This place is amazing,Was recommended by a good friend, like all at first I wasn t sure . As soon as they welcomed me and were talking to me like if we were old pals. I knew this place was different.Really gives you that family touch. Danny helped me out, kept me in the loop on updates. Reaching out to see how I was doing . Everyone there was very professional , you don t really see that white gloves customer service no more but this business certainly does. Highly recommended!!!

My son was involved in a minor accident, where the other party rear ended him. The damage appeared minor, but as we all know, there are sensors and electronics in newer cars that are delicate. From the outset, the other parties insurance tried to undercut the amount they would pay for the repair. They also suggested using aftermarket parts, and since the car was less than a year old, that was not acceptable to me.The work Maven did was impeccable, and the car looks even better than new.Not only did maven do a superior repair job, they stepped in and were amazing advocates in the negotiation with the other insurance company. In particular, Hillel provided a wealth of knowledge in general insurance company tricks of the trade. He was, in a word, Amazing.Yes , the physical repairs were outstanding but what I was impressed with even more was the fantastic customer service provided by Hillel and the rest of the crew at Maven. Everyone was friendly and went FAR above and beyond the call of duty to repair the damage the RIGHT WAY and in the process truly made me feel like I had great team members in my corner.I highly recommend Maven and although I hope I don t need their services for the foreseeable future, I might just stop in and say hello. These guys are great!

There s no job too small for these guys!Approximately 1 year ago someone pulled out from their parking spot without looking and damaged the entire right side of my car. Took it in to the auto shop, Danny and his crew were very courteous, very respectful, and explained in entirety what they would be doing to get my car fully repaired and the cost to have it done. They did exactly what they said, within the time they told me, for the cost they quoted, it was an amazing job, the only way you would know I had an accident was if I told you. Based on the wonderful service I received from the staff and how easy it was to speak with them I didn t hesitate to call Danny when the visor for the sunroof of my wife s car broke. Though it was a small job and not much revenue for them, Danny treated it just as he did with the repairs to my car. These guys are very professional, very pleasant, very respectful, and they have wonderful customer service. There s no job too small for them! I will be taking any future repairs I may have to these guys, and I highly recommend this team to everyone.

Maven Autobody took care of my Subaru repairs after a car accident on my new Subaru. There was always communication and updates from Danny and his team. While some parts were on back order, they continued to keep me updated and spoke to the insurance agent & enterprise so that everyone was in the loop. I appreciated the care and great customer service. They made a stressful situation a whole lot easier. And my car looked brand new when I got it back! I highly recommend this shop.

My car was taken in for paint defect . Eddie was in touch with me for the process and kept me updated and explained everything to me.They were all so professional and went above and beyond with customer service and the attention to detail with fixing little minor things on my car. My car looks brand new, I can t recommend them enough !

Shout out to Danny. Maven didn t allow my insurance company to dictate the repairs to the vehicle. They managed to get my vehicle totaled instead of having me settle on repairing my vehicle, even if it wasn t in the bodyshop s best interest. They looked out for me instead of themselves.

Hillel Shamam at Maven Autobody did a great job for us. We thought the damage to our new Volkswagen GTI was superficial after hitting a curb at a slow rate of speed. In fact, the impact affected more components than we had expected. Maven was thorough in inspecting and disassembling the car. Hillel is a perfectionist and had to fight our insurance company to make sure that parts were original VW parts and not cheap knockoffs. In the end, the job was done perfectly and the car is as good as new! He also kept us fully informed along the way.

My car was hit, my insurance recommended Carstar. They called me less then two later letting me know when I could bring my car in. I made appointment which took about 20 minutes for the person to survey my car of damage and any others things just to make sure. I got the estimated in a timely manner on cost and approximately when I be getting my car back. They texted, when you get the parts in, when they fixing, any other issues and any other recommendation before continuing. I appreciated all the text message which was helpful. But they kept in shop free of charge until the following week. The repairs took 2 weeks in half. Which sounds reasonable since there s a holiday, know they are closed during the weekends. The car came out good, bumper look amazing and hood had a new fresh paint matching the rest of car. They said they put a gloss on frame which is maid of plastic. They didn t a horrible job on it. They said they tried matching the front bumper. I feel they should left alone. I paid my deductible, but two hour later my insurance called saying that they called few days back saying that I didn t need to pay my deductible and they send a letter to carstar letting know that I didn t need to pay. The owner never mention anything to me about it. The insurance called carstar and let them know to hand back the money. This is something I didn t understand why owner didn t say anything about letter. I didn t like that dishonesty on his part, I called back he said that sometimes insurance never communicate on when they get paid. He did returned the money. The issues was, that they insist that you leave a review on there google. I haven t wrote review until I give few weeks to test the final product and work done on car. I did like that they keep texting, calling, and I just got a text by gabby 4/14/20 2:35am asking me to leave a review. I really feel annoyed over a text that early in morning.

UPDATE :Dan Panduro is a man of honor and stands behind the CarStar guarantee/warranty. He and his staff fixed all the issues mentioned below and I couldn't be happier. I received five (5) star service which is the reason for the update and the star rating. If you take your car here and you have a problem and you can't get it resolved at the shop call Dan, he will make it right. Thank youDO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE -My first mistake was bringing my car here for body work, my second mistake was taking the rental car back before checking over my vehicle. If you have a rental car go to carstar first and check over your vehicle before returning the rental. If problems exist at least you won't be left without a vehicle.Not listed in any special order but after they took my car apart they didn't know how to put it back together properly. See photos - they put the rear bumper back on but they didn't attach it, so it's loose. They took off the tailgate/door, when they put it back on they didn't align it properly so one side has a wide Gap in the other side has no Gap. They left gunk in the rear passenger window, when I put it down and put it back up it's just a big black streak. They didn't put the passenger door handles on properly, when I opened the door the handle fell off. The front passenger door squeaks like a cricket in summertime. The wind guard on the front passenger door fell off almost immediately after leaving. I went back and told Eddie about these things he seemed genuinely disinterested. I asked him why they touched the front passenger door and he said so they can match the paint to the rear door, I wish they hadn't touched either door. I filled out the carstar survey - I never heard anything back from them either. I did share this information and the photos with my insurance company.

My Subaru dealership recommended this body shop. I was very unhappy as they kept my car (a 2021 Subaru Cross trek) for 3 weeks after it was fixed while arguing with my insurance company (Geico). (all told I had no vehicle for over a month) The initial estimated repair time was 4 days. I was told to try and negotiate myself. Between Geico and the body shop it was a miserable experience. I also received my car back with several dings that hadn't been there. They gave me $250 back as a concession which was inadequate to repair the "dings". I won't be going back. Poor communication and a very extended time in the body shop. This was definitely my worst experience after an accident that wasn't my fault! I would say don't use them!

Highly satisfied with the work CARSTAR did on my car! Decided to give this body shop a go after an accident with my Toyota Camry. Carstar did an incredible job repairing my car after an accident. They took me in the day of my incident and while it did take a few months for it to be completed, let's just say they had their work cut out for them lol. They did a great job and she looks better than she did before! The only frustration I found was the communication. I had to stay on them for updates and was told numerous times it was ready, or nearly ready, and it wasn't. The "ready" date moved 6x and while I understand if parts weren't in yet, I wish that had been communicated more throughout the process instead of me getting my hopes up it was done, only to find out they were far from the actual status of being complete. but the work they performed was excellent.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim
