They usually tell you to hold about half the time when you call and the other half they forget your on the line so after 5min i give up and hang up and try again later. They usally lock thier doors 5 min before closing time cus they wanna go home early, so best 2 get there 20min before they start closing. They have new manager their i forget his name has glasses and is very cool and if thiers a problem with my purchase i know i can go 2 him for help

I recently went the other day but just now did I have time to write my review. I was helped by a young man named Edson and I believe that the manager at the time was named Jesus or Joseph not quite sure. But man that young made my whole process quick and easy. It really feels good to know that respectful young men still exist.

Came in this afternoon for a battery change, to this location no other auto one wanted to help me, when I arrived I was politely greeted and felt welcome, this young man edson made the process quick and easy he was very helpful within 10 minutes I was gone, he wouldn't accept a tip so I decided to leave him a great review, I recommend coming here very friendly in in out services.

Poor communication they leave you on hold for over 10 mins ..I don't recommend calling them for anything..maybe in person service will be better

William was very nice and helpful! He went above and beyond to help me find the warranty I had on my battery. He also answered all my questions about the different issues my car was having which helped me make informed decisions. William is knowledgeable and nice and provided great customer service which is what we all want. Thanks William!

I came into autozone stressing over my light bulbs for my car and as soon as I walk in the door I am greeted by a young man named Esteban super helpful and friendly and he guided me to the section as to where the section for light bulbs was and before I was able to ask if I could have them installed he offered to install them and had it swapped in less than a minute !! I am so very grateful. He declined to take a few dollars and said I don t do it to get tips , I do it because I like helping people . People like this should be promoted or given a raise. Very much appreciated and very helpful. I will be coming here weekly to buy parts.

Great service. I came this store at late evening for change car key battery. This front desk gentleman help me right away. I didn't know what kind battery I need, how to open my car key. He help me all the way. Thank you so much and I will be back soon for your great service.

Jason Prine helped me out today at the sylmar store. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation. He was able to take the time and explain to me what I needed, and what I should do. The manager on duty was also very helpful and polite . I will definitely be coming back to the store because of this great team. Thanks again, Jason I hope they give you a raise and a promotion!

Was given the wrong car oil even after telling them what kind of car I had. I should had checked before putting it in my car but found out when I had already poured most of it in. Only got a 10% discount or something like that when I returned. I know they were slammed but we can't afford to do those kind of mistakes. Customer service just alright.

Saturday afternoon this place was pretty busy. There was a taco truck parked in front which makes parking harder to find because people park in the AutoZone parking lot to get food from truck. Went to the bulb section and there is no book with the bulbs and the car make anymore. Looked it up on my phone and grabbed one and got in line. They had 3 cashiers working to keep the line moving. I plopped the 2 that were my best guess for my car and asked him if he could look my car up and confirm. He did and both of those were for my car but one was high beam and the other was the color white. He said if my other headlight is the normal light yellow color then they won't match. Who knew!? On my receipt it just says cashier #07 so I can't give the full thanks that I would like to. Five star experience for me.

This has to be the best auto zone in the San fernando valley, the employee's are knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, everytime I've been in here the employee's go above and beyond to get me what I need for my vehicle!Esteban, William, or Isaac are a great group of guys always ready to take care of you I highly recommend this store!

The guys who work at this AutoZone really go out of their way to help you. I didn't get the young man's name who helped me but I walked in 10 minutes before they closed and he still offered to come outside and help me replace a light. Super rare to have anybody be that helpful. Thank you!

I went to Autozone at Hubbard to have my battery and alternator checked. Jesus, the store manager, assisted me during the process. He was very knowledgeable and provided the best customer service. He took the time to look and diagnose my car.For your next visit, look for Jesus. I highly recommend him and Autozone Hubbard for excellent customer service. I ended up buying a new alternator and timing belt. Great customer service makes a great difference.Jhun C.Ver

I went to buy the air filters for the 2022 Nissan, they did not have them and I ordered them with them and they told me that they would arrive on 03/28/23 they called me and I went to look for them, but they only had one and they lost the other themselves , It said in the system that they had received it but they themselves did not know where it was! I came back today and they couldn't get it either, until they searched the display and there they had been placed FOR SALE AGAIN! They are poorly organized and they have almost nothing, I know because I was there for 30 minutes and I listened to how they told the clients that they did not have them. GO TO ANOTHER STORE

I arrived prepared to buy a new battery, not really knowing what was wrong with my car. A young man at the counter offered to go outside and check my battery, he did this and found it was a good battery. He then ran a check on my start up, and found the system to be good.He told me I should take it to a mechanic (I agreed) Thank you young man for your help and turning my experience around.

As soon as I walked in I was greated by a worker named Anthony he was very friendly and had great customer service. I needed help finding a part in an isle and a worker named Ryan helped me with no hesitation and was very kind and also had awesome customer service. I will always come to this AutoZone it was a great experience with that team of workers. Thank you very much.

Wow, what a great experience . Needed a battery and wind shield wipers . CHUY was extremely helpful and even installed my battery for me in the freezing cold . Thanks Chuy !

My car wouldn't start one cold evening and I needed to get somewhere fast. Daniel came over and tried to jump it, but nothing worked. My battery was dead. He brought me back to the shop, helped me pick out a new one, drove me back home, and installed it in no time. I was just an hour late. You need more life savers at your store like Daniel. Thank you so much!

Before coming in, I called the AutoZone on Hubbard in Sylmar to reassure that what I needed was available and ready for me to pick up. A lovely lady named Nayeli answered the phone. Nayeli not only searched and made sure the items I needed were available in stock, she happily answered the many questions I had with much grace and patience.When I arrived at AutoZone, Nayeli was equally helpful there as she was on the phone!Gotta give props to the manager Jesus too! His help proved the whole AutoZone team on Hubbard in Sylmar work together and come through for their customers!
