KC went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect birthday present for my husband. He was really surprised to see a new Ford Ranger arrive with a giant red bow on it. KC answered all my sales questions and even shipped the truck from Sunnyvale to Hawaii just in time to surprise my husband for his birthday. We will definitely be back for future vehicles. Thank you KC for your excellent customer service and thank you to the entire team at Sunnyvale Ford.

I had purchased a Bronco earlier this year and very happy with the vehicle. The sales process was quick and easy, as well as with their finance department. The dealership even offered me test multiple vehicles to find the right one.I was not 100% pleased with the ADM, but the deal is done.At the end of the day, I am happy with purchase. Just felt that I overpaid a bit which is my fault too.I still give 5 stars since the process of smooth and very pleased with the Bronco. All in all, the experience was good.Just trying to be fair and honest.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't very busy, quite a few sales associates just hanging out. One associate immediately said hi and asked us what we were looking for. We told him 3 cars were were interested in. They then asked again what we were interested in immediately and we again listed the same 3 cars. The guy then asked what we were leaning towards?!? We're here to see the damn cars man. Just show us the cars, I don't get what's so hard about this. I literally had to ask him to get us a different sales associate because my wife was so peeved at him already. The next guy while was a tad better, made a very misogynistic remark about me financially supporting my wife halfway through showing us the cars and that soured the mood (she's perfectly fine supporting herself).Honestly, just do better.

I have purchased several vehicles from this location and would like to say this was the best treatment we received at a dealership. I like the fact that we were not pressured into making any decisions and were allowed to walk around until we were ready to speak with the sales team. Took my 2023 F-150 for Oil Change Service (Full Synthetic). Steve was always helpful and friendly during my driveup. Big shout out to Kristofer Gomez, my Service Advisor. Friendly and gave great advice on maintaining my new truck. He got me in and out in less than 2hours. Would highly recommend doing your service there and especially with KG.

I recently had a service appointment at Sunnyvale Ford, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory.I arrived at 10:30 am hoping to address three issues with my vehicle. However, the day turned into a prolonged wait without any resolution. To exacerbate the situation, I was informed that the necessary service couldn't be performed on the same day due to a busy sync electrician.Adding to my frustration is the fact that, despite the lack of service and resolution, I was charged a significant diagnostic fee. Paying for a service that yielded no tangible outcome is disheartening.This echoes a similar experience at Serramonte Ford last month, where I faced a comparable situation with my Sync device. Unfortunately, I was turned away due to the unavailability of an electrician, and I paid $500 that day.Considering these experiences, it's evident that I will be avoiding Ford dealerships for both service and future vehicle purchases. I hope this feedback emphasizes the importance of transparent communication and efficient service for customer trust.

I ll keep this short. I bought a car from them a couple of years ago and even time hasn t been able to wash that uneasy feeling away. There were a couple of things, most of which is to be expected when dealing with a car salesman, and for that I won t hold it against them. After all everyone needs to make a living. But I bought my car during the 2022 EV craze, and this dealership took full advantage of that. 10k over asking, nebulous terms on some of the protection packages.I don t remember the salesman s name, but he opened our dialogue with a lie. This car is for someone else he told me. Then after I was ready to walk away, he went to talk to his manager and somehow the car was miraculously available (again shady dealer tactics). All in all the car itself is fine. But the general service was terrible. Two years later and I still feel taken advantage of. I will say this the finance guy did get me a pretty good interest rate (nothing at all to do with having a 830+ credit score).I m sure they ll be a rebuttal, and I don t really care. I wouldn t shop here again, and I think I was pretty non-biased in my review of my experience there. Buying a car post pandemic or any time should be a great occasion, not one where you revisit it and feel had. In closing at the end of the day it is a business and they are providing a service to you, as long as you maintain that mindset you ll be ok.(I tried to keep it short)

I've purchased three vehicles from them over the years and believe that the quality of the service organization has declined. With my latest vehicle I've spent several hundred dollars for them to diagnose two issues that they could not fix but other mechanics have been able to.As I'm writing this I've just spent 30 minutes in line waiting for an oil change. This is with an appointment

Horrible experience, happy to take my money and even happier to leave me out to dry. An incompetent salesman did nothing for me or point me in the right direction when my brand new truck broke down with hardly 300mi on it 3 hours from the Bay Area. There was no urgency to make sure I was helped, looked after, or to ensure they would make it right. Multiple conversations with the GM provided me with little more than well articulated versions of we can t (read as: will not) help you. All under the guise of sticking to guide lines and our hands are tied with Ford. If you re a first time buyer don t make the mistake that I did by going to the Sunnyvale Ford Dealership. You are not their customer, they do not care, and you re better off getting a Toyota anyways.I was given a flatbed after making far too many calls and they delivered it to the dealership not my home. I requested this service it was not offered to me and it was the absolute bare minimum. You re going to tell me I pay your dealership over 36k and you re unable to pull money from overhead to give me a rental? What a joke. With malice and disdain I hope you go out of business.

Since Google won't let me reply to Ford's reply to me, I thought I'd respond and clarify some of the claims laid out in their response.I purchased a used Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat from Ford Sunnyvale in May of this year. Since then, the truck has had numerous issues and warnings, and has been in the shop 5 times, one of which was in for almost a month. The same issues continued to arise with the vehicle, even within days of having it serviced. When I had the vehicle towed to the service department the most recent time, they claimed that low gas was the cause for the sensor to trigger a warning. This is not acceptable, especially as this was within weeks of the truck being serviced at Sunnyvale Ford. Whether your technician cares about customers or not is besides the point. I purchased the vehicle as a CPO and this many issues, and warning lights, and faulty sensors triggered by low fuel, etc. is all a bunch of bull.IF YOU TRULY CARED ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOU WOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELLING THEM AN OVERPRICED LEMON WITH ISSUES, AND DO EVERYTHING YOU COULD TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. AND IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT, REPLACE IT.Your service team, your sales team, and your used sales manager never showed any interest or care for my situation or helped me resolve it. They simply ignored my communications the majority of the time, never getting back to my messages or calls. Is that great customer service, REALLY??!And you claim that my service representative, Anderson, is "extremely responsive." The guy literally never called me unless I called him numerous times first - even when my car was ready to be picked up! There are literally other reviews of your service department below mine that also discuss your service team's unresponsiveness and poor customer service.Let's be real, your response is just providing lip service in an attempt to defend bad customer service and lack of customer care.

This place has been one of the best Ford dealership I have been to. As a customer getting my oil change the waiting lobby is that of a hotel plenty of seating plugs coffee. The bathroom are great private individual stalls with a full door. Light ing great friendly people and there is a little bit of food close by if you are here for a bit. Highly recommend

Typical dealer experience!Purchasing process: Salesman refused to give the all-in price after I had requested specifically, would only show monthly pricing options. I played their game and verbally committed so the the finance guy would show me the all-in. The price included a bunch of mark-ups, add-ons that I did not want / declined, etc. Finance guy blames sales guy, and vice-versa. No accountability.Post-purchase servicing: I get emails every week on oil-change deals, service tune ups, etc. A good deal comes through on a oil-change where they pick-up and drop-up from my house. I schedule for Monday, they don't show up. I call dealership and they again take zero accountability for missing the pick-up. I ask them to confirm the pricing, and they say they have no idea on pricing options!Conclusion: Employees are slimy, not knowledgeable, and take no ownership of their work. I would highly discourage any potential buyer from visiting. I find it truly sad that the majority of this organization puts zero effort towards their jobs.

Awful experience with every visit at Ford Sunnyvale. Your service representative, Anderson, is extremely uncommunicative and unresponsive. Your technicians were unable to identify the codes and warnings that caused me to bring the vehicle in the first place, and were never ultimately able to fix the issues after multiple visits as I continue to experience them. I will not be using your service department again, and I definitely will not recommend it to anyone. I also will not be purchasing another vehicle from your dealership as you sold me an overpriced CPO lemon and I am currently taking legal measures to ensure that I get my money back. Terrible service.

I am their customer for a number of years coz I got my first car from them.I went in for a usual service yesterday. I have 6 years maintenance package which was paid for when I bought the car. I usually put the service order in, once it's done I pick up the car. During the pick up, no payment is required since the servicing is covered under maintenance package.However, this time it's been different! He doesn't mention any cost associated with it. I signed the papers as usual so technician can start working.When service is done he comes back to me with a bill of $2079.75. Felt shocking and stressed!To add to inconvenience, It is end of the day, technician already left, could not review anything with him. All the staffs and customers left or heading home. I am shocked, stranded and stuck in there with a large bill!Ironically, this is also my birthday today!

Don't do any business with this dealership, or buy Ford vehicles. My wife's 6 year old Fiesta had a bad evap purge valve (apparently very common with Ford vehicles), already diagnosed elsewhere. We brought it to this dealership asking to just replace the valve, a part that costs $60 online or $100 at this dealership. It shouldn't take more than 20 minutes work to replace, and in fact I can find videos of people doing that on YouTube. This Ford dealership charged us $640 to replace the part, claiming $265 for labor plus $265 for a diagnostic (which they weren't asked to do...). Bottom line: Ford sells cars with parts that go bad way before they should, says those parts aren't covered by warranty, and then the dealership charges grossly inflated prices to replace them. What a scam.

I totally enjoyed the experience of buying my first car. David and Eric were very helpful, kind and professional. I previously visited another Ford and the service was not as great which led me to driving a bit further to this location. The first impressive thing was that I was greeted by an agent at the door who introduced me to David. David and his manager Eric helped me on narrowing down my options. They ensured we were comfortable and took their time to go through the process with us. They explained all the features step by step and made sure that I was fully educated about the vehicle. They were also very personable.Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely disappointed in this incompetent service department. First they sold us a faulty car that had faulty squeaks on the roof. Drop it off and they don't do loaners, and now they're telling us they ordered the wrong part? You're kidding and the back and forth Uber costs they only cover from the dealer for THEIR MISTAKES.Worst service department, should not have purchased here.

This dealership does not keep their word. I was working with Dave Kreitner on a buy back for a lemon vehicle, called to make an appointment to surrender my vehicle and he then informed me that they will no longer do the buy back since I did not buy a new vehicle from them, which he NEVER told me to begin with that it was based on me buying a new vehicle from them. Awful customer service, do not trust anything they tell you.

Very upset at this dealer. Emailed and called and discussed buying a mustang. After couple days , we agreed on price. I was flying in to pick the car up. They said it might get sold so I got myself approved and agreed on thr payments and everything on the weekend. They pressured me to come earlier cause they couldn't hold it 4 days so I agreed to fly in tuesday which is 2 days earlier. Deal was done. Car was mine because I specifically told them I don't want to run my credit otherwise. Bought tickets for 300 dollars. And Monday night they message me that they sold the car to another person today. What kind of racket is this place running. They lied to me, damaged my credit. I lost 300 dollars. And all they can say is sorry, first come first serve. Well I ran my credit and made the deal day before. What happened to that!!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY !!

Bought a used Kia in June 2023. Process was smooth. Only good thing. Our previously owned Kia had been stolen and I was looking for a replacement. I specifically chose to buy from a branded dealership v. a individual or a used car lot to ensure I was dealing with reputable people. WRONG.Since I only needed this 7 year old car to get me through the next year, I was not interested in spending 25% of the sales price on an 'extended warranty.' Instead, I checked the Carfax and asked to see their internal inspection/service report on the vehicle in preparation for sale. It showed ONLY a very standard oil change.Long story short, a month later, the engine seized up, filled with shredded metal. Turns out as they pulled the engine a part, the mechanics learned that a new oil PUMP had been installed which almost never happens. It IS done to artificially increase the oil pressure in a vehicle that is failing. The added pressure keeps the bearings in fluid and in motion, halting the breakdown. Once the car was under extended use, ie a road trip, the pump could no longer cover for the failing engine.Entirely NEW engine work had to be done. When I followed up with Sunnyvale Ford, none of the 8 people I left voice messages for or emailed responded. Only when I called out that they fraudulently represented this vehicle by not disclosing that they had installed a new oil pump did they respond with "you should have bought the warranty." Nothing else.

This was my first time at the Ford dealership at any dealership in general and they made it very easy for me to obtain the car I desired. Firstly I have to thank sajak sherchan for seeing me and my dad and approaching us on a vehicle we were interested in getting. Once inside it was very simple to understand and he answered any questions I had. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire procedure. The process took long but felt very quickly that I hadn't noticed how long we were there for, sajak and Luis Ramos made the experience enjoyable for my first time there. We settled everything and signed the papers and was able to take my new 2022 mustang GT home that same day.
