NAPA Auto stores might cost you a little bit more but you're getting Quality Parts OEM products in the past I don't know how many times I buy an alternator at one of those chain auto stores the ones that advertise on TV there's two of them to come to mind right off the top and not have to take that alternator back two or three times before I get ones that worked even when they tested it it would not work under a load. Chances are you buy it from a NAPA store and you're not going to have that problem it's going to work the first time so is it worth a few dollars more? Of course it is. Of course this is just my opinion everybody has their own if you want to jerk around and waste your time and count the gas on the multiple trips back and forth that's on you. You have a nice day stay safe.

I have always liked this auto parts store (even before they were a Reibes). As many have stated, they are knowledgeable. However, a recent experience has altered my view.First I had a battery that was under warranty. Their clerk said it was not. But it was. After a LOT of effort, I got ahold of a District Manager named Sylvia. She researched it and acknowledged I was correct. I was told to go to the store when the Manager, Joanie, was in (any weekday). The store is quite a ways from my house and everytime I was in Sutter - it was a Saturday. Finally, I was in the area on a Monday. But she was not working. After spending 45 minutes, I was given a "gift card" by the assistant manager. (I do not understand why I was not just given cash, but thought "whatever"). I thought I would just hold on to it until my next oil change. It's getting near time to do this, and I was in Jackson so I went into the store. But the "gift card" would not work and the clerk did not know how to fix it (though he acknowledged they had been having difficulties with them). I gift card that does not work is just a piece of plastic. He told me to call the main office and ask for Veeble (or something like that) in accounting. He said he would know how to fix it. So I called the following Wednesday, but they would not connect me to Veeble. I then asked for the District Manager, Sylvia. They connected me.She wanted me to drive to the store and she would tell the manager how to solve it. I told her I could not that day, but would on Thursday or Friday. Today is Friday. Here is where it reaches the point where I decided on one star.I could not reach her for over 2 hours. The office claims not to have her cell phone. If that is true, that is ridiculous. And if it's not true, it's called lying. They sent her an "email", but no response.So I finally called the store to talk to Joanie. That was an hour ago. The clerk would not get her and if he gave her my message, she did not return the call.Hence the one star review. I have already spent three trips to the store (about $30 in gas) and 5 hours or so trying to deal with this, all of which would have been unnecessary if the clerk had been honest or if they had given me cash instead of a "gift card" that they knew they were having problems with. (And I understand that is a NAPA issue, not Reibes, but seriously? It would take a programmer working for whomever they have their credit card machine account with a few minutes to get the machines to read their "gift cards"). They fact that they have not chosen to do this speaks volumes.

You want real knowledge and quality or oem parts. This is the place to go. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it they can order it. Will be maintaining my vehicles here now.

ATI in Sutter Creek has been one of the best auto supply for many years I hope becoming a,Napa Store doesn't change it. Thank you for an excellent job on my hydraulic hose...

The staff at this one are really cool and know their stuff. They will work with you to find what you need even if it's an obscure or obsolete item. They let me look at some inventory in back to find exactly what I needed more than once. They still have that old school Auto Parts helpfulness which is getting rarer these days.

Awesome. Found myself in a pinch on my way through town and the two guys that helped me were great. The service i received was second to none, even though i wasn't a local. Everyone went out of their way to help me out. Thanks again to the guys that were working today

I called ahead, placed and payed for my battery for my KUBOTA tractor. Jim could have not been more kind and patient with me. I didn t have a clue about tractor batteries, CCA gee what s that all about. I ASSUMED, I would need the highest #, cause gee it was a tractor. Jim took the time to educate me about the type of battery I would need, what CCA is, and no I didn t need a pricier battery. I was so impressed that he taught me what I needed to know and didn t give me the she s just a woman cold shoulder. I called when I arrived in the parking lot, and Jim brought it out and took my old battery too! Guess who has a loyal customer for life!

It matters not in my opinion that my encounter and quest to get parts that actually require a parts pro was a female... It is however a credit to the gender... This young lady and a real benefit to NAPA and a credit to whom ever is responsible for her employ... I will finish by saying that 3 other parts houses... And men at that failed to do what she did in 30 minuted... I thank you young lady and to the reader... This is the reason I'll be back there... J.G. Livermore CA. This was the Jackson location..

These guys know their stuff, if they don't have it they can surely find it. I frequent her mostly for hydraulic hoses and that's a huge plus having it so close in town.Staff does kinda seem like most of them hate people, but I do too rowing don't blame them.

They have been around for years. As far as I can remember they where the first auto parts store in this county. They have saved me more then once. If they don't have what you need they can almost always get it the next day.

Sold me a usedbroken 12 volt air compressor for emergency use. Rode in truck unopened for years. When needed it would not make pressure. It wasscufed up andhadbeen turned back in.

I have been going here for aprox. 15 years. The people here have always been very helpful. They have the parts 90% of the time, and if they dont, it gets ordered and fast. And i recieve a phone call as soon as the part comes in.

Reibes Napa auto os the "go to" parts store for diesel engines. Their staff follows through on next day orders with a phone call to verify the status of fhe invoming order so one isn't wasting 30 miles worth of fuel for nothing. (Stuff is far between in Amador)Their selectION of goodies to upselll you is worthy not cheesy or techno. Good auto paint selection. Again- plan ahead- they close at 5pm.

Bad service...we asked a question and were completely ignored even though there were employees standing around. We walked out due to the service! Get better employees!! Will never visit another Napa auto parts store!

This is my favorite. They know their business. Only thing is Napa has incorrect items from time to time. Can be busy.

I could not find what I was looking for they had a few to choose from but not what I was looking for . I have used this store many times in the past before it was taking over by Rieb...NAPA Auto parts l like the staff and will be back
