I booked an appointment for an estimate on a slightly detached bumper on the front right side of my car. From the inspection, I was told exactly what was wrong with my car and that it honestly wasn't really worth it to replace the whole thing for something minor. I really appreciated the expertise, honesty, courtesy, and straightforward attitude Active Auto Body provided. Not only that, but they offered to put the bumper back in place with a washer and some glue. I really appreciated the gesture, and after about 10 minutes of waiting my car actually came out looking pretty much as good as before, for free! If you're looking for an efficient consultation and experience from a place that keeps your own genuine best interest in mind, I highly recommend Active Auto Body!

Worked extra within insurance estimates to get some OEM parts instead of all aftermarket parts insurance quoted for. Been here multiple times, each time it appears fixed to perfection. Will bring my car back here again when I need body work done.

It was a very positive experience dealing with Active Auto Body. I had a broken bumper and minor scratches in the front. Team fixed it very quickly. Definitely recommend at least to have an inspection of the car with them.Few things that I liked:1. Service was cheaper compared to a few other body shops I visited.2. I was able to book appointment very quickly without any issues. (I had issues with arrangement of inspection in Crash Champions, for example).3. From the moment of leaving my car for repairs till the moment I took it back passed 6 calendar days. This also includes a few days we were waiting for additional details.4. Communication was very timely and pleasant. I enjoyed the service.Kudos to all Active Auto Body folks!

After some body damage to our car Active Auto Body worked seamlessly with our insurance company to fix the damage. Front office staff and the estimators were competent and friendly. They kept us informed of progress and promptly called when there was a question and work was completed. The end result from the shop staff was excellent. If we ever need body work in the future we will be back.

Had two incidents with the same car that I went to Active Auto Body for, after my experience with the first time. Had a smooth experience from appointment setup to repairs and billing with insurance and had my car returned on or before promised date. Would def recommend since Tesla service centers are extremely backlogged/labor rates are not covered by many insurance companies. This is a Tesla approved shop so they dealt with insurance to ensure high quality of repairs and use of parts as expected.

Had gone to this place a few days for my Mazda car repair estimate. While i did not get the work done from them the professionalism, alertness and courtesy of this place was just spot on. People - Learn from this place how to be professional.As i walked in, the lady at the front desk on the phone. While still on the phone, the moment she saw me enter, she asked politely, "Welcome, how can i help you?". I explained the purpose - an estimate for my car damage repair. As a response to this, she asked me to wait for a couple of minutes. After a few minutes, a gentleman came and again very professionally introduced himself and asked how could he help.Then that person took a look at my car's damage and prepared an estimate in some minutes. While i could not get the work done here due to the wait time and in pipeline cars they had but this experience with the damage inspector/estimator and the lady at the front desk is 101 what professionalism is about. I doff my hat to both of you for what you do and how you do (and to the American professionalism and work ethic). That's the way. Kudos

Love Active Auto Body. Learned about them through State Farm years ago when one of my cars needed some work. Have had to use them a few times and have never been disappointed, also they gave great recommendations for window tinting and when my convertible needed a repair on its top motor. On top of all that the staff is friendly, communicates well, and make what is usually an unfortunate experience pleasant. Highly recommend!

Recently had my Tesla Model Y repaired at Active Auto Body. It was a totally smooth and pleasant experience. I worked with Joe Yi and Maria, both of them are very professional and very detailed. The workmanship for the repair job is also excellent. No wonder they received such a high rating on Google and Yelp. Though, I hope I'll never need any body work again, but if I do, I'll definitely come back to Active Auto Body.

Really pleased with the excellent service and outcome we received with Active Auto Body. The process to get the estimate and schedule the work was straightforward and extremely courteous. Active Auto Body was open to using aftermarket parts, which turned out better than we could have hoped. Car hasn t looked this good since we drove it home from the dealer.

Excellent service! Great work! I had my Toyota Prius tail ended and needed repair of the bumper body and also needed painting both right and left side and bumper. Another time needed painting complete right side of the car (as someone keyed it). Both times amazing service! Highly recommend. The communication back and forth and with the insurance companies was seamless!

Eduardo and his team at Active Auto body are a class act! I've done business with them for over 10 years, and have always been super happy with the quality of their workmanship. Their bodywork and paint is always spot on! If you're looking for quality work, this is the shop to go to!

Thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, professional. I will go back to Active Auto Body again, when the need arises, and will recommend them to friends and family. I found them because my old tried-and-true had a change in management and the customer service wasn't up to par. I took a chance on Active Auto Body, after researching them on Yelp and Google, and I am so glad I did.

Can't recommend Active Body Shop enough. From start to finish a great experience.Pedro was helpful, he kept me informed all the way (email, phone), he felt with the insurance company pain and got the car back asap.The repairs look perfect, and come with lifetime warranty. The rates and labor charged were reasonable.The staff in the front is also very nice.

This is how an auto body shop should be! Clean and professional.Our catalytic converter was stolen and our insurance gave us a few choices. I reached out to each one and also did a little research on reviews.Christine Pizarro called back and explained perfectly and told me they could get it done in a day. She sounded very reliable and I was done with my search. I went ahead and scheduled a time.A tow came to pick up my car right on time and my car was ready in a few hours.Upon arrival, I was greeted with a big smile from Christine +1. They had an artwork of a dog sticking his head out the car window +1. A friendly mechanic came out to explain what was done to the car +1. The car was even wrapped up inside to not make it dirty +1. Then when I came back, paperwork was ready to go +1. Wow, it was just perfect.Thank you. I would highly recommend these guys.Service: Exhaust

They replaced my door in about a week and it looks like there was never even an accident. I promised to leave a review just because customer service was on point and theyre very polite and are happy to assist. They close at 5PM but the manager stayed until 6PM just for me so I can grab my car. I got a bodywork done on my Subaru for an insurance repair (paid for by the other party's insurance). Why I recommend this shop:- From the get-go, service rep has been very attentive to your needs. I think most body shops will treat you with white gloves as soon as they know the insurance would pay for the work, but I initially approached them for an out-of-pocket payment repair, and even then they were very courteous and thorough to begin with. (It's only after sharing the quote with the other party, the party decided to use their insurance.)- The service rep (in my case, the guy named Joe) always keeps you posted on the progress and status. And whenever I call the shop, he would take my call (or call me back in a few hours). This is pretty important when you are dealing with a repair that can take more than a week and when the insurance is involved, as the process could be pretty opaque. He'd advise me where I can help with the insurance, too (e.g., when to best call them myself, as the claimant is most effective in expediting their process steps). My experience was good even with an insurance company which doesn't designate them as a go-to shop. (FWIW, They are a go-to shop for, say, State Farm, but we had to use USAA).- Most importantly, the work is done with high quality. They finished in the promised timeframe and the finished quality is top-notch.FYI: the shop was recommended by an independent Subaru garage that I go to for years. I did see other Subaru cars on the Active Auto Body's lot (including one with a very similar work being done on it, which also gave me confidence in trusting them). Also, they do a lot of work on Tesla cars.

Amazing service by Active Auto Body, definitely recommended. Front bumper and wheel well damage due to running over a tire on the freeway. Awesome place. My new car had some really minor scratches and distortion due to parking in small slots. The owner fixed them as it did not happened, only took 5min. They are also straightforwardly told me how to fix small scratches myself, and how large scratches on paint should have a full repaint and gave me quotes that are reasonable. Nice people and frank communication.

Javier and his team at Active Auto Body in Sunnyvale did a great job fixing the rear bumper and Blind Spot Sensor on my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti RWD. Due to the pandemic parts were backed up and Javier did great job sourcing parts and calibrating the sensor. If I could give them an extra star I would. Javier and the front desk staff provided excellent communication throughout the entire process and made this a much less stressful occurrence. By far the best body and paint shop I've ever been to. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable staff. Flawless and consistent work as well as good communication.I've had two cars refinished here and their work has been better than the factory paint jobs both times durability wise, while matching the factory color and clear perfectly.Service: Painting

Was clipped on the freeway and this happened to be the best rated shop and close by. They were very helpful and made everything convenient on my end. Will definitely be going back, if I need work done on my car. Their quality of service has been I've ever been to.
