knowledgeable and timely. Receptionist was always very friendly and attentive to my needs. The service advisors were always calling/texting me to give me updates on my Dodge Charger. One of the best, family friendly places I've ever been. Their service was fast and Martha took great care of me and my sister. She broke everything down and didn't make us feel taken advantage of. Had a car towed to their location with no problem. Their prices are right and their mechanics were the best! She even called the next day to make sure things were running smooth and assured their amazing service. Calling Martha was the best thing for us we've now got a life long mechanic.

I brought my car to Caliber Collision for a fender repair. But I also told Michael that there was sap on the roof of the car and I wanted to get that removed. Initially we thought that I'd have to take to to a specialized detail shop, but these guys removed the sap for me, for free! That's the kind of service that I love, when someone does just a little more, to satisfy the customer. If you have body work to do on your car, use these guys, they are the BEST!!!Service: Body & Trim

Amazing work and quick turn around. Initially I was told it would take about 8 days to repair a dent on my car but they had it back to me within 6. Throughout the whole process Rey was very helpful with sending me frequent updates and keeping me informed.
