Ordered a radiator and got one that had a leak in it and was told to bring it back the next day for exchange. I went at 3pm and they were closed even though the sign said 5pm I had even called ahead of time and was told that they would be open. Great price and 3 days later a great radiator as well.

These guys are great. Purchased a radiator from 1800Radiator 10 years ago. It started leaking.. They recovered my invoice from the system saving me the headache of _where did I put it". Exchanged it for a new radiator without any problem. In today's crazy world it was nice to see a company do exactly what they said they would do with their warranty. Thank you .

Diane at the Fairfield store was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help. Unfortunately, the part was not machined correctly.Retuning part was no problem. Will definitely do business with them again.

Had a radiator that was defective tried to return it and told could not because something was broke off it. Ok a piece was off it but it is defective are they going to resale it. Will never go back.

Did a very poor job on my car and was upset with me when I had to come back for warranty work. Then tried to charge me when it was warranty work.
