Scammed me. Went in to get a rim for a spare tire and when I went back to check it, they replaced my tire with another that had a nail in it. I thought it was strange when they insisted I go wait inside.

Came back home to visit and my father-in-law recommended this place when we found we had a brake line leak. Took it in early in the morning and they were able to fix it before the end of the day. Thank you, Tim, I appreciate you squeezing us in. They did an awesome job and went out of their way to explain what they did. They were even able to point out a few things that they saw while they were down there. Great shop, great group of guys, and honest repair shop. Thank you!!

My car broke down on a Sunday, 4 hours away from home. Car was repaired on a Monday! The shop was excellent in their communications, repairs, cost and professionalism. They were recommended by AAA tow driver, and I highly recommend the Pit Stop crew. Many thanks.

We've been bringing our vehicles to Pit Stop for many years. Honest people who do excellent work. My 2003 Tahoe has over 250k miles on it and my husband's 2008 GMC had over 400k miles and both are still going strong. Pit Stop is a very honest and reputable shop.

If I could rate this business lower i would. I took in my Mitsubishi 3000GT for a water pump and timing belt installation. I supplied the parts because i wanted to make sure that the quality of parts going in the car was good. A few days after the repair i was driving and there was a major pinging noise coming from the engine. The car could not hit 60mph on the freeway and had lost almost all power. I took it in to a local auto shop near me to fix the problem because not only is their work not good, but their prices are very high at Pit Stop. When i took it in to my local auto shop, they said that whoever installed my timing belt either installed the tension rod wrong.... or that they had a faulty part. Considering that i did not supply them with the tension rod, it was not a faulty part unless they installed one without telling me. My local auto shop said since i didn't give them one, Pit Stop should have asked cause you always change it when you do the timing belt. These guys have no idea what they are doing and i will be spreading the work about how bad this business is. They refused to repair the damage that it caused. I suggest going anywhere else besides here.

They took care of our problems in our Ford escape hybrid never had any problems since in that particular area of our car basically they are the best and they're not too damn expensive

i would like to thank the people at the pit stop for their wisdom and knowledge of engines in the business i had my car towed to them for what i thought would be minor to moderate repairs it turned out to be a frozen engine with only 48,000 miles the MOD showed me a website that pretty much exposed the model i had as having bad engines showed me the model number of this particular engine and that it should be replaced period and that even if the warranty is up to fight it and take them to court he showed me reviews where people who were out of warranty had took them to court and won and wondered why there wasn't a recall on them thankfully my car was under warranty and i was able to tell them my problem and what kind of engine i had and the numerous problems this model had nation wide had i not known what was shared with me at pit stop even with a warranty they might have tried to put the blame on me somehow that's what they do to the pit stop i want to say thanks for wisdom and knowledge and sharing it with me it really impowered me
