Linda is an expert on all things VOLVO. She explains your repairs clearly, professionally and also is extremely personable she goes the extra mile for her customers!!! I appreciate their impeccable service and feel completely confident my car is in the best of hands!

Great group of people!! Took my 850 turbo in to diagnose a check engine code I had and they got to the bottom of the issue. Ordered the parts I need and happy to know what my root problem was. Got my S90 repaired earlier this year. The staff are super knowledgable, helpful and willing to provide different options with pros & cons explained to you. I can also tell they have a great passion for Volvo cars. I can fully trust them due to their expertise and passion.

I found Scandia Volvo after a disappointing misdiagnosis from our regular mechanic. I wanted Volvo specialists without having to go to the dealership, and I am very glad to have found them! They were super helpful and didn't charge me extra when the problem turned out to be more complex, and thus take more labor, than expected.

Been bringing our Volvo here for a few years. Great and fast service! Fair prices. They always communicate what needs to be done and why, and then do what they say they will when they say they will do it. If you re looking for a great service place, this is it!

First time using this shop for my 2018 XC90. Linda is super nice and very responsive to my questions about pricing and scope of service when I was scheduling my appointment. I requested to get an early morning appointment so I could be the first customer of the day and get the car worked on quickly. Linda accommodated my request, and it only took them ~2 hours to complete a 60K mile service for me. With the fast and wonderful customer service, plus a much more reasonable price compared to the dealership price, I highly recommend Scandia Auto Service if you have a Volvo.

Serviced my SPA XC90 here.Seriously awesome shop, great experience end-to-end. Very different than the traditional dealership experience in the best way. No sales person asking if you would like to "upgrade" your vehicle or value it for a trade-in, just Linda and her stellar team of techs. Very knowledgeable, and direct. Thank you Scandia Team!

Great. Knowledgeable. Did fix and maintenance on my 2002 S80 Volvo Sedan. Gave me solid info on questions and future maintenance picture.Charge a fair price for work. (I comparedwith other shops). Friendly, good communicators and got the job done in good time.

If you have a Volvo out if warranty, Scandia IS the place to take it. I had major issues with Smythe a.k.a Stevens Creek Volvo. I posted a Yelp review and got an overwhelming bomber of responses recommending Scandia. My lemon of a Volvo had/has major electrical issues and I had it towed to Scandia. I was blown away! The courtesy, the kindness, the promptness and the prices. I paid a fraction of what Smythe would have charged. Linda is a gem. She stays on top of the repair, super knowledgeable, gives excellent advice when it comes to maintenance, or in my case keeping my car alive. An absolute A+ experience.

Great service! very talented and experienced people. Sometimes repairs may be costly but they really fix the problem from root. As long as I own a volvo and in the area this would be my first preference!

Patrik doesn't beat around the bush, he tells you what your Volvo needs based on code and personal experience, but keeps it professional. Calls you with updates and both times they have worked on my S60r the car has ran great afterwards.

I was having an ongoing problem with my Volvo S70 where it wouldn't start and was at the point where I was scared to drive it as it was unreliable. I had one mechanic tell me it was a problem with the onboard computer and I was looking at a high ticket item. I called Scandia, Mike said to just stop by and he would look at it. I drove straight to Scandia and within 2 minutes he figured out it wasn't the onboard computer at all but the iginition (apparently this is a common issue with S70's). Thank you Mike! With your expertise and attention to detail, I haven't had a problem starting my car since! You and your team are awesome and you now have a customer for life!!

Doing business at scandia was a pleasant exchange. When I first called in and described my problem, Patrik suggested I try something cheap and easy before taking it in (replace gas cap for EVAP leak code). Though this did not end up solving my problem, it demostrates his integrity by providing help in leu of financial gain. I ended up using scandia for an EVAP leak test and fix. I believe the rate was reasonable and look forward to addressing any of my Volvos future issues here.

Did the work fine. Needed a wheel bearing pressed out of a knuckle and replaced. They had a 20ton press where my 12 couldn't hack it.If you do lots of work on your own car beware, they seem to be dismissive of us shadetrees and don't really want to engage in anything more than " drop it off and we'll call you when it's done."
