I got referred to two brothers automotive by another mechanic thinking they will take me right away but I took an appointment it was Monday and I got the appointment for the following Wednesday which is great. I got a follow up text reminder for my appointment and another text yesterday to confirm. So far so good. I have a 1999 van that has two incomplete monitors the CAT and Evap so I m hoping to complete the drive cycle for either to pass my smog. I was told that the Bosch O2 sensor I purchased and installed will not work on that van because it needed OEM part and that the cost would be $360 to replace downstream O2 sensor in order to complete the CAT monitor. I got the car back (but not my Bosch O2 sensor, for some reason, two Brothers Automotive kept my Bosch O2 sensor and did not give it back to me.) and drove it but the car did not complete the CAT monitor as promised. I found out from previous owner that the Thermostat was open so the car never reached warm temperatures for the CAT monitor to set. I thought for sure Two brothers Automotive gave me a proper diagnose. Why did they have to take my Bosch O2 sensor? I can return it for a full refund. I believe they should have given me back my Bosch O2 sensor. IDK. I fixed the Van myself. They wanted to schedule another day and claimed their diagnose was proper, but I m not so sure. I tested three O2 sensors before purchasing the Bosch and the Bosch O2 sensor worked great. I feel cheated and robbed.

Below is the High Estimate Jeran Gave Which Is Extremely High And WOULD Not Recommend Two Brothers. Go Elsewhere....!I Entered Two Brothers Parking Lot At 8:30am And To My Surprise The Lot Was Full. I Figured They're Busy And Park My GMC Sierra 2500HD 4wd On the Street Along San Fernado Rd. As I Walk Into The Two Brothers Office I Was Greeted By Jeran With A Smile And I Greeted Him Back With A Good Morning. I Asked Him "How Much Would It Cost at Replace The Front End Of My 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD?" He Snickered And Asked Me "How Can You Ask Me For A Quote Without A Truck Present?" I Quickly Replied "I Parked On The Side Along San Fernado Rd. So I Wouldn't Interfere With Your Business" He Told Me "Ill Give you. High Quote for That!" I Waited Patiently For His Quote, Left The Business, And Posted My Experience On Google.

Usually I take my car to the dealership because it s hard to trust anyone to service my car and it was getting too pricey. This place was efficient and way more reasonable in pricing! They took such great care of my car.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Visited this place in July for smog repairs, having been approved for the consumer assistance program, (CAP) thru the bureau of automotive repair, (BAR). Seven days without the use of my vehicle and poor communication as to the progress in doing repairs. Called me on the seventh day stating smog tech had been out sick for three days and would probably be out for another week, would I like to take the vehicle to another smog station. Picked the vehicle up on day eight, with no repairs done, therefore, no charge. Honesty is not one of their stronger suits with such a poor reason given. This place was booked up solid in the month of June for star smog station repairs alone. I smell a rat.........Sounds like they should of paid me for everyday my vehicle sat on their lot for nothing, while they continued to service other vehicles.How else would a business survive? Besides, next shop I went to had the minor repairs and smog certification done in less than three days.

The service Two Brothers Automotive provides is top notch! I was referred to them by a friend and I was skeptical at first due to my experiences from other shops in the past but let me tell you this place is amazing! David took great care of me and my car. He was patient with all the questions/ concerns I had and you can tell by how thoroughly he answered them that he s very educated and has a ton of experience working with cars. I felt comfortable leaving my car in his hands. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any automotive concerns you may have. Also, they have a lovely outdoor seating area. I love getting some work done on my laptop while they work on my car!

Hands down, one of best shops in the valley! I always come here for anything I need done on my SUV. I had 2 flat tires on the right side one morning, called David and immediately got it towed to his shop, in less than 15 min it was good as new! Every time I need something, even if it s very last minute, I know I can call Two Brothers and I will always be taken care of, and David always goes out of his way to check and make sure there s nothing else wrong with my car. I know I can definitely trust Two Brothers 100%. David and his staff are all very professional and their customer service is phenomenal! 10/10

I dread having to go to an auto shop but I found Two Brothers Automotive on Yelp and because of their reviews I decided to give them a shot. I was having issues with my A/C. David was able to help me and give me a quote. My A/C was fixed in no time. I thought the price was reasonable and the staff was friendly. Definitely would come back again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, A/C installation & repair

Excellent auto body service. Knowledgeable and experienced mechanics. Fair pricing for quality and service provided. I keep coming back. Been to other places who told me things were broken, when I came here, he opened it up and physically showed me the parts were fine, and did not need replacing. Very honest.

I've been coming to Two Brothers Automotive for the past few months to get work done on my work truck and weekend car. The first time I came to this shop, I was greeted by David. He helped me through the whole process of getting my truck diagnosed and seeing what we can do to fix the problem. After he helped me with my car troubles, I started to refer more and more friends to come to this shop just based off the service I had received. I will continue to take my car to Two Brothers Automotive from here on out.P.S. I also recently learned that David is the owner of this business. I am amazed of how the owner the Two Brothers was personally helping me to try and fix my car. This is just something you don't see everyday and I really appreciate the passion and knowledge David and his staff have.Again huge thank you to David and his staff for getting me and my car back on the road every time!

I ve been going to Two Brothers for a while and they take me in and out of there very fast thanks to David and his staff. Best part is they don t overcharge. Highly recommend everyone to stop by if you have car problems.

terrible online retail site. still has discontinued products listed, allows you to order said product, cancels your order, but still charges your card.absolute waste of my time having to call my credit card to dispute the charge and get my money back

In few words this place has a good service but he charges way too much for labor !!! A job that takes literally 20 minutes they charge you two hours for it !!! Also don't let him get the parts for you coz he will charge you at least twice its original price!!!

Cant imagine a better group to have work on my truck. The transmission went out on my f150 and they built me a new one . Never had the smallest problem since.
