They greeted me and gave me a water bottle while I waited. They were super fast and friendly. I inquired about the coolant exchange and they were able to check mines. Also they honored the coupon online. I definitely will be back and I like that they have a complimentary top off before I reach my next thousand miles or date.Carlos and his team in Suisun were the best with excellent service!

I had them do a standard oil change on a 3-year old Tundra. I like the fact that they announce checks they are performing and do like the fact that a double check is done. The part that I did not like was the employee physically doing the work under the truck, or the second set of eyes doing a safety check after, did not do anything about the oil splashed all over the axle shaft, passenger side fender well, brake caliper, inner wheel and lower control arm. I had to crawl underneath my own truck to clean up a mess after spending $116 paying a company to do.This kind of sloppy work choosing speed over quality and lack of attention to detail has just lost the possibility of me returning for my next oil change.Pictures taken after I started cleaning large areas.Service: Oil change

Great service at a good price. They offered me 25% off for being a military veteran. They filled my tires with air to the required 35 lb rating. They checked all fluids and replaced my very dirty air filter. I left there thinking that my car was in tip top shape.

This is my 2nd Take 5 oil change. I came back because they did a good job the last time. I brought my own oil with me this time because I prefer a particular brand, and I can buy it at Costco or Sam s Club for a very reasonable price. After the oil change was completed, my technician Natalie, who s also the manager, informed me that I had a bit of remaining oil. She could ve just kept it and I probably wouldn t have known. But the fact that she was honest goes a long way with me.As long as Take 5 continues to do good work, I ll continue to be a customer. Keep it up Take 5!

I was different then what I m used to that s for sure, as soon as I get there I m greeted with a real hello, I m offered a cold water bottle, they ask me about my car and what I d like, and all this was in under 5 minutes. I felt VIP and I loved it!!!! So honestly I hope they keep it up! Who ever is managing this place deserves a raise. The oil change and tire check was all done in a timely manner with the price being fair. I know I ll keep coming here for a long time if they give me the same experience every time. 5 stars definitely! And most importantly! They got the job done right and fast.

Waited at least 10 min to pull in and have everyone start working on my car. Manager was super nice and sweet. She wasn t rude to any employees even though they were slammed. Very professional. I m happy to say think I found my new oil change place. If you re in a rush this place got you!

Amazing customer service from this crew. Prices are fair and they really went the extra mile to make me feel like they cared. I usually change my own oil in all my vehicles but I went this day because I was not feeling great so I bit the bullet to give it a try and I m not regretting it one bit.

WILL NOT BE RETURNING!Brought my own oil and filter in. They did not honor me as a ride share driver after they told us they would for a discount. My windshield had all the documentation on it. I ended up having to purchase another oil filter from Take 5 so by right I did purchase something. A family member recommended this place but I will not be returning Natalie wasn t nice.

Everyone is super kind and thorough. I appreciate the service but would love some better coupons.I would also say things like this is your air filter, want a new one? Is a bit deceptive and there s pressure for customers to purchase a new one since they re trusting the associate. On mine, I was asked and once I said I can see daylight through it. The associate agreed and said maybe next time or the time after that. So I d say don t push or give the appearance of a recommendation when there is not truly a need for a new air filter.

My place to go for oil changes. Visited for oil change and only needed a quart of oil it was added at no charge. My windshield washer fluid was topped off as well. They also give a 25% discount to veterans.

Great and efficient service. This is about my 5th coming here and never have I left disappointed. The crew is very knowledgeable and professional and they offer you free cold water while you wait. Definitely a place worth having in the community.

Excellent service and very quick. Love that I can just drive in, get an oil change, and never leave my vehicle. Staff was very nice. Gave us complimentary bottled water and a fruit snack for my daughter. Will be going here again.

The employees were helpful and very nice. I drove up and was greeted right away and was offered a bottle of water. They started doing what they do, checking what needed to be checked. They showed me my filters and let me decide if it needed to be changed instead of just suggesting it be changed, I appreciated that. I chose the oil price I wanted and it did not take long at all. I will be going there again when I need an oil change.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I was very excited to try take 5 im a person who takes pride in his own vehicle and i change my oil regularly at or close to the 3000 mile mark! So living close bye was great except it didnt turn out that way i went there at 5 pm and nobody inside the shop was paying attention to customers in line , which was a clusster mess, once my turn my technician did not show me where my oil line was before , recomended the wrong oil , quoted me a price then cam back with my oil cap stating i needed the most expensive but said i didnt have to follow whats on my oil cap but once i did i was quoted a price and when finished i was told a completely way higher price and then i was told i use more quarts then the price quoted so its more money every quart, that would of been nice to know because it went from $107 to $150 a big difference ive never paid that much for an oil change . I recieved no tire check no window wash nothing and i had to ask for my own sticker reminder!! Do i recommend this place for me its important for us all to succeed i hope after time maybe this place will pick it up but the pricing is ridiculous how they have it dont hide behind words regardless if we want the job done we will pay so be upfront !!!

My boys and I visited yesterday, we were treated so well, we were given cold waters and fruit snacks for the kids. They were so good at communicating with each other through the whole oil change, they worked so well as a team, it went so quickly and the attendant walked me through everything. They truly love their job and provided a 5 star experience. I ll be back :)

Staff acted childish and clowned around way too much. Couldn't find the details of my vehicle where I had to tell them what type of oil and how many quarts with a simple google search. Made a simple oil change take much longer then it would have if I just did it myself at home.

Pulled up around 10, I was acknowledged quickly. I was in and out within 10 minutes. My service was very professional and courteous, can t say that $80 is too expensive since most things are going up. I would definitely recommend their services

They were very nice. Gave me a cold water bottle and washed my windshield on top of getting my oil change done. They were out of the high mileage oil though, so just got the regular one.

My husband and I came here on a Saturday morning and were promptly greeted with some bottled water. We had a short wait, but they quickly opened the 3rd stall since two other cars were already being worked on. The staff were friendly and didn't try to upsell us. We asked for the air filter to be changed, they showed us it was barely dirty and saved us a little money by not replacing it. Prices were reasonable, I would have paid more at Jiffy Lube for the same services. We will definitely be back with our other car.

First off, they give you a bottle of water! Extremely thoughtful when it's hot out. They asked me how much I usually pay and I said $120ish. They assumed it was full synthetic because of the price and I said "no it's a hybrid". They explained to me that synthetic oil only needs to be changed every 12000 miles, yet my current oil change place has me set to every 5000 miles! They also cleaned my window, topped off my wiper fluid and checked the air pressure of all of my tires. I will be definitely be a loyal customer! Thank you.
