Recently bought a new Rav4 and brought it here to get my entire car tinted. Jose did a fantastic job and was super helpful. I wasn't too sure what I wanted but Jose pointed me in the right direction and my car looks amazing. Great customer service and super friendly!

I am happy with the service of my vehicle but not with the waiting time.My appointment was at 10, and I was there on time and dropped of the keys at 10.15. I was asked to come within an hour , but to my surprise when I came back at 11.15 my vehicle was still parked outside. Only later they took my vehicle and got the oil changed.I am fine with the work they have done but not happy with the wait time, it costed me half of my day s work .

I must give five stars for my car window tinting service. California Sun oftenly heat inside of my car more than 100 degrees, I have to remotely power on my car to cool it down before I get in car. Now, I don t need to worry about this sauna room any more, don t need to worry my left arm getting darker. They provided very professional service and did detail work, there is no any bubble and window looks really clear.Service: Sun control window tinting

Left them my car at 11am and explained that I need to get it tinted same day, at 7pm they called me and said they don t have enough film (didn t do any single window) and I need to come back another day. A merciless waste of time.

This place is great!I had a minor item I needed assistance with, attaching the front license plate because I didn't have the tools at home to do it. I was prepared to pay a small fee, however the guy working there said it was super easy and refused to take money. Wow an auto repair shop that doesn't try and charge you for the small stuff. I will definitely be returning with any car problems as I'm confident I will be given a fair price.Thanks So Much Future Auto Care!

I had my vehicles tinted here. Now they are well protected from California sun and heat. My wife's happy too. Sean is very helpful and provided excellent and quality service! The mechanics Daniel and Victor was friendly and got the job (Oil Change + Tire Rotation) done in 45mins. With the 35 point inspection, they were transparent with the current car condition and never was pushy to get the additional services. You need an appointment for oil change however they took me in without appointment today and the guy who helped me was beyond Excellent.Their price is too good compared to others around that area.I highly recommend this shop.

AVOID!!! I m not sure if something was done with the car. At least they didn t make tire rotation, cause I came to service with a tire pressure light and left with a tire pressure light as well. They didn t give me any papers. They didn t make car inspection as well. Also I m not sure if they changed the oil. So definitely will go to another auto service. This one never again. AVOID IT!

I I got a coupon from Groupon and made appointment for oil change. I was waiting there for 20 minuts in office, asked two guys which were working, they didn t care about me and even didn t accept car for service. I lost 1 hour: 40 minuts way+ 20 minuts waiting without simple serivce like oil change.

Charlie is SUPER accommodating, communicative and fair. The available wifi and special accomodation to be able to work while they changed brakes and rotors was godsend. It took longer than planned, but they were clear why as were for added costs...I wouldn't hesitate using them again... although communication between team members was a tad off, to the customer they were seamless.Service: Brakes

Had my brakes and rear rotors replaced, front rotor resurfaced. brake fluid flushed. They were honest and didn't recommend any work that was unnecessary. Don't trust this place. Appointments mean nothing, they will take 3+ hours to complete an oil change. Then you come back and find out they didn't actually do it, but try to charge you. Very unprofessional, and untrustworthy.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
