The Network body shop they fixed my dads car , My dad s insurance paid over $7000 Thousands dollars and they did a horrible job on the car and my Dad took the car too the body shop to complain about it and the body shop technician they said They can t do a good job , because the insurance paid aftermarket parts but they are not responsible because it s embarrassing that they delivered the car in this condition after my dad s insurance paid over $7000 thousand dollars and they don t want too be responsible.Service: Body & Trim

On October 4, 2022 I entrusted my vehicle to Network Auto Body for repairs. Approximately 3 weeks later I was contacted that my car was ready to be picked up. Upon examining my vehicle there was noticeable paint damage to the front bumper. There had been previous damage but while my car was under their care, the damage doubled in size.When voicing my concern to the manager Andrew, he raised his voice to me and told me that they were not responsible and after some back and forth, that the most they can do as a courtesy was slap some white paint on it and send me on my way. The paint brushing took all of 5 minutes. Upon driving home, I noticed bubbles in my rear window which were NOT there prior to entrusting my vehicle with them. I also noticed my white rubber key bob cover was completely yellow, leaving me to believe that my car and keys were in direct sunlight for an extended amount of time, perhaps even the entire 3 weeks. It is my belief that my car was not properly aired out to release heat and caused the bubbles on my rear window.Also, my drivers side door was no longer responsive to the remote control which led to me having to leave my car door unlocked for over a week and a half.Upon returning my car for inspection of the window tint damage and to fix my drivers door, the manager (Andrew) told me that they were not responsible for the tint damage and then went on to be extremely insulting and offensive by telling me that I m the type of person that is trying to get something for free and then gaslit me by saying that my recollection was wrong and that I must not have seen the bubbles before bringing in my car. He was extremely condescending by telling me about his work experience with a what do you know attitude. I told him that I was not going to argue with him and just wanted to know if the damages sustained in their care would be fixed, he then said but you are here to argue. I no longer felt comfortable engaging with him at that point so I left with no resolution.This is now the second time that I was spoken down to and it is my belief that if I were a man, he would not have DARED to raise his voice, throw accusations, or speak to me in such a way.I spoke to upper management and they also refuse to fix the damage. I was told by Ralph (the owners son) that he has spoken to numerous window tinting companies and they all agree that I am wrong, that this is normal wear and tear, and as a result is denying my claim. I asked him to please email me and put their denial in writing and to include in the email the names of the window tinting companies and the individuals he spoke to. He seemed flabbergasted with my request and said that he s never had to do that in 30 years and that he would have to get the ok from corporate. I have not heard from him since, nor have I received any email with any list of tinting companies that he supposedly spoke to.Might I add, my insurance company originally estimated my initial damage from the fender bender (which is the reason I brought my car in- in the first place) as a 1000 dollar repair, by the time I drove my car off the lot, my insurance company was billed $6000 by Network Auto Body. But they want to deny me a repair that would cost roughly about 120 dollars? Damages that were not there prior?If you are looking for an auto body repair shop, do not take your car here, especially if you are a woman. You will not be taken seriously and there is a high probability that if you have a grievance, that you will be disrespected by management.Service: Body & Trim

I agree with other customers they don t care.Network Auto took more than a month to give me an estimate and that because I called to know what was going on. Just to find out my car insurance was not able to cover 100% I have to pay deductible plus 25%. Was not please and I asked to take my vehicle out Anthony told me it ll cost me more due to storage and estimate. So I left it there but ever since then my insurance says they haven t file right paperwork to get half of the pay I call Network but now Anthony it s not taking my calls. I m the one calling between My insurance and Network Auto. Today I called and now it be Andrew who s going to be giving me updates. My car been there since January 2022. Yes did ask to talk to supervisor they denied.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience. My Mini Cooper was hit and damaged. Network picked up my car at the dealership and worked directly with my insurance company and delivered the Mini back to the dealership after it was fixed. Great job. Looks perfect. They always do great work on my car. Any time my car's needed body repairs, this place knows how to get the job done with the utmost in quality and customer satisfaction. Chris was amazingly helpful. They are true professionals and delivered my repaired car far beyond my expectations. This is the second time I ve been there with my car ( it s my baby ) and The workmanship was great, clean, finely detailed and on time. I would not take an automobile to anybody else.Darren is a man of his word and the office staff (Tina ) was also prompt in communication with me on the phone and delivering my car earlier than I expected.Big companies should take a lesson from them on how to treat a valued customer.Thank you again Rocky, Darren and Tinaajc

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL! They knowingly delayed my move and made me pay a supplest the insurance would have covered if they cared enough to fight competently. They even gave me a bootleg receipt and we met at Mercedes! Then after I paid them an unplanned $1600 ($1300 of which they despicably disguised in an uncommunicative bill), they threatened to keep my car if they didn't RECEIVE money from insurance that insurance sent it writing, was transmitted and paid. Very terrible and sad experience. I honestly think it is because I am a young black woman. BEWARE!!!Service: Body & Trim

They handled all interactions with the insurance company. They kept me informed every step of yhe way. They even arranged the rental car pick up/drop off. Excellent customer service. My car looks amazing!! Beautiful work.

** Edited: After speaking with the General Manager my issue has been resolved. Still wasn't a great experience overall, but I was pleased in how the GM handled the situation and restored my faith in their business. (apparently the employee that had handled my case was brand new)Had the absolute worst experience at Network Auto Body.They are careless and negligent, dishonest, incompetent, and absolutely do not care about their customers. Their customer service representatives are sorely in need of re-training, particularly in how to communicate the expectations of their customers. I was told my car was ready to be picked up, then 1 hour into my uber-ride there was called "confirming" that I'd be bring $8,000 -- which I was never told about. In our earlier conversations, employees said "we haven't received the payment from your insurance," which obviously led me to believe that I wasn't the one expected to bring a check for $8K. Their incompetence led to my car being held - 100% repaired - for over a week. This experience cost me so much time and energy. When the car was actually ready, I received a call stating that I "owed nothing" and my car was good to go. I confirmed on the phone, then again at the body shop - "are you sure I owe nothing?" Each time, the employee assured me the payment was finalized. I signed a receipt stating I owed $0.00 and my car was released. The employee then calls me 20 minutes later, saying he "forgot" to charge me my deductible. These are the most memorable mistakes - but definitely not all of them. This company put me through the WRINGER for almost a month. Will never go back and hope if you're reading this, you don't go either.

After an accident, my Mercedes was towed to Network Auto Body in the afternoon but I was advised another local shop would be best for this repair. They charged $1082. to tow the car 5 miles which was picked up the following morning. I received a call saying I was responsible for storage fees of $750 +- but was actually charge $1082 for less then 15 hrs of residing at Network Auto Body. This was larceny at its finest!

They repaired my car after I had an accident. Nikki took care of me and answered all my questions and helped through the insurance process. I had a very good experience with them and my car came out looking great! The quality of the repair was superb! If it will be possible I will give it -0 review. Their customer service is horrible they are not willing to work with the insurance and at the end they state all they care is to get their money and threatened me to charge a storage fee per day and that my car has a Lean Hold and their money got to be paid ASAP they don't care for their customers at all. They keep stating there file was closed at 3900 later on said no $4000 something is owed to them they don't care if they screw their customers to get what they want. Filed a complaint to the DCA. Universal city Nissan recommends them they promise to give you 10% off your deductible when they are just money hungry and do NOT have any customer services skills at all when talking to the manager about their employee Greg he stated Do not expect Me to fire him as if that was my request. They would not release my car even when they know a new payment from insurance was sent and are adding daily storage fee.

The only good thing about having a car accident is knowing that Network auto body will take care of all your car repair issues with great communication kindness and efficiency! I have been taking my car to network since it was just one shop On Hollywood Boulevard run by Ralph his brother and his dad. Don t hesitate to take your car to either of the three locations where you will get the best quality work and they will help you deal with the insurance company Madness. Great place. They went above and beyond on my repair. They even installed an extra part I purchased (not apart of the repair) for free! Good dudes. Great conatant communication. Fast. Definitely a recommend. I have a BMW X1.

These guys are thieves, they demanded $1600 for showing my car to the insurance company! Marcus, the manager is a con artist who gets you to sign documents tto charge you all sorts of fees!DON"T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE GUYS!!

Terrible customer service over the phone. The female representatives have terrible attitudes over simple questions along with terrible attitude. I recommend going to other body shops with better service then deal with this location that has people with terrible customer service skills.
