Called them up and try to set up an appointment and explain that I'm new to dirtbiking and wasn't to sure what was the issue and got hung up on. Tried to call back went to voice-mail and says it full. Thanks a hole

Jim is by far the absolute best mechanic in our area. If you have a issue with your bike or are having maintenance done and you are not bringing your bike to Jim you are making a huge mistake.For me the over an hour drive to drop off and pick up is well worth it.1- Professionalism 100% top notch.2- Knowledge off the charts with how smart Jim is. He will forget more than I will ever know.3- Customer service is better than anywhere I have ever experienced...at any business.4- Honest, explains everything that needs to be done and gives an example of why. Not just "because you should replace it". He saves all your old parts without you asking and shows them to you again explaining any issues with them and why he recommended replacing them.5- Every nut, bolt and part new or reused is photographed, torqued to spec and marked so nothing is overlooked.6- I don't feel like I only found a great shop to bring my bike to, I feel like I have a new friend that treats me with respect, wont guide me in the wrong direction and will recommend something I do or don't need.7- When I dropped my bike off for a top end I felt like I was at the Drs. office, but a Dr. you like. He was asking me questions and building a file to keep on record, i.e.. what king of oil do I use, how often do I change it, what octane gas and from what gas station, what air filter and air filter oil do I use, what oil filters, even asked about the brand chain lube I use.8- His shop is cleaner than my kitchen, and I have a very clean kitchen.9- Despite all of the great qualities regarding his business the main thing I took away from meeting Jim is he is an all around good person.I wish all business's conducted themselves the same way Jim Haeseker Racing does!
