Living in Bay Area most of my life I didn t have a clue when I moved to Amdor county 3 years ago , where I should have my vehicles serviced and repaired .Robert Hahn automotive has been a true blessing , always so professional and very accommodating when an emergency repairs are needed and not having an appointment but still willing to fit you into their schedule .And their knowledge and never recommending unneeded repairs but always inspecting the vehicle for a repair that may be needed .The quality in work and customer service is A 1 and I highly recommend them for your automotive repairs and service .You won t be sorry and never have to worry about your vehicle getting the right service done .Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Not being from the area and experiencing car trouble they were suggested toe called them and without hesitation they said if you can or get it here we will check the code and let you know what to do. Well long behold code was TBS was gone and wanted to know what I wanted to do. I said leave it with you and get er done. They were busy but never saying no to anyone let's see what time we can get you in and all customers were pleased with there suggestions and they make you feel like a long time customer. Picked up the car and ran like a champ. Thanks to every one at Robert Hahn

Very friendly and had repairs completed in the time frame promised. Took care of getting authorized repair of water pump from extended warranty company. They are great to work with. Always fair, and concerned about pleasing the customer. Checks auto completely to make owner aware of any future work needed. Calls if problem found that may need immediate repair and quotes estimate. Best auto shop in Jackson area and have had auto repaired at Hahn's for 10 years. I have been taking my vehicles to Robert for over a decade, whether its for regular maintenance or more significant repairs and couldn t be more satisfied. They have fixed everything Right the first time. They have been honest about what repairs are needed now and what items can wait until later service intervals. Drain, flush brake system complete, replace brake fluid,Drain flush coolant complete, replace with Subaru coolant. Replace air, cabin filter. Replace cracked rear window wiper.Everyone in this facility knows what they are doing. Ethical, honest. They say what they're going to do and do what they say.Don't get no better than that.

Robert and his team are wonderful professionals. They helped me traveling from Oregon and somewhat stranded they jumped in and rebuilt the rear end on my Yukon. Pulling a travel trailer it ran back to Oregon perfectly. These guys are good mechanics and completely trustworthy. If I lived closer they would be my mechanics. Thank you Robert and team!

Robert's Automotive is excellent! While performing a requested service, upon verifying my truck was mechanically sound, found another severily bad problem I knew was a problem I was going to have to work on next. They gave me an estimate for the new severe repairs and after my approval performed that service.Upon verifying my truck was safe to drive, another severe safety concern was found and due to previous owner modifying the front end. I was given another estimate to repair this new found problem. After I approved the newly found safety concerns estimate, Robert's crew went to work on this safety concern which extended to both sides of the vehicle.I paid more than I thought I was going to have to pay, but I authorized the additional services that were required for safety concerns and making sure the truck was sound to drive.Robert Hahn has always done exceptional work on my vehicles and I can always count on Robert's crew to make sure me and my family are safe when we drive our vehicles.You can't put a price on the confidence knowing you're safe and secure when driving and Robert is committed to making sure our safety is assured.Thank you Robert Hahn Automotive.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Thanks to Robert Hahn s for assessing an urgent engine overheating and low/no coolant situation on our way back from Tahoe. My 2 teenagers and I spent several hours while the situation was investigated and ultimately fixed. They keep us informed along the way and there were several ways this could have gone, options such as a rental car and towing to a dealership were reviewed with us and a call was made to Enterprise to see if a car would be available and per my request, one that would fit 2 pair of skis! Top notice is all I can say! Thank you Hanh s!!

Engine has the good response in acceleration up hill . Starts up fast like it did when new. No jerk on shifting gears. I am happy happy happy !!! Expect to have easy trip pulling 17ft. Trailer to Tucson AZ. In 14more days . We broke down during a road trip to visit our son in nearby Volcano. I was fortunate to find Robert Hahn's Automotive. I spoke with Christy who was very nice, and helpful. She was the deciding factor in my selection.They were able to fit me into their already busy schedule and provide an accurate diagnosis of the problem as promised in a short period of time. Our car is a 2013 Ford Flex. The problem turned out to be that the electronic control module for the fuel system was bad. Also the battery was in need of replacement. They ordered the parts and had the repair completed by noon the next day. Their charge was fair and less than I expected. All the people at Robert Hahn's Automotive were super nice and professional. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend that anyone needing auto repair or maintenance on their vehicle go to this shop. Took car in for " check engine " light. Turbo problem indicated. They ran diagnostics but found nothing to repair. $335 for diagnostics only seems excessive.No contacts were initiated by the shop, even when she promised to call me right back. I had to call to find out the status.

Fantastic service, they changed my alternator and supercharger belt and main belt,also tried to find an electronic issue but my jaguar didn't cooperate and has been running great ever since!
