Recently took my car in for paint correction.my car was badly repainted before color was mismatched. I was worried on having it fixed because I knew how hard matching the original metallic silver paint was. alliotos did an amazing job their painter is very skilled will get oem finish on paint. overall repair was very professional I had gotten the car fixed their before and they did a great job. glad I came back will recommend to friends and family

Alioto's took excellent care with the repair on my car and I recommend them to anyone in the Fairfield area that needs some body work done!! Fantastic customer service, Bud was excellent to work with and kept me well informed with the status of my car and made sure it was done right, quickly, and returned to me in superb condition! Athena was awesome and also a pleasure to work with! Very grateful and we will be taking our cars to them for any future work that might need to be done!!

Our 2013 Alpina was sandblasted by a freak sand cloud thrown up by a double tractor trailer hit one of those lost break sand pits. Everything forward facing was ruined. Jon Ramirez and his tech Sal made it look showroom ready. Top notch service end to end. Sadly I did not take before pics.

I took my car to have some body work done..Felix gave me a very honest opinion, and estimate and listened to my concerns. I was able to adjust where I needed to and scheduling was flexible which I REALLY appreciated. They were able to match my pearl color paint!!! I knew they were concerned about it but it came out beautifully! I would definitely use them again!Service: Body & Trim

AMAZING Experience at Alioto's Body Shop in Suisun City.My F-150 had a back camera sensor go out & the wiper solution spray line wasn't working. I took it to Ford Fairfield and they wanted $450 FLAT JUST TO LOOK AT IT!!!! Just to diagnose the problems. I took it over to Alioto's Garage, and Greg was MORE than accomodating. He offered a FREE estimate & fixed everything perfect with new parts in 48 hours for UNDER $200 Dollars! I could not beleieve it. I HAVE NEVER encountered a body shop/establishment with HONEST prices & hard workers. I will be taking all of my cars there from now on, and reccomending to everyone!!!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I broke my mirror. I was able to set up an estimate on line, they ordered parts and I was able to have the mirror replaced in just one afternoon. I was able to avoid having to get a rental and took only one day off for the entire process! The staff were quick, friendly and efficient. I would recommend this business to anyone! I was hit and my car had no front end. We called several places and this shop was the one who could take it quickly and assess damages. Not only did they quote a proper timeline, they did such a fantastic job I can t even tell it was damaged! So many good things to say about the process from start to finish. I highly recommend them!! Great service. Polite and cheerful employees that were ready to help! If you had a scheduled appointment, they'd write a quick "welcome (insert name here)" on their white board by the front entrance. It made me feel welcome and homey. Car was repaired beautifully. Almost like new! They even replaced a missing hubcap that I never brought up. That was awfully thoughtful. They cleaned my car, inside and out. Car was repaired in less than five days. Car rental worked very well alongside this shop too! Totally great place. Will return!

I was impressed with how easy it was to contact them and sync them with my insurance company. I was given daily updates by a wonderful young lady (I apologize for not remembering her name) on their progress and pick-up was even better. I was able to leave my rental car at the repair shop and they would pick it up. My car is just as beautiful as when I bought it 2 months ago. From now on I will park far away from others and walk. I drop off my car due to being rear ended. My whole bumper was damaged. From day 1. They were great especially Alisa. She was awesome. She stayed in contact with me for updates on the status of my car. My car bumper is great. The company did amazing job. I would highly recommend this company. After my accident, everything ran so smoothly there. They took care of all communication with my insurance company and informed me every step of the way. Elisa was absolutely pleasant and such a tremendous comfort to me and so patient as I was stressed as she knew. The repairs took less time than I thought and I was grateful for that. We had our truck side mirror hit while parked. Took our truck in for estimate at 9:00 in the morning and by 2:30 that afternoon received a call to bring in the truck to have the new mirror installed. This was the day before Thanksgiving. This place is awesome.

I brought myncar to Fix Auto/Rustys for insurance repairs. I was treated extremely well with advice given to safeguard myself and my family. My car was finished oong before I expected it to be and when I picked it up they had not only cleaned the outside to do their work, but the inside was also cleaned and detailed. I was extremely inpressed with the personal customer service as well as the promptness of repairs. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I had a big ugly dent in my bumper from somebody backing into my car. They kept me updated on everything that was happening and got it back to me so quickly! My car looks brand new and they fully detailed it. I definitely recommend Fix Auto, especially for hondas as they are certified by Honda to work on these cars! They are also partnered with USAA and there is a warranty on the repair for as long as you use USAA!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Came in for some minor body work, also required a fresh coat of paint on one of the vehicle. Got done in 4 days and my vehicle looks brand new.
