I wish Google offered more stars as an option, because Chris and the Team are incredible over at Good Guys Auto Care & Tires No matter how busy it gets for them, each one of the mechanics and Chris always treat you as a customer and your vehicle as if it s the only one in the shop that day. Also, the follow-up was amazing My wife and will always come back to Chris and the team The way business should be done and the way it used to can be found still with Good Guys Auto Care & Tires in Suisun City, CA

Chris and the mechanics were awesome. I came in here a while back to get a full look at my car. I loved that they were transparent with prices and the process. I also loved that they even included pictures on what they worked on. I will definitely come back when my car needs something again.Rest assured if you come here, you'll be taken care of.

Needed a new set of front and rear brakes for my tundra, I wanted to try a new company since I didnt have the best of luck where I was going. Seen these guys had great ratings and decided to give them a shot!. I called and they got me an appt the next morning. Chris was very helpful as well as knowledgeable so I felt confident I was at the right place. The mechanics were also very friendly . Will definitely be back, thanks fellas!

It was hard to find GOODshops/Mechanics that specifically take their time to focus on your vehicle the right way.My Daughter found this Shop and The Guy was Great with seen the specific issue and even explained when it is worth fixing it to fix the main bigger issue. The Mechanics and their works are AWESOME and the prices are Reasonable, They also have: apply for work done build credit and pay the work done like a Credit Card It Is the Best place I have been to, Every Since This Place I ONLY take my Van there! I totally Recommended!

Chris and his crew are awesome!! They gave me a quote at first but when they were in process of repairing my car they found different way that cost way less than the first price they gave me saved me 500 bucks!!

The shop manager, Chris, and the mechanics working on my vehicle were great. Very clear and transparent pricing and even updates with photos sent via text. The experience with this repair shop was excellent. I ve already scheduled another repair for a different vehicle. Great service, transparent pricing.

My car bunked out on us and we brought it in a few minutes before opening. One of their mechanics chopped it up with us about what the issue could be and helpfully directed us to their office. Mo at the front desk is the man. Juggles phone calls and customers like a boss. I spent a fair bit of time waiting on my repair so I saw how good he is. The mechanics regularly came in to update him on their findings and repairs which I imagine helps keep folks well informed of what's going on. While the final price was understandable, it's the confidence they gave off that made it much easier to pay with peace of mind. Great job, dudes!

Chris and the crew are great. I ve been in over the years having work done on my truck. They always seem to be busy, but always make time to get my work done in a timely and affordable manner. I just new tires put on. Great work again.

Quality and timely work. Great communication through the process. Had a pretty big job and Chris customer service and communication made the process as smooth as I could have ever hoped. His tech s did a quality diagnostic and shared their pictures and research to support their recommendation. Also, the cost was more than fair compared to other quotes for the same repair. The vehicle is running as good as ever. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience here. I replaced all my tires and got an oil change at a great price. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Military friendly and great service. They contacted me a couple of days later to check up on the car, which I appreciate.

Good Guys Auto Care repaired my vehicle. After an outlandish quote from the dealership, I called Good Guys based on their reviews and their knowledge of working on hybrid vehicles. I was able to get all the vehicle needed and for significantly less money. They were pretty quick and responsive and were able to have my vehicle back in a couple days.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Contacted Chris and his techs to see if I could come in to have 2 very expensive vossen wheels with tires mounted and tpms sensors installed without an appt. Dropped off wheels and they were ready within an hour. Not a single scratch or ding on my wheels. After leaving I had issues with my car recognizing the sensors, called them back and they told me to come right back in even though they were extremely busy. They took care of me on the spot. Top notch service. Even though my cars are under warranty I will start going to them from now on for my routine service.

Friendly front staff (I did not interact with the mechanics to rate them but I bet they are nice as well!). Chris was accommodating with excellent customer service. Even when things were busy, Chris remained friendly with all customers in person as well as on the phone. He listens to everyone's needs without rushing anyone. Good Guys are honest and work with integrity. Highly recommend!

Took my 2004 F250 Super Duty to Good Guys for a second opinion on a repair estimate. Chris was very responsive and communicated through every step of the process. Good Guys performed a thorough inspection, they really took their time and were able to isolate an intermittent failure with the locking wheel hubs. I went with Good Guys for the repair and am super happy with the results. I highly recommend them!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

A highly professional and affordable repair shop. Moving here to California I was scared trying to find a repair shop that wouldn t try to steal every dime from me, but Good Guy Auto Care was not that. They were kind, professional and listened to my concerns while fixing my car without t any questions. If you live in Fairfield or close to I highly recommend them as you won t find anyone better not for their price.

Chris was awesome to work with. From the very first phone call to the first step in the door he makes it feel like youre talking to friend. The work done on my car was great and half the cost of what i was qouted by the dealership for major 100k tune up. I will def be going back and using him for all my family vehicle needs

I hit the DADDY of all potholes in San Francisco resulting in a blown tire and bent rim, what I didn't know but found out thanks to Good Guys was that I'd also broken a tie rod, strut, coil & joint. From first contact w/the Manager Abe I was treated with respect. They're all very informative and friendly. As a woman going into an auto repair shop, one often gets treated like we don't know anything & at GG I never felt disrespected. Chris was great! My appraisal was quick, I was given options, kept well-informed of the status, and the work was done quickly. I also had an oil change and service. It drives perfectly. There were no surprises & the prices are fair. Took great care of me and my car, I love that they send a report to your phone so you can see what work needs to be done before they call with an estimate. The service advisor Chris is a great guy who explained everything and made sure I was taken care of. I ll definitely be back

Great Mechanics, Honest, Straight Up, Forthcoming, Great Customer Service, Not nearly as expensive as a dealership but same Quality work. Very reasonably Priced. Highly Recommend! 5 Stars! I've been looking for a good / honest mechanic for years and I found that here at this shop. Genuine Hard Working Men. Since I've realized they exist afew months ago I've taken 3 cars there myself to be diagnosed then fixed and Referred 5 people that have had great experiences there as well. Experienced Mechanics and been there done that management. Great service all around! Called to make an appointment and right away Chris got me in the same week. Appointment was smooth with recommendations and Chris made it happen. He had to order some parts to complete the service and as I was waiting it got done! Fairly priced as well. Chris is a great asset to the customers and his company. Thanks Chris!

Do Not Take Your Car Here! My car was over heating and later found out it was a closed/faulty thermostat. Took it here based on reference from my FIXD reader and ended up taking a Uber to bring them a spare key because they could not start it after they locked out my immobilizer because they tried to starting the car with someone else s key. Ended up leaving the car overnight and next morning came in and it wasn t even touched. Just sat in parking lot. They told me give them an hour or so he had a family emergency and that s why it wasn t looked at. 6 hours later they said they couldn t replicate the issue after multiple test drives. On my home i overheated and had coolant coming out my overfill. I do not recommend this place!!

By far the best business decision I ve made in a long time. Chris and his team did an amazing job with my transmission swap. The communication was by far the best I ve ever had coming from a business. Chris kept me updated and informed every step of the way. My Tahoe runs so much better and is so quiet, I don t even know it s on. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Good guys did a great job on my Toyota hybrid! Problems were diagnosed and they worked with me on scheduling repairs. My car has been running perfectly ever since. Thanks to Chris and the whole team, I ll turn to for any concerns regarding my vehicle.
