Bait and switch! Be careful! Do not bring your vehicle here. Zoran is screwing his customers. He is a greedy liar. Ask him to give an estimate in advance otherwise you're screwed!

I've been coming in this place for years on hand and as a matter of fact I was at MID in mid January right after being into an accident. I had extensive damages to the passenger side of my car. The service that I got was unbelievable, it was all done through the insurance and in 2 weeks i was able to drive my car again and couldn't even tell that it had been hit at all.Thank you again and again.

Zoran and his staff are amazing and super helpful, 100% recommend!Me and my boyfriend were recently involved in a car crash and we weren't familiar as to how to navigate the situation because we were fairly new to the country, but Zoran helped and guided us like we were his kids and made us feel safe. Zoran was very responsive and quickly determined that our car was a total loss, and he made sure to ease us to that news and also helped with the insurance stuff. His staff also helped us with any questions we had.Overall, we greatly appreciate their help and service!

I was in a car crash and I was lucky enough that the tow guy recommended Zoran's MID Auto Service & Auto Body shop. We were shocked and Zoran calmed us down by telling us what to do in that situation. He also helped with a lot of info along the whole process. He also showed us the detailed report of the car and explained to us the damage which told us that he was very experienced with cars, he also mentioned that he would not put in unnecessary checks or repairs which could increase the cost. Our car was unfortunately declared a total loss but Zoran was very friendly, supportive, and treated me like his son telling us how to deal with the incident as well as the insurance company. I definitely recommend going to him for excellent car fixes as well for being treated fair and well!

Best auto service I've ever had [& I'm no spring chicken] as he can handle almost anything.If you're not in a rush he can save you a lot.But if in a rush he will get you tolling again soon!Do not let his height & accent fool you like it did me as he is a great kind & caring guy!

Best mechanic you could ask for. He charges very fair prices and never tries to push unnecessary fixes like other mechanics. Extremely knowledgeable about all things Mercedes too and can usually diagnose the problem immediately.

Excellent service. Zoran is the best and most knowledgeable mech in the whole of bay area. He's specialized in European, Japanese and American cars. Very dependable and goes above and beyond to making sure you're sorted. Very reasonable charges

My Mercedes' sprinter westfalia broke down in SF once. I went to shop in SF that claimed to fix the problem but they didn't. As we were frantically trying to figure out what to do, we JUST happened to drive by another westy that was parked outside this shop. We immediately turned in and I'm so glad I did.The guy (Zoran) was amazing!! He knew these rigs inside and out. I described the noise it was making and how I lost power up hills and he immediately said "resonator" I'll fix by noon. Lol.He fixed it, gave me a tour of other sprinters he had there ( he had plenty of work that's for sure see pics) and even told me about his kids and family.I'm a couple years late on the review because I forgot when we left but scrolling through my old photos and I found a pic of his shop so I had to review. Thanks my friend, you're incredible!

Best expertise, knowledge and friendly customer service I have ever experienced in the south bay for auto services. Zoran has a body shop and paint booth, top mechanics and body guys. He has worked on all of my cars over the last 20 years, ranging from a Durango, Ram pickup to German sports car. The best mechanic experience you will ever have. If you own a Sprinter you have to come here. Zoran will not only beat the competition's prices by hundreds he is also a sincere and kind hearted person, they will never cheat you, never deceive you, you will always get the best deal possible. His mechanics, especially Oved who I worked with for a few days and got to know, are incredibly personable and skilled, they do good work and deserve your business, won't regret it!

Zoran is an awesome and honest mechanic. He doesn't like to guess and will only fix what needs to be fixed at a reasonable price. Took my sprinter into another shop and was diagnosed with a failed turno charger ($2400!). Zoran discovered that only the turbo actuator was failing, he replaced it for a very reasonable price. Would recommend.

I've been taking my Jetta TDI to Zoran for years now. He's probably the friendliest mechanic I have ever dealt with. My car currently has over 300k of miles and Zoran has been key to keeping it running. His prices are generally good and he often doesn't charge for the full amount of time or effort he puts into diagnosing difficult to detect problems. The shop does tend to be pretty busy with lots of projects going on so be advised that if it is a job that takes some work, it may be in the shop for a couple of days. Zoran is probably one of the hardest working mechanics I've dealt with and he's often working late to try to stay caught up with the work.

Where do I begin? Anyone that owns a sprinter can tell you that they are awesome vehicles, but definite money pits. Finding a mechanic that won't mess the vehicle up and hand you a huge bill for the mistake is super hard as well.I needed a mechanic in the Bay Area. Went on some forums and read some reviews and saw nothing but good words about Zoran.I really can't express how awesome this man is. Personable, super kind and a very very smart mechanic. He loves cars...I think he has a built-in auto cad in his head for how engines work. This was my absolute best mechanic experience. He scanned the car for other issues, and gave me a free spare house to avoid another common issue with sprinters in case it happens in the middle of no-where (im on a cross country trip)It's been over 500 miles and multiple mountain passes and the issue was nipped in the bud by Zoran. Not only would I have liked to drink a beer with him and hear more of his interesting life story I just really wish I had him as a mechanic back in NYC.And the final price was a fraction of what it would have been at a dealer or other sprinter mechanic.Thanks again Zoran!

Zoran and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I came here first time following my friend's recommendation, he's been bringing his German cars here for quite a while and is very happy. I can definitely recommend this place also. I've been fixing both of my Porsches here since 2007. They are very experienced in European cars. Competitive prices.

Zoran has a good heart and a conscience. The most honest mechanic you'll ever meet next to a family member. What Mozart is to music Zoran is to cars. He's always busy but does superior work and well worth the wait!

Best mechanic !! He love cars . And reasonable . Not too high like dealerships. And work he doIs best quality vise and price vise. He fixed my car. Dealerships don't do the work what they tells you they are doing and they don't even don't do a job right . This place is a auto hospital where they take care of your cars so good !! Thanks Zoran !!

Zoran uncle is the best person I have ever met In my life ...he is so helpful..so kind ..so down to earth person ....he helped me to get my car back on track 2017 Prius .. I being a student he did all possible things that he could do for me ... this is an amazing ;trustworthy and a generous auto service. ..I highly recommend it to everyone ...I wish uncle a great success...Jesus bless him and his family ...thank you again mid auto ...5 stars cheers !!!!

Zoran is a great guy. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and he was right!! No bs or phony up sells. He did the work as promised. I will definitely be back. Sprinter mechanical are hard to find and Zoran is a winner. D

Zoran serviced my BMW for years. He always greeted me with a smile, and was familiar with the ins and outs of my car. As a single woman at the time, having a auto mechanic to trust was invaluable.

I highly question the authenticity of the 4 and 5 star reviews for this place perhaps it s the owners friends or people he paid off. Zoran (the owner) is suspect to say the least and very untrustworthy. I wouldn t buy a roadmap off that guy after learning how he operates. Avoid this place!
