I absolutely love this place. The experience was seamless from start to finish. The whole team was polite, kind and informative. They always met me with a smile and that was a blessing every time. Not only did they do an amazing job fixing my car in a timely fashion, but when I got her back they had washed, buffed and waxed my car to the point it looked brand new. Amazing job guys 10 out of 10 recommend! Thank you for your excellent service.

Recently, my vehicle was involved in an incident causing damage to the rear bumper. Caliber Collision performed an outstanding service in restoring the bumper and repainting the vehicle's exterior. The level of craftsmanship was such that it appeared as though the incident had never occurred. They facilitated a rental vehicle for my convenience, which I was able to return at their premises. I must extend my particular gratitude to Richard, who displayed exceptional diligence in diagnosing and rectifying a battery issue. He maintained regular contact to ensure the completion of the repair and resolve a battery issue. Richard's commitment to excellent customer service is commendable. I am thoroughly gratified by their service and extend my best wishes to Richard and his team for their continued success. They did a fantastic job.

I had a car collision and selected this place to fix my car. The staff are very professional and friendly. They still able to find parts to fix my Pontiac G6 2010 which is no longer in production anymore. Good job to Monica Medina, she really handle my repair case very well and always keeping me updated on the progress until the completion of repair work. Im very satisfied with the repair done and now my car is back to the rhythm of my life.

I had a great experience with this shop to repair my car from an accident. The shop worked directly with my insurance company and the process was super easy. The repair is great and I'm very happy with it. I would return to this shop for future repairs and recommend them.

Told me would take 2 days. However, it took them 4 days to finish without keeping me updated. At the end of the 2nd day, I called and was told would need one more day. The next day texted me it would take another day. I ended up picking up my car the afternoon right before I left the country. When I picked up my car, they forgot to ask me to pay for my deductible. I forgot too since I was in a hurry to prepare for leaving the country next morning. Caliber started calling me multiple times every day immediately while I was abroad. They left a voice mail asking me to call back without any further details. I thought it's something urgent and needed to ask my son to call them for me. My son told them I will be out of country for 14 days. Told my son if I don't pay them within 14 days when I go back the US, they will send me to collection agent. Feel very uncomfortable to be threatened that way. I never refused to pay and it's your front desk forgot to collet the deductible when I picked up the car. Plus I already told you I will pay when I am back to the US. Is there a need to still threaten your customer that way?

I had an extremely satisfying and pleasant repair experience at Caliber recently. Their staff ( Monica and others) were very helpful, courteous and meticulous in their attention to detail. They kept me informed through every step of the process and delivery of the vehicle was exactly as promised. I am a retired airline power plant engineer for United Airlines.I brought my 2011 Honda Pilot in to "Caliber Collison" to restore or replace the front bumper along with various related parts that were damaged in an accident.The personnel at "Caliber" handled everthing in a very efficient and courteous manner.The final restoration was outstanding!The paint quality was a perfect match.The "fit form and function" of all the related assembled parts was "A perfect 10"!I recommend "Caliber Collison" to everyone.They will truly restore the rhythm of your life.

Recently my car was involved in a vehicle collision, where a driver had rear-ended my vehicle. The staff at Caliber Collision were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and were very thorough in their assessment. Monica was my ongoing point of contact and she walked me through the whole process; as well as, reviewed the invoice for the repairs that would be done. Richard had called me to provide an update on my vehicle s status and informed me of additional findings from the inspection. He kindly offered me a choice on whether I wanted to have additional repairs for aesthetic reasons. I appreciate how transparent and intentional the communication has been with the team at Caliber Collision. Great customer service and repair work. I like this one on Arques in sunnyvale, better then the one on Evelyn in Mountain View. There more friendly and they keep you more informed about what is going on. I would recommend this one.

This morning I showed up to this location not knowing that its by appointment only! I broke my rear view mirror so scared driving it. I saw this man so busy and asked if he could help me, he came out and check my rear view mirror and glued it, cleaned it and looks like brand new that nothing happen . Wow.....this is a FAVOR! This gentleman name Richard is an asset to this company. I appreciate you sir so much! Keep helping people! God bless you! Thank you for helping me . Excellent customer service and attention to detail! Superb Communication, fast collision repair without sacrificing quality. Smooth process with my insurance company. The repair looked great, the car was washed and shiny clean upon pickup. I'll happily do business here again if the occasion arises. They even allow Enterprise car rental drop off which was a nice time saver. I arrived after work at closing time to pick my repaired car up. I needed to fill the car rental tank up though to avoid a steep refueling fee. Mgr. Richard said no problem, he'd wait while I filled it at a close by gas station. He waited 15 min. past closing time! Richard and his Caliber - Sunnyvale (Aques St) team were friendly, great to work with A+!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I chose this repair shop based on the suggestion from the insurance agent and the proximity to my house. My car was involved in a hit and run collision and even though Caliber Collision took 1.5 months longer than initially stated, the repairs were done very well.The car was given back to us with a check engine/info light on but that's only a minor detail. My main issue with this company is the manager. Everyone who I spoke to in the office was very kind and helpful, but the manager seems like he's out of it a lot. From the deductible being waived and them continuing to try and charge it, to all of the work being approved (but having to wait for the manager to get additional permission - requiring an extra set of calls to the insurance which turned out to be for no reason) to claiming he had made calls/left messages, to saying that he would get back to you in a few hours on the stated pick up day (and then it would be a week), the list goes on and on. It's one thing the calm a customer, but we had no issues at all with the repairs taking a long time, there was no reason to consistently make up when the repairs would be complete/the faking reasons why it wasn't getting done - I really didn't care, was just calling to ask for the status of the vehicle and when I should come pick it up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Monica, who estimated our car, has an excellent people skill! She is very transparent to inform you and stayed in touch through out the process. The Sunnyvale Caliber location did a great job on fender bender repair to my Subaru CrossTrek. Very happy with the whole process. The staff there is AWESOME. I dealt with Juanita E. And her team and they were all great at the Sunnyvale Caliber Collision Center. They kept me informed every day on how my car was going and we didn t need it or would it didn t need it and Juanita was very knowledgeable when she was speaking to me and explaining to me what needed to be done. I liked the frequent updates from Roxanna on the status of my repairs. First over phone calls and then sending text messages. I was in an accident, and needed a door and some panels replaced. Caliber Collision set the bar for body repair shops. Very friendly staff, excellent communication. Lead time bumped up by about a week through no fault of their own, but when I got my car back I couldn t believe it was my hoopty. They cleaned and detailed it for me at no added cost. If I ever need work done again I know where to go!Service: Body & Trim
