Great experience with this service center. Did not try to oversell a lot of services that were not necessary. I feel comfortable sending my girlfriend or mother to this service center.

I made a service appointment a week in advance and they didn't bother to check if they even had the parts needed in stock before I showed up. Completely inconsiderate.

I had the pleasure of working with Juan Lepe at Larry Hopkins Honda and I must say that my experience was outstanding. I couldn't be more impressed with his dedication, expertise, and customer-centric approach. Will be a returning customer. I strongly recommend this dealership!

You still need appointment to get your vehicle serviced here. Most times appointments are At least a week out. I got a morning appointment with one advisor online. When I arrived at exact time some other advisor checked in with me after 5 minutes. Just looked at the vehicle dashboard and based on service indicators showed me 3 service packages. To my shock least expensive package was 50% more expensive for the same service from last year at the same place. Long story short- car was ready for pick up in less than two hours, but they charged exorbitantly. After i drove car home tire pressure warning popped up. Felt cheated that they didn t even check/fill tire, when service mentioned multi point inspection and charged me for the same. Next time i am going to a local mechanic for regular services.

I have to give 5 stars to the service representative, Andres! I stopped in because I was having problems with my tire warning staying on. Without an appointment Andres looked at my car, found the problems with tire pressure and showed me how I can reset the tire warning light myself in the future whenever I get new tires or an alignment. I would have given the service department 5 starsbecause of this service, but I have to factor in the fact that a week before I had called in with this issue. I was told that the representative Jackie would call me back. I never received a call back after an entire week and was driving by so that's why I just stopped in.Service: Tires

I have had my 2019 CR- V serviced at this place many times. They used to be good. But something has changed now. I need to get a B2 service done. I called many times to get an estimated price. The scheduler who answers calls doesn t know price. He tries to transfer me to some service advisor, but no one ever picks up phone. It always goes to voicemail. They don t call back. I canceled my appointment after trying to talk an advisor over three days and not getting through to anyone.

Service sucks. Was great from 2019 till mid 2022 but starting 2023 sucks big time. Started this new booking appointment for servicing and when you go for servicing no one bothers to even come and check and take the car for service even after appointment.

$200 for checking AC then they quoted $1200 for replacing a AC hose and charging freon. upon hearing I dont wanna do replacement at their place, they added another 200 bucks labor fee to my bill for "discharging freon". I've been maintained and repaired my car regularly at this place but not any longer----update: even worse, today I opened the hood of my car and I found the seal caps on AC charging hoses are gone and schrader valve is broken! And larry hopkin honda's technician is the only one that opened the hood during the past year.

Straight forward. A man needs a vehicle and some discounts. Sales Benjamin Solomon was courteous and helpful. Requests on vehicle parts replacement granted hassle free. Better experience than other dealerships! Thank you!

They didn t send a text message when the car is ready so when I got the car, they are about to close. After the car came back, tire pressure warning popped up and they said they cannot fix it because they closed. If you don t want to get a car with issue after a car service, don t come. I ll give them 0 star if I can.

I have been very pleased in my recent visits here. They communicate very well. They seem to be efficient. They have quickly taken care of the problems I have brought in. The fixes look care of the issues. When I had a big job that needed repair under warranty they provided me with a loaner vehicle which made the whole process much easier for me.

We have had 5 Hondas and have relied on Larry Hopkins Service Center for years. They are dependable and their customer service is 5 star. Recently, Richard has been very helpful and we have worked with Adrian many times. Adrian always remembers us and our car, I so appreciate this!

It was our second time to go to this place based on our great experience we had here (honda)sunnyvale elcamino realBoth great experience we had purchasing cars from honda with the patience of staff(Jay and juan ) specificly helped us a lot in both cases ,their good advice ,their help, their good offers made us even to get the second car fram honda .The maneger (hasan) also helped a lot to get the loan for both cars. I recommend every one to visit and enjoy their advice for buying a car. so i give them seven stars

Bought a new odyssey with Hopkin s. Got a fair price and overall smooth transaction. There was the usual dealership pressure to sign up for unnecessary extras but once they saw I m firm on my no they took my decline with stride and continued to provide good service.

We started using the services of Larry Hopkin's Honda Sunnyvale because of its convenience even though we had gotten our Honda from a different location. From the start until now, we have felt welcomed to their facilty. With the likes of Billy greeting us when we arrive with a sincere smile, Gabriel making sure that our initial needs were met and completed, and Duc being able to step in when Gabriel was not available in making the appointment process flow very seamless, I find value (and reasonable costs in terms of a dealership) in the service we pay for. It has been a good experience from this crew. I would recommend this dealership's service center because of real people like them.

Took my car for a maintenance service, used a work day discount which was nice, had some desks with good internet, service finished in the planned time. In general nothing fancy but reasonable.

I went for a A13 service to this place, this includes tire rotation, oil change and transmission fluid change. Apart from that my car had a recent battery dead situation and I had to jump start it so I also wanted to check my battery with them. I just went with the oil change and transmission fluid change which cost me 300$, which I feel is exorbitant. They claimed it's expensive because my car is a cvt engine. Added to that, they also mentioned my car battery was totally fine, guess what, I encountered a battery dead situation 2 times within 4 days. I ended up replacing the battery elsewhere. Looks like they need work on their battery test procedure.
