Visited Family Auto Care for front wheel alignment. Was able to make an appointment for same day, quick service in about 1 hour I was out the door. Shop is clean, well organized and staff is friendly. A week later I was contacted by owner, if everything is ok. :) I will definitely go back with my further repairs.

I received great service last week when I took my Chevy Cruze in for service. My check engine light came on and Juan was able to diagnose it pretty quickly. He sent me a link with all the services he thought were required and some additional recommendations. He never once pressured me into getting something I felt I didn't need and let me decide. I recommend coming here if you want an honest evaluation on what your vehicle really needs. Thank you Juan and Family Auto Care ! Will be back next time.

This is the shop to go to right here for trustworthy & transparent service! I walked in & for an oil change & inspection & met Juan the owner and he was very welcoming in seeing me and servicing my car. A detailed report was given in all that was in good condition & bad as to needed repairs and we walked through it together with images included, as i received a rundown of all the problem areas and a severity explanation to help me make an informed decision as to how much time i have to work with before making a decision for repairs. Juan was very communicative and has a respectful give it to you as it is attitude which should be sought after as a mechanic. Def will recommend paying this shop a visit.

We have a Volvo SUV and a Lexus SUV and Family Auto Care is by far the best place we've found to take care of our vehicles. They are courteous, efficient, and fast! No long waits like we experienced at our former dealerships. We are treated like family and the repairs done here are excellent. Highly recommend!

Called this place up and spoke to the new owner, Juan. I asked about diagnostic fees and he said $180 and if I chose to continue service with them it wouldn't be waived and that I would also be charged with fees for the labor separately. Down the street are a few other places who are much more inexpensive and will waive the diagnostic fee should you continue services with them such as labor. I had my car taken cared of much more cheaper then Juan's diagnostic fee alone today.

Owner David has been wonderful about diagnosing and treating my geriatric Subaru. I can't always afford everything he recommends right away, but he's been keeping it running for years!Great guy! I really appreciate the fact that he's honest about what needs doing and is affordable!

Dave the owner/mechanic is just awesome. He and his team of mechanics are skilled and professional.I really trust bringing my truck for maintenance and repairs. Never feel ripped off and trust their work. Definitely an Honest repair shop.

What a unique experience! David seems to run a very old-fashioned business here. No upsell. No inflated charges. No extra stuff you don't need. Nothing but straight, honest work. Maybe not the cheapest place for auto service, but far from being the most expensive. Wish I had found these guys a long time ago!

Wonderful service and highly recommend. I came twice, one was to replace battery and change oil for my Jeep, another was to fix flat tire for my Tesla. Both times the owner was very patient and friendly. Service is fast and high quality. Price is reasonably cheap.

Honest, friendly and fair! You can't do better than Dave at Family Auto Care. And as if automotive prowess weren't enough, Dave is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Vietnamese.

David is exceptionally fair, generous, and honest. He is transparent with everything that he does and will always advocate for your best interest even if it hurts his bottom line. He even gave us a ride home while our car was out. Mechanics like David at Family Auto Care are hard to come by.

This is the best place to bring any car. If you know nothing about car repairs, this is the place to get an honest opinion (on any make) and a solid repair. I've brought my car in here for silly cosmetic things, routine maintenance, big problems and with just silly questions. David and his mechanics are simply the best in the area. Thank you, to everyone who works here. Family auto care is outstanding.

I had an issue with Le's Auto Repair which is on the same block. Came over to Family Auto Care and the experience was much better. My engine was louder than normal and Le's made no effort to closely inspect it. Family Auto actually took a close look and customer service was friendly and helpful. Will come back here later for new tires

I did not take my car to family Auto Care my car was next door at pure Platinum Auto works with the owner Doug and his faithful assistant Lawrence soul brother Lawrence that is your bunch of guys they changed my rotors and my DS today for a very good price I will always take my car to pure Platinum there in Sunnyvale right off of Evelyn can't miss em, thanks again guys my car stops at every light

I don't care that my expensive one asked for it and they changed it after two days and it was no longer useful. The good thing is that they changed it for me.No me precio que mi caro la pida que le cambiaron a los dos d�as ya no serv�a lo bueno que me la cambiaron
