Best service I ever received in the Bay Area. They knows bmw inside out and I have been promptly assisted to solve all my problems. Floyd was great, he did a great job doing some scheduled maintenance on my E90 330i. Super quick, very reasonable rates even being in the Bay Area. I had my coolant flushed + AC serviced + manual transmission fluid + new rad hose put in, and I drove the car 2000+ miles home to TX the week after with no issues whatsoever. Other shops wanted more money for less work done. If I was still in the area I wouldn't hesitate to bring it back :)Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Excellent service shop! We've been bringing our 2010 X5 and 2006 650 here for years. Floyd advises on necessary service and will inform you if there are potential issues to keep a look out for.

We had taken our BMW to Daniel's for virtually all of it's 16 years of service. They have been consistently very honest and extremely competent. I brought my car into a BMW dealer for a recall issue and they did an inspection, finding nothing serious. I then brought it into Daniel's for service and they found a dangerous axle/chassis separation that could have lead to a serious accident. The problem was confirmed by a body shop, and I decided to decommission the car as Daniel's had recommended. They didn't charge me for the inspection, and lost a customer, but not a fan.

I am very impressed with this shop and the staff. Dependable, honest, and they know their stuff. Of course they only work on BWM and Mercedes. I give them my unconditional recommendation.

Brought my bmw convertible here for routine check and he was very professional, did not recommend repairs not needed and was not even going to charge me for checking out the carI recommend this place and will use them again

Best place to go for BMW or Mercedes service. You won't get a free carwash but what you save will get you a dozen washes.
