I cannot speak highly enough of Auto Collision Expert! This body shop has consistently delivered top-notch service and exceptional results for my car, both in 2019 and now in 2024. Savi, the owner, is an absolute gem to work with - friendly, accommodating, and truly cares about ensuring customer satisfaction.In 2019, they exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail and skillful repairs. Fast forward to 2024, and once again, they have gone above and beyond to restore my car to its former glory after an unfortunate collision. Suprised: After reading Google reviews, i went to this place for some repair work on my Mazda sedan and below is a quick recap of my experience with Savi Singh.Some days back, i entered the shop and i see Savi talking on the phone having a personal conversation (he was talking in Punjabi and it was some personal matter). Savi did not acknowledge that i entered and if i needed any help and continued talking his private business with his uncle on the phone. I was standing right there next to the table across which Savi was on the phone.After 2-3 minutes of standing and not getting even an acknowledgment from Savi, i asked the person on the couch, is there no one else who can help us. Hearing this, Savi asked me, "Do you have an appointment?". I replied, i didn't realize one needed an appointment. I asked, "Is an appointment needed, i just walked in." To this Savi responded, "Hang tight, give me a second." After this, Savi continued his phone call for another 3-4 minutes, and when i left the shop he was still on the phone without showing consideration for the customer.So, not sure what are the glowing reviews about. This was a very poor and disappointing experience. Won't be going here again.

I am delighted with the fantastic job the body shop guy at Auto Collision Experts did on my car. The color match was spot-on, and the repair work was top-notch. What impressed me even more was the reasonable and decent price for such high-quality service. Highly recommended!

The best body shop hands down. I got my VW repaired here. My Mercedes C300 was involved in a fender bender (front bumper) and the side mirror was damaged in a different incident. Savi, worked with my insurance directly to resolve both of the claims. The team at Auto Collision Experts worked diligently to get my car back in pre-excellent condition and on time. I hope I don t get into another fender bender but if I do, I am only choosing Auto Collision Experts for my collision repair needs. They are the best!

Thank you Savi for fixing my car with all the details going above and beyond. that was so much helpful in dealing with all the pain of insurance. Savi is reliable in keeping any of dealing with insurance. I dropped my car and got it fixed without any pain. my friend who got his car fixed multiple times in 15 years recommended him and I can see difference between his shop versus others near by which were recommended by insurance. Never go with insurance recommended one they will screw up as they have conflict of interest in business. I am surprised by the negative reviews floating around here as this must be some annoyed ex employee who did not do his job .. They did an outstanding job repairing my car like it was even better before the accident. My car (e55AMG) had a damaged bumper and they did a excellent job replacing and painting it. Paint is perfect and the customer service was unbeatable. My car has a unique paint and I was nervous about getting my bumper replaced but it came out perfect. I was able to communicate when them and they were able to accommodate my schedule as well. They really go the extra mile for their customers. Really nice to see a place take pride in their work. I would strongly recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with the service at Auto Collision Experts. I took my car in after it got scratched in a parking lot. They gave me a quote that was comparable to another I got from a different auto body shop. I ended up picking this place because it just seemed more professional, and they did live up to my expectations. They were very pleasant to work with, arranged for a rental for me, and returned my car nicely painted and clean. Plus, the owner seems to really care about his employees, which to me is a big plus. If I need more body work in the future (which I hope I don't), I will bring my car here.Service: Painting

Savi is an expert in repairs. He is honest and very trustworthy.Be it an advise or an estimate or repair service, he is always ready to help.I was out of state when my car repair was done, he managed to drop it and park safely in my apartment complex. He never looks for an excuse to make money when somebody is looking for an advice. His service will cost you the least amount possible with best results for the repair. His response time is too good. I am extremely satisfied by his service.I highly recommend Auto collision experts for any automobile repair advice/service.

Savi and his team are solid, professional and easy to work with. They understand what needs to be done. This is the second time they are fixing my car after an accident. I live in SF and didn t even hesitate to drive down to Sunnyvale because I knew I ll be taken care of. Also have to mention the paint color matching is spectacular. They use high quality paint, love how my Audi looks and can t even tell the panel and bumper have been replaced and painted.

Kudos to the Auto Collision Experts Team for taking great care of my BMW 5 Series.My car was involved in a hit and run and we had to replace the trunk lid, rear lamps, bumper, electrical connections and logo. Not only was the quality of the workmanship superb, the car was returned looking brand new. Superb detailing work and electrical work done as part of the service. The team also fixed other dents and scratches as a goodwill gesture. (THANK YOU FORGOING ABOVE AND BEYOND).Savi Singh, was super knowledgeable, and I appreciated the honesty and openness with the estimate. Savi provided me with options and pricing scenarios that would meet the quality, service and cost aspects, very vital aspects in decision making process.The start to finish car drop off and pick up process was extremely smooth. During the COVID pandemic, they sanitized my car and all technicians and personnel were wearing masks. I had repairs and paint on my front bumper, fender, and driver s side door. My Subaru now looks like new! I was very pleased with the price and the customer service. Savi arranged for my rental car so drop off and pick up of my vehicle was easy. I highly recommend this establishment.

Very professional small company. Offered competitive pricing, for excellent work. I needed some body work and paint job. Was taken through the work order in detail and received practical and good advice before committing to the work. Final price matched original quote and delivery was as per agreed schedule. Car looks as good as new, with no evidence of any damage being done to the car. I highly recommend Auto Collision Experts to anyone requiring body and paint jobs to their vehicles

Front bumper and passenger side fender were damaged when my car was hit by someone in a parking lot. Savi was really great to work with, and now my car looks as good as new. They even cleaned my car, inside and out, which is a really cool perk. Reasonable prices, and great service - will definitely come back here again the next time I need a body shop.

Thanks Savi for going above and beyond in painting our Honda Accord! After a minor parking lot accident, I came to ACE for a quote. Savi gave me a reasonable quote within 5 min and finished the paint job perfectly. They even touched up on some other spots on the car that s not part of the job. Also you get a discount if you re paying out of pocket like me.

Highly recommended! My BMW right fender got smashed by a pickup truck and Auto Collision Experts did a wonderful job fixing the damage. Savi and Kamar treat their customers with upmost respect and they give me options to save some money. The price of the service is very reasonable compared with other auto collision shops. They even gave me a discount for the service not performed because it is not necessary. Very honest.

My new car was involved in an accident and the rear passenger-side door got a big dent. After the first check, Savi suggested to get the whole door replaced. He worked with the insurance to make sure the claim was taken care of properly (supplement filing, revisions etc.).I dropped the car at Savi's workshop with a peace-of-mind. He and his team completed the repair and paint-job as promised, on-time and with highest quality. My car looks like as good as the original. Thanks Savi and team.Apart from having wonderful craftsmanship and auto-body shop skills, another quality of this great person is being a great human being. I wish other service providers could learn from Savi how to service and treat their customers.I had perma-plating when I purchased this car and I forgot about it, Savi reminded me to check the validity and luckily I had it. He helped in revising the claim again to add the perma-plating.Thanks a lot for all your help Savi.

Just AMAZINGGGGGG EXPERIENCE !!!!!! I had my car hit in the parking and the passenger's side was damaged, based on the ratings of "Auto Collision Experts" I took my car to Savi Singh (Owner), He gave me the estimation and a very friendly person, He had replaced the damaged parts with the Honda parts and also dealt with the Insurance guys without much of my intervention and took care of my car like his own and made it look like almost new. Also the people working under him are good and fast. Thanks for all your work guys... Keep up the good work... I honestly recommend "Auto Collision Experts" for any body damage repairs... :)

I strongly recommend this place for any kind of repair works for old or new cars. I recently hit goose in one of the highway and my front bumper got cracked. I went to Auto Collision and was asking how we can I fix it. He said that only the option is to replace the entire bumper and also he gave me the quote. Then I went and asked 3 different shops about the replacement of the front bumper. All others are quoted higher than this place. Then I leave my car on friday morning 10.30 and pick-it up in the afternoon. He is really very good person and the work is too good. I dont see any difference after replacing my bumper for my car.

Savi is an amazing person. This has been my default go-to place for any kind of auto repair most of the time.The only problem is it's just so busy and sometimes booked for the whole week.If you have the time: call and reserve in advance.
