Very trustworthy and quality service! I started bringing my GLE to Cupertino Mercedes after the dealership package expired. I quoted with Pierson and the price was very reasonable. Immediately after the first service, it s noticeable difference and the car drove great. Now I have done 3 services with them. I would be very confident leaving my car in their hands and I know the car would drive great.

Almost wanted to sell my old E350 because of the bad experience at the dealership. Glad that I found such a place that's helpful and transparent. Amazing work Nicole and Pearson!

Nicole and her husband were a pleasure to work with. I got my quote from them for my service B of my C300 at half of what the dealerships were quoting including everything what was supposed to be done plus inspections of anything that might be worthy of getting fixed under warranty. Luckily it didn t come to that :)They are quick, know their stuff around Mercedes vehicles and are kind people ! Do give them a try.

I have a 2012 Mercedes SL 350 convertible where the top was not closing properly leading air and water to leak in. Took it to The dealership on stevens Creek where they took 4 days, $300 to diagnose the problem and suggested a $6K replacement of the convertible top. I found Cupertino Mercedes on google and took the car there. They diagnosed the problem as a wearing out of glue of the two panels of the convertible top and charged me for 15 minutes of their time (not a full hour), and suggested a place that would glue the panels together. I took the car to an appropriate shop who took apart the panels, glued them back and charged me $450.I can't say enough about Nicole and Pearson for their competence, professionalism, and integrity and transparency through out the interactions. If I ever have a problem with any car, I would first go to Cupertino Mercedes (hoping if the car is not a mercedes, they will still look at it :)Service: Body & Trim

We have owned our pre-owned GLK 350 for about 3.5 years. We were referred by a friend to Pearson and Nicole. They are so trustworthy, professional, friendly and reasonable. You can ask anything of these two and you ll get a straight answer. We re currently looking to sell our SUV and they offered to help us by keeping it there for a number of days and have even shown our vehicle to potential buyers. You would never get that type of service at a dealership. Pearson and Nicole go above and beyond taking care of their Clients. As long as we own our vehicle we wouldn t trust it with anybody else! Naomi and Pearson are amazing. By the time I got to the shop that morning, Pearson already had it hooked to the computer and was doing the diagnostic . Everything was explained step by step, and he really made sure that I knew what was going on with my car. I've definitely got a new mechanic shop, and I would absolutely positively recommend Cupertino Mercedes to anyone with a Benz.

I want to the Mercedes dealership today my right hand side door on my car the electrical doesn t work I cannot lock my door and the dealership told me to make a appointment take a week to see my car it will be $275 charge just look at it I can t wait that long I want to Cupertino Mercede service first time I m here I found the phone google search I walk in and very friendly lady on the front tell me we can take a look at it right away I was thinking how much taking to charge me I asked the lady in the front office she told me don t worry about it we re just gonna look at it They pulled my car into the shop take them five minute they found the problem and fix it All it is is a blown fuse I asked her how much a cost she said don t worry about it it s a small fuse We re so happy to help you I was so happy I tip her $20 If you have any Mercede issue you guys got to go there Nice clean shop people are Friendly you guys got to check it out yourself amazing Mercede repair shop and excuse my language screw the dealership
