Erik has truly excellent customer service. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly so you know what the process is. He is very detailed, knowledgeable, and kind. The smog checks are easy and efficient. We have been back for Smog Checks multiple times here and highly recommend his service.

Eric is a really nice person. I recently moved to California and I wasn t aware of most of the rule. Eric explained me everything during my smog check. I got both my vehicles smog certified from him.He is a really nice person and will always provide quality information and the reason behind each and every test that he perform. I highly recommend this star certified smog. Erik is very professional and explains everything clearly so that you know what is going on. My car failed initially and he gave me feedback that allowed me to find the solution and led to a passing retest at a later time. Quick in and out, there is no reason to go anywhere else.

The service was great, the pricing and the activities to perform is clear and explained from the beginning. It took around 15 min, the owner is really nice and explains everything related to the test and inspection regarding the smog check.

I didn't read the reviews before I decided to call this place for a smog test, but I agree with everyone that Eric provided great service and is super nice and professional. I called to make an appointment, and he said it was walk-in first come first served, so I went there right away. I waited less than 5 minutes for him to finish up with his previous customer. He wasn't sure if I needed a smog check, since my car is 2016. I told him to perform the test anyway, since the DMV site stated that I was missing a smog test certificate. Eric ended up being right that I was not due for a smog test, but it was worth it because I wouldn't have found out about the recall hold on my car otherwise. The table and two chairs he provides for his waiting customers were perfect because I got to eat a nice BLT croissandwich I bought from Daily Donuts. I definitely recommend Eric for your smog check needs. He accepts credit cards.

Really great place! Eric was extremely helpful and went out of his way when doing the smog check. Most other places would have been a lot more expensive! I appreciate the good service and great value. I definitely will come back and recommend to all my friends!

Got smog test done for 2015 vehicle. very fast and professional. Offered water and some chairs to sit on and wait. In and OUT in 20minutes. Explained all the test results. recommend this place. the price is fixed here. Thank you for the help.

As other customers have stated, this was the best smog test experience I have ever had so far. The owner Eric is a fine young man, polite and friendly, very professional and precise. He seems to sincerely care about his customers and how he conducts himself and his business. He would patiently explain to every customer what will happen, how he would proceed and how long it will take, putting them at ease and building their confidence in his services. I am glad Lady Luck brought me there and wish Eric and his business all the best in the future. We need more people like Eric and more businesses like his one. Very professional (and nice), detailed in the process, offered free analysis and advice to pass (my suv had a previous dead battery and apparently needed to be driven around for about 25 miles in order to reset some sensors). Definitely my goto place in the future.

Here I am waiting and there are 2 cars in front of me. It s now 5:21 pm. Eric closes at 5 but he said he d take me anyway. He brought me a cold bottle of water. He is so nice. He has 2 chairs inside and offered them to me. Thank you Eric! I have been driving for 27 years and this was hands down the best smog check experience I have ever had. Eric is very professional and explains everything to you clearly. I was in and out of there is about 20 minutes total. Highly recommend this location! He has a really delightful personality as well. I'd take a picture of your car. I saw him push down on my hood really hard. Plus there was a huge dent on my hood. You could see it was fresh too. There was no dust on the spot where it. I literally drove from a covered parking space to there. Unfortunate. My hood definitely didn't have dents when I brought it there. I literally washed the night before and left in my garage. Soo... you decide...

This place is the best place you will ever go for Smog Check. Eric is really helpful and so good in nature. He is the man who enjoys his work, anyone can see that. I definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

It was a pleasure working with Eric! One of the best car garage experience I have had! Eric patiently walked and explained each step of the SMOG Check, the different parts of the car/boot that participate in both automatic check and manual inspection.The SMOG Check price is competitive, and Eric electronically sent the SMOG certificate to DMV. Searched areas for reviews prior to getting my smog test and came across glowing reviews for this location and Eric. It was the most stress free and informative experience! Eric was friendly and professional and thoroughly explained California's laws and regulations for cars and he was nice enough to add air to my low tires due to the sensor showing low tire pressure and explained to me what levels my tires should be at. And he thoroughly explained my results! Definitely go here for Smog tests!!!! Thank you Eric!!

Eric is a real wonderful, helpful, and professional guy! He went out of his way to give me a smog check a little later in the day. He also gave my tires a little air. Quick, friendly, and efficient. I went here a couple times to get my older Miata in compliance. The owner Eric was incredibly friendly and helpful, he went over all the issues when my car failed the first test and went above and beyond to get me the information I needed to fix the issues causing my failure. With that info I got the car fixed and passed the second time. Eric is one of the friendliest business owners I've interacted with in Sunnyvale and incredibly helpful. If you live even remotely close to hear and have to get your car smogged this business should absolutely be your first stop!Service: Smog certification

I don t think I d ever be writing a review on a smog certification but here I am.Eric is an absolute gem. Highly professional, extremely kind very thorough and very reasonably priced ($50) for smog.I walked in and he took me right away, even filled up my tires a little bit because the pressure was low. Took the time to explain all the nuances of California smog certification and just made the process as painless as possible. Really happy with the service on my car.

I don t even know where to start. If I can give Eric a 10 star I would do it without hesitation.Eric is truly one in a million, I never saw anyone who cares so much about their customers.My first smog check showed a few incomplete results, he told me not to worry and that he allows a secondary check within a month.I tested 4 times and he was so patient and understanding and provided all the help he can. He even called a mechanic to ask him about the situation instead of just telling me to go get it checked.And to add to all that his prices are absolutely unbeatable.I ll never do my smog check anywhere else as long as Eric around.I highly recommend Eric s place to anyone in the area looking to get a smog check!

Yeah. Getting a smog is nothing about a hassle. Smog check car on Pharaoh's Avenue needed less of a hassle and the guy who runs the spot was very nice in the way he explained everything and his pricing. So I'm giving him five stars.

Eric was very helpful and honest. He explained me all the options I have to pass the smog check and wrote me note explaining the EGR monitor issue. He is trustworthy and highly recommended!

I had a smog check done here after moving from out of state. Unfortunately, my car failed the check and I had to get my car repaired and wait for the post repair computer checks before my car would pass.Eric let me repeatedly come back in to see if my car computers had finished their checks, and was patient and friendly every time. Overall I went in over 5 times and after my car FINALLY passed, he only charged me the original price as if I'd only gone in once. It went a long ways to helping me not get overstressed during the entire thing, I can't recommend this shop enough.Service: Smog certification

I normally don't review smog places, but Eric clearly read "What is the highest level of customer service possible" and now serves as a shining example. He clearly explained the process and what was necessary for my older car. I knew all of this, of course, but his behavior was exemplary. Fortunately I have two other cars that will be needing smog at some point, so I'll be going straight to EricService: Smog certification
